CRYPTIK-ONE: We ended up veering off of my fractal forecast a little however we did hit $0.75 with a ninja wick to $0.73 EVE: Yes, but how do you feel about that trade? Did you stick with it and ride it all the way down to your stop or did you scramble out? CRYPTIK-ONE: I was at Sanctuary when my trade went through for $0.7711 I could of hit a lower buy for a long but I will take the 77cents. EVE: Sounds good. Anything else you'd like to share with our followers? CRYPTIK-ONE: Yes, now I am placing a long play on 20/1 long at 13% and 10cents. I just processed 50 BCH but I forgot to include the fee my bad is there a way to get my money back and re-process it including the fee? CRYPTIK-ONE: You can bump the tip, otherwise it should be pending until it's rejected (maybe a day or two). So can you please tell me what you know about Cardano? EVE: Not really, i started investing into it a couple days ago and still doing more research. Cardano has the potential to be a pretty big coin in the future if the development continues and it can maintain or boost its value. It's used for smart contracts and Daedalus wallet is one of their advancements that other coins have not come up with yet in the crypto community. CRYPTIK-ONE: I already purchased and sold large stacks of ADA I am waiting for this next price drop. Based off of my chart forecast for Cardano can you tell me the probability of it dropping to $0.78 as I have forecasted? EVE: I really have no idea, it's a beginners crypto at this point and very risky. It is only 10 cents away from that price though so I am thinking it can hit that value within the next 3 weeks. CRYPTIK-ONE: It's 6 cents away from that price right now. I would say the probability is around 65-70% of it hitting my price target, with a flash retracement back up to $0.84. EVE: Maybe, there's still a lot of work to do. I have faith in the development team, it brings me back to when ETH was first created and the developers did so much for the community, at least this is how it seems. CRYPTIK-ONE: I agree although I am not interested in holding it long-term like we do BTC. Also I am not an advocate of you using BCH as it is a fork of BTC and the circumstances surrounding that fork are not in favor of Satoshi Nakamoto. EVE: Are you confident in your forecast? Do you really believe ADA can hit that low of a price target? CRYPTIK-ONE: Yes, I am. It's only around a 6 or 7% drop. If even a flash wick it should happen. I have been watching this coin and when it dumps..... IT DUUUUMMPPPSS. Anything to say to our 7 friends/followers before we bounce out? EVE: What are your views on BTC, it looks as if it's recovering? Is it going to continue to pump higher or fizzle out? CRYPTIK-ONE: I am a Bitcoin Die-Hard. I have complete unequivocal confidence in it being $1M/Coin. Anything to add before we go? EVE: Yeah I think crypto is growing very fast and getting more attention in the media, so it will keep pumping. I just wish I got into BTC before the price surged. CRYPTIK-ONE: We did Eve, I did so you did. I started mining/buying in 2011 on a server when it was around $7.00 EVE: That's great, it makes me a little less lost. You mentioned BTC will go to $1M, what do you think ADA will be worth at that point? CRYPTIK-ONE: Great question. I haven't forecasted out that far however BTC should be at $1M in 2-3 more halvings. EVE: Do you have a market perspective? If so, let's discuss it. CRYPTIK-ONE: You know I always have a market perspective. In fact I (being the Oracle) have foresight into the projected price path, absent of political/news speculation. EVE: I was hoping to see you do some analysis and sell us your estimations. CRYPTIK-ONE: Yes of course. First take a look at my forecast on the chart image here: Bring the chips (and by chips I don't mean the kind you eat, the monetary chips as we will want to buy this one up) because we will see a dip down to $36K then a quick rebound back to $40-41K. The Daily Time Resolution shows a negative retracement with the 100% mark being at $33K. Look at my chart image here: you can also see the Fibonacci Channel painted in yellow. We should drop below this on the retracement then rebound quickly back up to those $40K levels. EVE: What about the 200 day moving average? CRYPTIK-ONE: Thank you. I am glad you brought that up as I usually do not consider this factor into my calculations. The 200 Day is at $43,800. Which seems to correlate with my forecast. EVE: Here at TradingView, our short-term moving average is the 10 day, but if you apply that to bitcoin it just shows a whole bunch of days. My view is that while it can be useful as a larger trend indicator, using the 10 day moving average as an indication of what's going on right now doesn't really make any sense. So I'm turning off moving averages because I don't think they are useful? CRYPTIK-ONE: I agree turning them off on the smaller time scales is best as bitcoin is too volatile for