We might see a bullish rally in BTC from next week. Here's the reason.
As you see in the chart of DXY, it is reaching its major resistance level which is at around 103 level. Previously two times we saw the rejection in the Dollar index exactly at this same level.
While the Dollar index gets rejected a new bullish rally starts in BTC. So if we get the rejection from the same level this time also then we witness another bull run of BTC.
Invalidation level:- If DXY breaks and closes above the 103 level (Any weekly candle) then this chart becomes invalid.
Let's hope that we got the rejection this time also and we see a new bull run of BTC.

3) It is forming a bearish divergence in RSI.
If we get the prefect rejection from here then we have an important support level at 4.30-4.44 level (BTC $44k-$48K) which is a very crucial level. If we break this support level then we expect a big pump in the market.

Welcome to this BTC /USDT update. What a beautiful daily close we got. My previous idea of the Head&Shoulder bearish pattern is invalidated and I feel no shame to accept it. I don't say like other people that I'm absolutely right every single time, I also made some mistakes and I have no shame to accept them.
Now, let's get to the chart first.
BTC is still maintaining inside the same channel and holding the $39k support in the daily time frame very well so far. Yesterday we got a beautiful daily close above $40k
Now, BTC has to break the resistance 1 which is at the $41.5k-$42.5k level, and also there is a 50D MA. If we get a successful close above resistance then we are all set to test our resistance 2 which is at the $46k-$48k level.
Invalidation level:- Daily close below $39k

BTC has important support at the $36.5k-$37.5k level. Either we get bounced from there or if not then it falls more and we might see $30k according to this pattern.
Also, if you see a daily chart of BTC then you see that BTC is forming a bearish flag pattern in the daily time frame which has not broken down yet. If any daily candle closes below $39k then it will be very bad for the overall market.

Although still, we have two resistance levels 4.90 and 5.22 from there we can expect a reversal. If USDT.D breaks the 5.22 level then it's really really bad for BTC. Stay cautious with your trades and keep your stop losses tight until we get any bullish confirmation.

Welcome to this important update on the U.S. Dollar index. Of course, BTC is an independent asset class but it is somehow correlated with the U.S. Dollar index. Bitcoin has a negative correlation with the U.S. Dollar index. In other words, when the U.S. dollar rises, then, as a rule, BTC tends to fall. I’ll also add that there is rarely a positive correlation between BTC and the U.S. dollar.
Now, let's go to the chart.
Here I show you a chart of the U.S. Dollar index in the 2-week time frame.
As you see in the chart, it is forming an Adam&Eve pattern where breakout and retest are already done. After the successful retest, it is continuously going up.
It has strong resistance at around 103 level which is not broken since 2000-2001. The last time the U.S. Dollar index was traded above the 103 level was in 2000-2001. So if we broke above that level this time then it is very bad for the cryptocurrency market.
As of now, BTC is holding crucial support of $39k. Few hours left for the weekly close. If we get the weekly close below $39k then things become ugly. So my advice is to stay aside from the market for a while. Wait for some confirmation is the much better option here.
Let's see how we get the weekly close.
