CADCHF, 4hr tf, Head and Shoulders pattern to materializeHello my friends, This setup might a little bit contradict my GBPCAD call as for GBPCAD to be favorable, we want to see CAD stonger than GBP. But on the same time, CADCHF also making a potential shoulders head pattern and price already broken through the necklne or trenline. That trendline or neckline was previously a support and also an area of confluences. With price breaking below it wind a soid canle close on daily and 4hr tf, we could say sellers are really pushing it down hard. Notice also the Friday candle of CADCHF looks like a bearish pinbar. If this is really a head and shoulders pattern, then the measured objective is around 155 pips. There is some key support on the way down so we will only try to aim arond 100 pips of the measured objective. CADCHF: Rejection From The Ichi Cloud...BEARISH Movement!!As price level move closer to the resistance line @0.6998, I will be see BEARISH pressure building for this pair. Currently, we can see price moving in the ichi cloud where a rejection from there could give us a nice BEARISH signal to the downside. I will be targeting the 1.618 price level which is also a strong support level @0.6916 price level. This will be a short term trade opportunity. This Trade is part of my 2/3 pairs that I'm choosing to only trade for the remaining of the year. On the weekly/Daily, this screams bearish. On the 4hr time frame, we see where it broke structure at around .69279, and then it did a retest of that same area and came down to make a lower low. This is an 80% sell long term to the downside that probably won't play till next week. On the 1hr TF is where this trade will take place.