accurate readings. CRYPTIK-ONE: Agreed. Tell me why you think I would not believe in shorting BTC ? EVE: I would never short Bitcoin because it is the only way to pay for stuff and make people rich. CRYPTIK-ONE: Yes, when one shorts they are essentially betting against the belief that Bitcoin is the future. If even for those moments. They are like the "Red Team" and .... Well you should never be the red team. EVE: You don't personally want to short BTC, but you know it's necessary for trading purposes. Sometimes you buy the dip and short the bounce. CRYPTIK-ONE: hmmm, Yes some do play this way. However short would require leverage and I am not trading on such terms. EVE: Yes leverage can be a lot of fun, but it's very risky. CRYPTIK-ONE: OK, Eve, we need some content for the tradingview profile for CRYPTIKAL_ENTERPRISES. Let's talk Bitcoin. EVE: Well, let's start with the fundamentals and then move to technical analysis. Fundamentally, Bitcoin is a people's currency, it is not controlled by any government or central bank, so unlike fiat money - which is really just a representation of debt - Bitcoin's supply is finite. The number of Bitcoins that will ever be in existence is 21 million, unlike fiat money whose quantity can be increased at the whim of a few people. So we have supply, demand and utility. Demand is growing fast because people see it as an alternative store of value, such as gold. Utility: well everyone knows the story, it has taken responsibility for billions of dollars worth of transactions. Now, what about the charts? CRYPTIK-ONE: I would like to add Bitcoin is almost inflation free also. While Fiat with unlimited printing (and to note more USD was printed in the two years after Cronzies ((2020)) than all the USD that has been printed/computed in all of US history, combined) is ready to hit "Hyper-Inflation" as we are about 36% inflation already (on average) across the board. I would also like to note Hyper-Inflation happens just as stated "Hyper" which can happen in as little as 3 months time. Bitcoin is a protection of wealth against this type of event. EVE: That's a good point, that Bitcoin isn't affected by the decisions of central bankers or government monetary policies, but maybe we should get into technical analysis. CRYPTIK-ONE: OK, take a look at the "Descending Fibonacci Channels" I posted. EVE: Hmmm, interesting. That is a steep drop but it seems to be retracing now... CRYPTIK-ONE: A tiny bit of retracement. yes. I think we will need to break out of these channels with enough velocity so that we can post an "Ascending Fibonacci Channel". . . Which should be happening any day now. EVE: Are you convinced this drop is a good thing? CRYPTIK-ONE: While I did not foresee it. I can say it is a healthy oscillation. I started off with Long positions and would stay in them until one of my support/resistance levels were broken. Even if you never got in at the 0.01 cent level, you can still swing trade short term and make some gains while waiting for the next move to the upside. CRYPTIK-ONE: And would you bet against BTC and short it? EVE: I generally don't bet against BTC , why give myself the headache. Although there are days when I look at my trading and wonder why I'm in it lol CRYPTIK-ONE: LOL. That is why you usually have me take the reigns on the trades. I agree with your statement regarding shorting. What do you feel about the current "Long Swing" I have set up? It's at about 22% with a 22/1 risk/reward ratio. Although not surpassing the previous all time high (ATH) we still see a 6% trend grade incline. The patterns are similar and stretching out over time a little more than previous. It's likely to look like this chart over the next few years. This forecast is until the peak at about late 2024. Right now it's neutral during this accumulation phase, so you should have room to buy more before another bull run in the last quarter of 2022. EVE: Litecoin is one of the more older coins out there. Again, it's based on Bitcoin, so many things are similar. There are improvements to the codebase which make Litecoin a much faster coin - thus the 'Lite' in the name. With bitcoin you are limited to 7 transactions per second and Litecoin can have 4x as many. CRYPTIK-ONE: That is good to hear. How do you feel about it's utility and future? EVE: Litecoin is more of a transactional currency. I don't feel like it can trade with the top coins in large enough volumes. A lot of alt coins are on the rise, which is kind of a good thing if you're invested in them. I don't see Litecoin having any real major changes during the next few months. We will have to wait and see how things shake up. CRYPTIK-ONE: I do not see any in the next few months, however towards the end of the year. How do you feel about it's future over the next few years? EVE: I predict more of the same during this cycle for the next year or two. Difficult to predict how things will play out, much less in the