LEN - Big Beat, Big Spike, Big Retrace?Lennar had a great quarter and as long as the consumer in the United States stays strong and interest rates stay low, they will continue to do well. So what gives? Why did it retrace today? Yo be honest, I don’t know but what I DO know is that I would be very interested at the 52-54 level if the price does not break up above the yellow counter trend line. If we get a weekly close above the trend line I will initiate the position and ride it back to ATH’s. Check out my related ideas. RTN - My $240 Price TargetWith price nearing ATH, Raytheon's merger with UTX should drive the stock higher this year. Although my price target is only 10% above the current price, I will hold as long as the yellow ascending trend line holds. RTN has a very stable dividend of 1.68% and still has growth prospects which makes this stock a double-whammy win. If you have questions please feel free to PM me or use the comment section below! RH - Did you Listen to the Earnings Call??Wow what an amazing earnings call! I encourage everyone to do their own research including listening to earnings calls. This was a massive beat and raise full year guidance and a ton of optimism for international expansion. My targets are on the chart, but technically speaking, this stock could double its current price especially with YOY sales growth and a massive 42% margin on products.
