SPX500 COULD DROP NOW!Hey tradomaniacs, looking at SPX500 and the climb as expected we will probably see another sell-off here and at least a retest of the previous trendline to the downside. Orderbook showing loads of sell-pressure (probably profit-saves by bulls) which makes sense ahead the debate and NFP`s ahead. I expect that bulls will save their positions before the fundamental events with an unpredictable outcome begin. Technically we see a nice breakout with a current overbought market which will probably lose momentum soon. A pullback would be healthy for the bulls to find more power! We also see how DXY (US-DOLLAR-INDEX) almost didn`t drop and that Risk-On-Assets such as AUD and NZD didn`t really climb. Bonds are also stable and we see no yield-change which shows there is no significant cahsflow out of save havens into stocks. Good chance to sell I guess! DXY has a DECISION to make!Hey tradomaniacs, tough week ahead with a lot of risky events which will drive the market crazy! Election debate, further stimulus packages and Non-Farm-Payrolls... uff! "Investors might have been growing increasingly impatient with a lack in expediency of additional US fiscal stimulus. At a congressional testimony, Fed Chair Jerome Powell stressed the need for further support from the government. Still, volatility cooled into the end of the week. The VIX ‘fear gauge’ failed to accumulate material upside momentum. Might volatility pick back up? This coming week is certainly filled with event risk. All eyes will turn to the US House of Representatives where the chamber may vote on a $2.4 trillion fiscal package. This is as Donald Trump takes on Joe Biden on Tuesday during the first presidential debate ahead of what is likely to be a tense election come November." "The Euro has been seeing some selling pressure, particularly as coronavirus cases in parts of Europe pick up pace. Might the British Pound regain some lost ground as the EU and UK head into another round of Brexit talks? All eyes at the end of the week turn to the US non-farm payrolls report. Chinese manufacturing PMI will also be watched to gauge the health of global growth." Why so uncertain? Well there are bearish aswell as bullish aspects to see in the chart! GOLD could drop a bit MORE!Hey tradomaniacs, currently we see more risk-off in the stock-market shown by a strong orderflow in the SPX500. More risk-off would mean more demand in US-DOLLAR and so pressure for GOLD (XAU/USD). Additionally Gold struggles to breka through the resistance-zone and shows more and more supply at that point. A 5th-Wave would complete the entire wave-pattern to the downside and could so give us a great opportunity to go short. As always we need to be very carefully as this news-driven-market can head into every direction. SPX500 and ANOTHER DIP before it goes UP!Hey tradomaniacs, SPX500 is testing a very great zone to sell as we might see lots of bearish confluence here. Orderbook still showing bulls to protect the previous buy-zone but now we see more sell-stackings incoming. We might see another dip down before it actually goes up again. I still trade SPX500 with my hedge-strategy and use these chances to stack shorts before I go long again if we get confirmation for this idea.