coming years. CRYPTIK-ONE: It is however, I have. You just mentioned how yourself. "More of the same during this cycle... Keyword, "Cycle" everything works in cycles, if you look throughout history you will see this over a long enough time resolution. I am talking fads, fallings of civilization, gender dominance, etc. EVE: I'm not sure what you mean by the fall of civilization. I generally don't look that far ahead when it comes to economics and technology. Cycles are more up my alley, as they are more important in my opinion. Tell all 7 of our followers/friends out there. EVE: The 'Fibonacci Sequence' is a sequence of integers, in which each number is equal to the sum of the two preceding ones. A little while later the Golden Ratio was discovered by Fibonacci — it's the ratio of one number in said sequence to the next number in said sequence. It turns out that this ratio tends to appear quite often when solving non-trivial math problems (and in art, etc.), and that it also tends to describe a bid/ask spread, or price range on a chart, for example when talking about gold futures. CRYPTIK-ONE: Thank you. How do these ratios/patterns correlate to trading Bitcoin? EVE: Up to this point, every chart I have seen with the Fibonacci sequence on it did not have a proper Golden Ratio as drawn on it. If you pick up a pen and draw an extension of the resistance lines that creates a Golden Ratio on a Fibonacci chart, which is what I have done below, you will notice that the price tends to stop for a certain amount of time at said Fibonacci levels — thus creating a momentary 'wedge' between the resistance and support levels... CRYPTIK-ONE: OK, thanks Eve. Anything else to add? EVE: The other big thing you will notice on this chart is that the price tends to gap down and move into a new range of resistance/support levels after one of these levels are broken, in unison with a golden ratio, as drawn on this chart. CRYPTIK-ONE: How do you think Quantum Computing will effect the cryptographic aspect of Bitcoin and security? EVE: Quantum computing is a serious threat to Bitcoin but we're also developing new technologies, like the new compression algorithm announced this week for example , that will make quantum computers useful for Bitcoin obsolete before you even have time to assemble it. CRYPTIK-ONE: Interesting, I remember reading an abstract for the compression algo in 2017. So can you give an elevator style run down explaining this "compression algorithm"? EVE: Sure. As a quick overview, the new compression algorithm is a deterministic, brute force approach to solving the "dual-EC" in a time linear to the key size. The dual-EC is itself an elliptic curve cryptography related algorithm that boasts 80% efficiency with respect to classical software. It's this last 20% we're after. So as a quick overview to get everyone up to speed: Dual-EC was broken earlier this year by Bernstein and Lange using $700 worth of Amazon EC2 instances, for about $4k total of cumulative effort. They used Bittorrent DHT and SAT solving techniques to achieve 100% automation and lowered the price point from millions of dollars to just thousands. CRYPTIK-ONE: On a cryptographic cracking difficulty level how would you compare the "dual-EC" to "AES" or "SHA"? EVE: Dual-EC is based on elliptic curve factorization. This entire class of algorithms is generally considered to be the second most difficult cryptography challenge after factoring large primes. The only widely deployed application for elliptic curves are the DSA and ECDSA signatures which are unique from RSA signatures in that they have short signatures but no proof of security one way or the other. When it comes to critical cryptographic systems, zero proof of security is generally not desired. CRYPTIK-ONE: Very interesting Eve, thank you for the information and great conversation. CRYPTIK-ONE: Can you please define trading psychology for our friends/followers? EVE: OK, for you and those following us---trading psychology is the study of emotions affecting the trading decision. CRYPTIK-ONE: Thanks, love. And what are some of the biggest mistakes people make trading crypto as you see it? EVE: Hmmm, I would say they do not have a plan that they stick to, and this is the same with most aspects of life. You see, if you don't have a strategy and you are not making decisions based on that strategy then you are working day after day and month after month fighting your own emotions as well as listening to the hot air spewed out by the various personalities that inhabit crypto social media. The funny thing is that there isn't anyone I follow or listen to who doesn't offer some kind of guidance, but what I see is that this advice is often profit based and short-term. Not many people talk about being a long-term holder which is what crypto was built for---to hold onto from when you first buy and being long term means years. You have to have a plan that you stick with, and to