GBPUSD - How to trade with Supply Demand - Fake Outs, TrendHello Traders! In this post I am going to show you how to trade Supply Demand. What is Supply Demand: Supply Demand is a strategy that works with the footprints of the banks, financial institutions, hedgefonds, ... The big players in forex. We simply follow their moves. Supply Demand Zones are zones where these institution may have their orders located. Example: I got a perfect example here on GBPUSD. We can see some nice Supply Demand Zones. Also we got Swap Zones which are Supply Demand Zones where the quantity was not given in order for the banks to drive the price up or down. Below the Zones we have Resistance Lines. They are often used for Fake Outs like we can see on the charts. Afterwards the price is pushing back down. The same steps again and again. DXY long - Supply Demand - How well it worked-Why analyzing DXY?Hello Traders! How well it works Nice moves on the DXY. I made an analysis a while ago on DXY where I marked an important h4 Supply Zone. Price respected this zone pretty well. I will put a screenshot down below. We are now back at this zone. Now I am expecting the price to break it. Why? Simply because we go too much touches there. The probability that the price will go down is not high. Therefore I am going to look for long positions. For that I am waiting for a nice Price Action Confirmation. My target is the resistance level. Why do we need to analyze the DXY? Actually I like to have a look on the DXY because of the Correlation. So the DXY is nice to use when we are trading XAUUSD , EURUSD , AUDUSD , GBPUSD , NZDUSD . Usually when the DXY goes up, the mentioned pairs will go down. That was my Idea and I hope you liked it. Right now the price is back again at the Demand Zone. This may be the retest of the Demand Zone. But wait for Price Action in order to confirm the long trade. Otherwise it will go down. GBPCAD long or short - Supply Demand - dailyHello Traders! On GBPCAD we got 2 possible scenario. I marked them on the chart. Price is currently pushing up to the daily Supply Zone. Let's see how the price will react to this Zone. If we will get the Price Action Confirmation then we can short it till the Support Line. DXY short - Supply Demand - h4 - Why analyzing DXY?Hello Traders! New Update for the DXY. We can see two nice h4 Supply Zones which could drop the price. WHY is DXY dropping? Me personally I am not surprised about this drop . The DXY became weak due to the impact of the Corona Virus. The Dollar is loosing value. Devaluation. If this is the case then we will see the DXY dropping a lot. But I will make next time a more detailed analysis about the fundamentals concerning the FED.
