DXY could correct now!Hey tradomaniacs, DXY (US-DOLLAR) testing a strong resistance-zone at the 50% retracement of the previous impulse 👉 This is a zone of possible high bearish confluence after the previous breakout of the trendline. We can at least expect a pullback here before we head into the Wave (C) with another attempt to move up. For now I expect a move down if stocks continue to be steady after a volatile opening. AUD/USD could move UP!Hey tradomanics, AUD/USD is re-testing a very strong support-zone when you look at the DAILY-Chart 👉 Even though prices are very high SPX500 has shown a choppy correction not really willign to drop with the US-Opening. This shows still open interest (ridicouless I know) and that bulls are holding the course. If markets will move up soon AUD/USD and NZD/USD will probably benefit from it! I`m not sure whether we should execute this position or not as the market is very choppy and volatile, but at least I wanted to show you my view and idea. DXY (US-DOLLAR) testing strong Resistance-ZoneHey tradomaniacs, even though we`ve seen very dovish statements by Jerome Powell, aswell as worse economic-data from the USA, which is currently bad for the US-DOLLAR as the market started to BET against the Feds policy the bears suffered due to a lack of controle. The current rally seemed to be a bit exthausted as there was no retracement to give bears betters prices to follow the momentum. We see now a re-test of a potential strong resistance-zone which should hold as long as yields stay low and stocks move up! It is currently very tricky as the uncertainy and risk increases due to the short-squeeze-drama by WSB. However, I will watch this level carefully and look for a short if market price rejects off this level. CHF/JPY could RISE!Hey tradomaniacs, CHF/JPY with the second attempt to break above the key-resistance-zone 👉 It looks like this is a valid breakout with a continuation very soon! Comparing both moves above the resistance you can see that the price has found demand and flipped the previous upper trendline into a support. Volume, volatility and momentum has been very bullish so far as. 1️⃣ Volatility Has been low with the breakout compared to the false breakout in the past. A high ATR-Value and so volatility is often a sign of stop-loss-fishing. 2️⃣ Volume In scenario one the volume was not chasing the price to the upside showing refusal of higher prices. Additionally, open interest was very weak at the breakout-zone. Now we can clearly see that the market accepts higher prices and follows the current momentum. I`m watching this pair and look for a long-entry as soon as price breaks the above the previous highs as a potential double-top is still possible. EUR/USD testing MAJOR-SUPPORT!Hey tradomaniacs, Im watching the markets very carefully as explained and we still see the same circumstances as risk-on-pairs are very choppy in a rising stockmarket. Keep in mind that we will get to see the Non-Farm-Payrolls tomorrow❗️ Previous Initial Jobless Claims aswell as the ADP Nonfarm Employment were pretty decent and are a great pre-indication for a positive result tomorrow, means the current moves in the market could be fake in order to attract buyers to provide liquidity to institutions that would sell the USD with a positive NFP-result. Additionally, stimulus-talk are doing good so far and some voices are yelling for even more financial injections in the near-term in order to support the economy that couldn`t survive the current corona-drama without it. Meanwhile, EUR/USD is re-testing major-support-zone with possible bullish confluence 👉 For now I`m still staying aside as long as the market is choppy like now, especially as long as intermarket-correlations are still not as they should be.
