Corn Shortage! Blah Blah BlahThis week has brought about news on the projected corn yields dropping marginally, which in turn, is pushing this beast into higher territory. As we check out the chart we can see we have a significant golden pocket that will act as the Berlin Wall for corn. Prices below the golden pocket will act as East Berlin, controlled by the soviets during the Cold War. Trapped in a descending trend. If corn manages to push past the golden pocket + trend line resistance, corn will now be on the west side of the Berlin Wall. Free to explode into the June highs of $7.5.
In this analogy, I personally think that the soviets will maintain control and rule over corn until harvest is over. Corn harvest has started in the south and will continue into Nov. As we harvest we will have more corn in the bins and ready to use. Which will lead to lower prices IMO. Simple supply and demand.
Based off of the chart technicals, I am even more confident in saying that corn will be rejected because of where the GP and trend resistance lays. Once price reaches those levels I am expecting to see a bearish divergence on all three oscillators, and then I will go short big time. This could be a multi-month trade. But as always take profits on your way at key targets.
Major short target: $5.70-$5.30

Inflation Trade - $CORNFI know the inflation trade has been discussed and is possibly over, but CORN has been consolidating with higher lows and lower highs. If the trade is not over we could see a breakout to 780$. This is a hedge trade, corn has a lot of moving parts and the three biggest right now being demand for livestock, ethanol blending, and droughts. If traffic is picking up and I think it will this summer on a WoW basis, if we see beef prices hit some serious highs, and lastly if we see some serious midwest droughts which we currently are.... This could be a mother of a trade. Hedge accordingly with this trade. I would use $corn calls at the money and hedge 0.5% of account
CORN FUTURES (ZC1!), H1 Potential for Bullish RiseType : Bullish Rise
Resistance : 800'0
Pivot: 782'2
Support : 770'6
Preferred Case: On the H1, price is moving above the ichimoku cloud and within the ascending channel which supports our bullish bias that price will rise from the pivot at 782'2 where the overlap support, 78.6% fibonacci projection and 50% fibonacci retracement are to the 1st resistance at 800'0 in line with the swing high resistance.
Alternative scenario: Alternatively, price may break pivot structure and drop to the 1st support at 770'6 in line with the overlap support and 78.6% fibonacci retracement .
Fundamentals: Since both countries, Russia and Ukraine, are major exporter of agriculture goods and their persistent war will lead to a shortage of agricultural goods and give us a bullish bias for corn .
Corn Futures ( ZC1! ), H1 Potential for Bullish bounceType : Bullish Bounce
Resistance : 808'4
Pivot: 801'2
Support : 795'2
Preferred Case: With price moving above our ichimoku cloud, we have a bullish bias that price will rise to our 1st resistance at 808'4 in line with the horizontal swing high resistance from our pivot of 801'2 in line with the 50% Fibonacci retracement and horizontal swing low support.
Alternative scenario: Alternatively, price may break pivot structure and head for 1st support at 795'2 in line with the horizontal swing low support.

Mar 7, 22 Corn Pullback - Buy opp?In looking at Corn, you know that Crop Planting in the Ulraine is in less than 60 days. Who here thinks that that is actually going to happen with what's going on over there??
If they can't get their corn planted, there could be some supply issues. Add the shipping delays that the world is experiencing and the price could continue to go up. How high? Not sure. But last week corn was on a tear up. Today it is coming down some.
Maybe a Buy Order in around 720? I will keep watch to see how low it will go but 720 seems like a support level to me. Obviously if price crashes through it and moves down 700 would be the next logical support, and buying point.
Wheat has gone limit up for over 5 days now - Corn went crazy last week and today is in a pullback. I don't know for sure, but I believe over the next month, Corn will continue to go up. I just want to get in on a pullback and ride price up so that's what I'm looking for.
Stay safe.
Heiko
CORN SHORTS 📉📉📉The same view on CORN as on WHEAT chart, we have a nice bullish market strucutre but looks like price is very exhausted and right now we should see a corrective movement down ito 700/600, we have a lot of bullish gaps on it's way and price should retrace to fill those.
On a long-term perspective i am still bullish based on the fundamental context.
What do you think ? ..
🌾CORN - BitCorn is Back🌽🌮🍿Last year we bought because of inflation.
This year things are even more serious, there is a war between Russia and Ukraine.
Column: Concerns rise over Black Sea spring crops amid Russia-Ukraine war: www.reuters.com
Looks like Fajitas and Tacos🌮, Kellogs frosties 🐯 and other cereal , corn on the cob 🌽, even go ''pop'' in the cinema🍿 might become expensier. On a more serious note, poverty will hit some and food will become a luxury for some.
Sad but true. Scary...
May logic prevail,

$ZC Corn Futures Medium To Long Term Analysis #cornfutures Traders, This is the analysis of Corn Futures ZC.
1. Price made structure break which means more down side is expected
2. But the price can go back up perform
a. Sell Order Collection
b. Stop Loss Collection
c. Retest few levels
3. We currently have a wedge pattern which getting squeezed. A break below will push it to the lower FCP zone.
4. A break above can go to upper FCP zone which is very powerful and can have better sell orders. From there a short based on a confirmation will make more sense. This short then can be held for a longer period of time (if conditions are favorable) as the market structure has been broken (BOS) mentioned in the point 1.
Trade what you see and ignore any hypes. Stay objective.

Rising CornThe season has begun - seems like corn has bottomed, broken the downward correction, and is now beginning to overcome the different MAs.
According to the seasonality, we should see the high in corn around June-July next year. I expect therefore at least the reaching of the former high at 3.15 EUR.
But you should of course take a deeper look at the underlying asset (ZC1!) and not only on this leveraged derivate.
ZC long above 540$I will buy corn futurese higher 540$, because this is very strong level and above this price everybody who sell from this level will close their short possision ("bears" will lose money higher this price) and all bulls start open their long possision so it should give us some impuls.Stopp loss not more than 2 $ and TP minimum 6 $.Good luck :)
CORN - Time to Buy AgainAt this stage I have the confirmation to buy in again. Not much to say, just look at the previous ideas for the fundamentals.
Trends and patterns in grain auctions, local meat production and corn production are all indicative of stronger grain demand by China in the coming years, reported S&P Global Platts.

Reloaded:🌾CORN - Some Call it 'BitCorn🌽🌮🍿No, it's not a cryptocurrency poised to double in price, it's just the price of CORN (yes, the one we eat).
You can make Fajitas and Tacos with it🌮, use it as a topping on your pizza or eat it on the cob 🌽, you can even go ''pop'' in the cinema🍿. Also your cornflakes Tony🐯, yes!
Over resistance, tested it as support and not gonna stop until it approaches the 800 levels this year.
