SPX500: Bull Rally May Hold Towards 4000.Hi Traders,
Price was in the middle of an ending diagonal a couple of sessions ago, until this situation was made invalid by the breakout above 3150.00.
I am therefore looking for a five wave sequence in the higher degree wave 5, and at the moment it seems that price may rally towards 4000.
The plan is simple: keep buying every pullback and hold until price reaches 4000.

EURJPY Bears To Complete Long-term Corrective PatternEURJPY has been trading in a corrective structure since Feb 2018. The corrective structure which is unfolding as a triple zigzag is about to complete the last leg lower.
As you can see on the chart, the decline from wave X high at 127.501 unfolded in a five-wave pattern in wave (a). It then followed by a three-wave bearish corrective structure in wave (b). According to Elliot Wave theory, once a 5-3 wave cycle is completed the trend will resume in the direction of the major impulse which is down in the EURJPY case.
We see an impulsive breakout of wave (b) corrective structure channel and a retest signal further confirming the continuation to the downside.
Verdict
As long as 122.943 "wave (b)" high remains intact, I will be looking to short on lower high till we reach the blue zone on the chart.

First, I thought that SPY was experiencing a 'normal' correction and we would see a correction around the $280 level in July. But, instead we got an irregular correction. Irregular Corrections can be spotted when Wave B goes above the Terminal of the 5th Wave which SPY has done.
The Correction is now in Wave C and Wave C always is completed by 5 Waves. So far, we have only completed Waves 1 & 2. Wave 3 which is normally the most violent is upon us. This is most likely the last opportunity to either sell out of positions or buy protection.