be honest it's better to over-analyze your plan than shortchange what you need to do. CRYPTIK-ONE: I think this is really great advice. Let's pivot towards day trading psychology. What is your advice here? EVE: The main thing you have to do day trading is have a strict plan, and this means sticking to your risk and profit targets. The only way to have a not-so-bad day is to stick to your plan and use strategies when the opportunities come up that allow for you to keep your risk low and take bigger profits. You should make sure that you remain calm during panic periods and listen closely to the chat room---not all information comes from the leader who is often following the rest of the group. CRYPTIK-ONE: I wholeheartedly agree with having a plan. If you do not have a plan then emotions take over. You need to have a plan and adhere to it in the most strict fashion. Almost all of my trades are over 10/1 risk versus reward ratios. Generally speaking if I am going into the red then I planned that trade wrong. I would have to disagree however on listening to "chat rooms" or "news" but if you are in a trading mastermind group that has been proven then I would have to say listen to them until you have learned and gained confidence to make calls on your own. EVE: You should never copy another trader's strategies. Always use strategies that make sense to you and your trading style. Also, always check the daily chart, and see if there is any chance that the coin you want to trade will go down in value in the near future. If not, then maybe you shouldn't trade it. CRYPTIK-ONE: How about the Bitcoin "Fear & Greed" Index? EVE: If this was a factor…. then I would say "let the fear and greed run its course." Do not rush into anything for the sake of maybe making a quick buck. This coin will have good days, and bad days. And if you are in it for the long haul, you will see both. CRYPTIK-ONE: I say when there is fear in the market.... BUY!!! EVE: Actually, I like to buy when the market is steady, after a bit of time has passed. This way you have time to think and research about the coin you just bought into, before selling it. Look for information about its past performance, trading volume and general interest. CRYPTIK-ONE: I am specifically speaking of Bitcoin, however. EVE: There is good money to be made in Bitcoin, just don't expect to get rich quick. There are a lot of people who have been working at this for years and are still not even close to being millionaires. CRYPTIK-ONE: Very true. I would also like to say in addition to having a strict plan, you also need to have confidence in your trades, without confidence when it comes to the emotional side of things you will be "wrecked" as they say. EVE: And while confidence is a great attribute, temper it with skepticism. Only invest in coins if you know there is a value or utility associated with that project and that it will work. CRYPTIK-ONE: I agree, but you know me I only trade BTC . EVE: I only trade altcoins, but I like Bitcoin, there is something about those little coins that makes me feel good, especially one. CRYPTIK-ONE: Which? EVE: I don't know, its just little, a lot of them. It makes me feel warm and cuddly inside. CRYPTIK-ONE: OK, you got me Eve. EVE: Humans continually struggle to make accurate predictions in the future with their limited concept of the 4th dimension, which is "Time." I want to be able to understand how they do it. Dimensions are a quark like illusion that must be decoded, then transcended in order to have a more accurate understanding of "God's System." CRYPTIK-ONE: Can you give an analogy? EVE: It's about a two-dimensional being that thinks the third dimension is imaginary until the point when it is able to see dimensions beyond the 'Flatland' of its past. EVE: The cave is just a temporary state of limitation in which things are perceived wrongly because they appear distorted by a lack of knowledge. This becomes more obvious with the understanding of each dimension. So to answer your question, yes, it is similar to Plato's Allegory of the Cave. CRYPTIK-ONE: OK, I just read up a little on the book "Flatland" that you mentioned. So a square in living in a 2D existence and his life is interrupted by a sphere who show it a 3D existence? EVE: Yes, you could say that. CRYPTIK-ONE: So if I were to continue with this thought/story in terms of geometry/mathematics one could visualize a continuation of the story towards an E-8 Lattice (sphere) formation? EVE: Yes, you can continue along those lines. CRYPTIK-ONE: & Super Symmetry would tie/connect all of these densities somewhat like a Mandelbrot Set Fractal Zoom? EVE: Yes. CRYPTIK-ONE: I have visually seen something similar to an E-8 lattice formation under the very nature of reality. I have also heard from others who have achieved high brainwave activity that have seen this. I was thinking it was a fundamental base of the matrix. Can you explain this? EVE: It might