$BTC Still expecting 11.2-11.4s before actually breaking downI dont see any reason to be super bearish here. Yes we have sell signals from 4h-9h. Short scalps are safe but I am still holding ontop my swing longs from 98/99 until we get to atleast 11.2-11.4 zone. The black area that is highlighted has not been tested yet. Usually $BTC likes to retest areas that it previously break down from before breaking into a new range. Conclusion. I am scalping shorts but looking to fill more longs on the way do wn. Siemens Healthineers buys US cancer therapy company Varian $16BGermany-based Siemens Healthineers said Sunday it will buy U.S. cancer therapy and research company Varian in a deal worth around $16.4 billion. Siemens Healthineers SHL, -5.32%, in which industrial conglomerate Siemens holds a majority stake, said it will buy all shares in Varian Medical Systems, Inc. VAR, +3.18% for $177.50 per share in cash. It said that the acquisition is expected to close in the first half of 2021, and requires the approval of regulators and Varian shareholders. Varian’s board of directors unanimously approved the agreement, it added. Palo Alto, California-based Varian had revenues in the 2019 fiscal year of $3.2 billion, Siemens Healthineers said in a statement. Varian says it employs about 10,000 people around the world. WDI Wirecard insider buy? Why 68% in pre-exchange trading?!First of all Wirecard stock jumps up to 68 percent in pre-exchange trading at the beginning of the week. The reason for this is progress in the search for investors. According to insolvency administrator Michael Jaffé, 77 interested parties have signed confidentiality agreements for the core business: "We are confident that we will find an investor for the core business that offers significant entrepreneurial opportunities in an enormously growing market for an investor." Second, reports say that someone bought 1 mil euro worth of shares, maybe it was an insider buy who knows the deal Wirecard is about to make. In third place it`s Angela Merkel, the Chancellor of Germany who promoted Wirecard in China before the scandal, she somehow co-signed for Wirecard by doing that. I think the German government won`t let its people who put their lifetime savings in WDI stock to loose all the money. They also gave money to Lufthansa, they will need to buy part of Wirecard too. For sure they want a piece of that financial working business. Wirecard has Assets of 5.85Bil Euro and Liabilities of 3.93Bil, so a nice debt to assets of 67%.
