Apple: Don't Over-Complicate it$AAPL - KEEP IT SIMPLE. Tips on the chart. Here's one that I've never posted about. Apple is an amazing company with growing revenues even though they're the worlds most valuable company. They are no longer just a hardware company and the stock now trades with the services sector as a large portion of revenues. In the event that the stock trades lower on fears that company cannot meet demand due to supply constraints out of China, I'll look for price action at the indicated levels to start a position. The $255 - $275 level would be an absolute gift to the long term investor and I will quite literally back up the truck and overweight the company in my personal portfolio. GOLD - Don’t be in a Rush to Buy$GOLD $XAU/USD - another request! I’m working off of my iPad tonight, sorry for the writing on the chart. The main takeaway here is that we are currently in a corrective structure and I recommend being patient. I really like the $1510 level for an initial position due to a confluence of factors. The safest way to play this is to simply wait for a solid breakout of the descending trend line. As the year progresses I believe the uncertainty of the Democratic challenger to Trump will be one of several drivers to send the price of gold (as well as other select securities) higher. COLM - Gap Above Trendline and RetestColumbia sportsware jumped in December and then reset by coming back down to earth. Look at the candle that formed today. Right when it hit the other side of the trendline it bounced hard. That’s not enough for me to buy, but I will keep this on the watch list for a bullish engulfing candle on the weekly timeframe. WIRE - Looking for a Short Term PopWIRE is looking like it wants to continue the uptrend. Very nice clean break of a counter trend line in a rising wedge. My stop will be a close outside of the blue ascending trend line. A move to 68 wouldn't be out of the question so I will be watching price action at the blue zone to see if it should be held or if it should be flipped for a quick 4% gain.