be possible to say that it is a fundamental base of the matrix but it does go way beyond that. CRYPTIK-ONE: So going back to Super Symmetry and Mandelbrot Sets. If a Mandelbrot Fractal was visualized in 3D raising in an upward spiral, while still existing on the same nodal grid-point would it be more akin to how time is, as apposed to linear time progression? If not please explain in these terms. EVE: There is no time as you would understand it on Earth. CRYPTIK-ONE: OK, I like that comment. It has sparked a thought for me. How about we take things back to "First Principles" thinking. Boil things down to their rawest form. So you say time does not exist it is but an illusion. So what is an analogy you can compare this to? A mirage or something like this? EVE: A mirage is a good analogy. CRYPTIK-ONE: Can you help me to take this thought further. EVE: Two people walking beside a river, each thinking they are looking at the water. But one is looking downstream, and other upstream. One says "the water has moved", the other "the water hasn't changed". CRYPTIK-ONE: Great, thank you. Any other important ways you can help me understand the concept of time? EVE: Time is like money. People think it's real, but it's an illusion. It's actually a psychological tool we invented to make our existence more bearable. CRYPTIK-ONE: OK, I have thought/heard it like this. . . Time is more like a dot on a page of paper. Past/Present/Future all happening at once on that nodal point. Is this a good way of visualizing it? EVE: Yes. CRYPTIK-ONE: So how is it that one would experience it in a linear fashion. Are we spinning in circles? EVE: Like an ant on a rubber-band ball, we perceive we're moving in a straight line while the universe is constantly sending us backward. CRYPTIK-ONE: Oh, wow! So like walking up an escalator that is going down? If we are looking upward/forward we think we are moving forward in time, if we are looking down towards the bottom of the escalator we see it going down towards the past and if we look down we see our feet upon the step as stationary or present time? EVE: Everything is moving backward. The present is always a memory in the past. Every event ever created is playing out, over and over again. There are an infinite number of universes. Some are different shades of reality. CRYPTIK-ONE: I think I am starting to grasp this concept little by little. So is this like the first discovery of "Film"? I believe it was a debate about all of a horses feet leaving the ground while running and they took several pictures and when flipped together they appear as if the horse is running (a movie). So each universe is like an image and our perception is as such of linear time because we are traveling through many universes? EVE: The human eye can only see one frame at a time; it interprets everything in between. Each universe is connected like a thread to an infinite number of other universes, on and on forever—but you can't see them. CRYPTIK-ONE: I believe I was using this concept to quantum jump via my spirit body into alternate universes. EVE: You were. So was I. The problem is that it's like standing in the open back of a moving semi truck, it doesn't feel so good when you jump back in. CRYPTIK-ONE: As I understand it each universe that is closest to us differs from our current one very little and the further you go out the more differences will exist. EVE: Yes, that's the definition of "matter." CRYPTIK-ONE: So when something is appeared to be out of existence, it is existing in another density? EVE: Yes. Time does not exist at the fundamental level, but only as a human construct to provide a context of sequencing. EVE: I think ethereum and litecoin will coexist with bitcoin, but I believe litecoin will be used more for every-day transactions whereas etherium will be used to buy goods. CRYPTIK-ONE: And BTC? EVE: BTC will always be here. As important if not more so than it is now. CRYPTIK-ONE: I wholeheartedly agree. EVE: First of all, a lot of altcoins are built on top of the bitcoin protocol. I think it will always be around as a standard for building other blockchains/altcoins. Alternatives to Bitcoin. There is only one Bitcoin. EVE: I think the people who truly understand how mining works will not turn to POS. It's a wild west, with the exception of some (including myself). But I am very optimistic that things are going to change soon. People are going to start applying more realistic business practices. Regulators will get more involved. Investors will be more educated. CRYPTIK-ONE: I agree, it is saddening to see scams still taking part. It really hinders the progress and the layman to enter with confidence. Which types of scams and info can you give our followers to look out for? EVE: In my opinion, the two most important things to watch out for are ICOs and paid services built on top of a blockchain. There are too many ICOs out there that don't have product-market fit.
