It has formed this rounded top structure while in stages of reversal from a large bear market, in fact it has reversed a lot
I think this reversal will continue throughout the year, with this structure leading to a bullish breakout

District0x macro trendThere is a clear time cycle pattern with DNT which lasts for approximately 180 days, from pick(wave 1) to pick(wave 3). Based on this observation, there is a high probability that we reach the wave 5 by August. Usually the wave 4 is a chart pattern(here we have a symmetric triangle which validates our wave count).
Another observation, using log fib extension, we see that wave 3 it was the 261% extension of wave 1. Remember that wave 3 is never the shortest wave. We may expect the wave 5 to reach a fib level. We have various bullish levels from 4usd(most probable) to 17usd and the most bullish (but still realistic) target around 190 usd!
Last note, i am expecting the sub wave 5 of the major wave 5, and final leg up, to break the ascending channel. If this break happens before the sub wave 5, the levels between 17-190 usd are totally possible.

DNT Bullish Continuation PatternAfter the entire market took a pullback on Friday 1/8/21 DNT has gathered itself in consolidation. But yesterday did manage to kick it out of its bullish momentum trend. Looking like a Bullish Pennant Pattern to me here. It could range for days here but also it could make a move as soon as tomorrow if the TA holds true as the pattern hits a decision zone. The strong support around .09-.10 area was never tested yesterday but I’m not overly concerned with that as of right now and see it as a positive with strong BUY support. Current buy/sell ratio is 50/50. Keep your eye on the volume, when it starts coming back DNT should seek new heights and get back to price discovery zone in green. If it goes south look for .09-.10 as strong support and excellent buy zone. I’m bullish here though. Just my thoughts not financial advice. What do you think?
