$XOM bullish break above long 7.5 year trendline on monthly$XOM bullish break above long 7.5 year trendline
And on the weekly looking like a golden cross (w/ my 35 & 180EMA’s which are quite reliable)
No trade plan right now, just an observation… I sold at 70.83 on the last swing but will add this one to my radar of things that could stay bullish. Energy stocks $XLE (SPDR Energy Sector ETF will be on my list as well)
Definitely a bullish move and I’ll be looking on the smaller timeframes for a possible entry…
Though, also noting, that in the last financial crisis XOM did decline as well, so that trendline will be watched carefully…

I am not your financial advisor, but I will happily answer questions and analyze to the best of my ability but ultimately the risk is on you. Check out my ideas, but also do your own due diligence.
I am not a bull. I am not a bear. I just see what I see in the charts and I don’t pay too much attention to the noise in the news.
If you want me to analyze any stock or ETF just leave me a comment and I’ll do it if I can. (If I have time)
Have fun, y’all!!

$XLE $SXLE 2022 Setup Perfect formation and setup for Energy stocks which I expect bullish performance till end of Q2 2022 and by then most likely 2 interest hikes will be already done. Then as of Q3 also due to base effect inflation will start to come down and rotaion will be from value to growth stocks.
on Weekly chart it is even more visible. My 2022 portfolio will be on precious metals gold and silver (more on silver) and energy stocks till June-July and then switching to beaten down tech stocks like ARKK, ARKG, SE, LSPD NOW etc.
When Might The Price Of Natural Gas Decompress?Traders that have taken a long position on Natural Gas will have been feeling lighter than air for the better part of 2021. Remarkably, the trading price of Natural Gas has rocketed up 115% since the beginning of the year, outperforming price increases in other commodities currently sitting close to record highs, Oats (up by 63.83% YTD), Copper (up by 19.65% YTD), and steel (up by 38.27% YTD). As of writing, Natural Gas is trading at $5.592 per million British thermal units, a thirteen year high for the commodity.
What Is The Reason For The Meteoric Rise In Natural Gas
An unusually scorching 2021 summer in the US drove demand for air conditioning and Natural Gas beyond normal levels, resulting in a lower stockpile of the commodity for an unusually cold winter. Following this, extreme weather conditions, such as Hurricane Ida, interrupted Natural Gas extraction in the Gulf of Mexico’s most productive zone.
Will The Price Of Natural Gas Recede?
Typically, when the price of a commodity rises, new investment will enter the market to scoop up the high prices. Regarding Natural Gas, the new investment could be from gas companies lifting output at existing gas wells or exploring new wells that will raise production. Counter-productively, the new investment and resulting lift in gas supply would help suppress the price rises in the commodity.
New investment in Natural Gas has stalled as of late. While fossil fuels will still be needed for a long time, so-called ‘Zero Carbon’ policies from governing bodies worldwide are disincentivising Natural Gas exploration. The long-term prospects of Natural Gas wells are less certain and less attractive when contending with the likes of the Biden Administration throwing its full support behind renewable energy sources as the US engages in a wide-scale upgrade to its infrastructure. One project for the Biden Administration is for the US electric grid to be powered by 50% solar within the next thirty years. Achieving this goal would severely squeeze demand for Natural Gas, which, according to the EPA, generated approximately 40% of the country’s electricity in 2020.

$JCS Announces Agreement to Merge with Pineapple Energy, LLCCommunications Systems, Inc. Announces Agreement to Merge with Pineapple Energy, LLC
$JCS ("CSI" or the "Company"), an IoT intelligent edge products and services company, today announced that it entered into a definitive merger agreement with privately held Pineapple Energy, LLC ("Pineapple"), a growing U.S. operator and consolidator of residential solar, battery storage, and grid services solutions.
Pineapple recently signed definitive agreements to acquire Hawaii Energy Connection ("HEC") and E-GEAR, both Hawaii-based sustainable energy solution providers.
This transaction will pave the way for the combined company to effectively raise capital and use stock as a currency to acquire other leading regional solar, storage and energy services companies."
CSI expects the sale proceeds from any pre-merger divestitures to be distributed in the form of a cash dividend to existing CSI shareholders prior to the effective date of the merger. In addition to any proceeds from pre-merger divestitures, CSI expects to distribute to the pre-merger shareholders a cash dividend of at least $1.00 per share prior to the closing of the merger. The Company also intends to make additional cash dividends from cash, cash equivalents, and investments and proceeds from the sale of legacy CSI assets and businesses sold after the merger through the CVRs.
Each CSI shareholder as of the merger record date, will receive Contingent Value Rights ("CVRs") that reflect the right to receive that shareholder’s percentage of the net proceeds from the sale of legacy CSI businesses and assets, after the closing.
Additionally, current CSI shareholders will retain shares in the combined company, initially holding approximately 37% of total shares outstanding. This ownership is expected to decrease over time due to earnouts to Pineapple shareholders and capital to be raised through potential future equity offerings.
Other information about the Merger and Related Transaction
The transaction is structured as a statutory reverse triangular merger under Delaware law under which a new CSI subsidiary will be merged with and into Pineapple. Pineapple will survive the merge r and become a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSI.
The Members of Pineapple will receive base consideration of 15.6 million shares of CSI common stock. The base consideration will be increased for any outstanding convertible notes issued by Pineapple in a pre-closing financing, which will convert into additional shares of CSI common stock at a rate of $2.00 per share and be decreased for any outstanding indebtedness of Pineapple in excess of $22.5 million, which will reduce the base consideration at a rate of $2.00 per share;
In addition to the base consideration, Members of Pineapple may receive additional shares pursuant to an earnout. Additional shares of common stock will be issued to Members of Pineapple upon the occurrence of the specific milestones.
Financing Growth
In conjunction with the merger, CSI and Pineapple Energy are exploring equity financing through a private placement that would close in connection with the closing of merger, with proceeds to be used by the combined company to finance additional acquisitions and working capital needs of the combined company.

Why $SUNW skyrocketed in January?%SUNW stock popped on Wednesday as projected Democratic victories in Georgia runoff elections boosted investors' hopes for a more robust green energy agenda.
Democrats Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff are set to win their races giving the party control of the Senate, according to projections from Decision Desk HQ and Insider.
It seems Washington is set to go green with a Democrat-controlled Senate, plus Joe Biden's stated goal of a 100% clean grid at the core of his climate agenda. As the Washington Post reported green energy lobbyists are lining up for their shot to influence the Biden Administration.
The rally comes on the back of multiple positive reports on the sector from the likes of Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan.
JP Morgan analyst Paul Coster said in the company's December Alternative Energy Outlook that "the falling cost per watt of renewable energy…positions wind and solar as the lowest-cost source of energy in approximately 70% of the world.

After nearly running out of cash last year, the company has a new lease on life after selling $20 million in stock in December and paying off a $2.7 million loan. Sunworks intends to use its improved balance sheet to drive growth.
The biggest problem for Sunworks is that it isn't even close to making money. Revenue in the first nine months of 2020 was just $29.3 million and losses were $11.1 million, or $0.75 per share. Those trends look like they'll continue, and with bigger, more established solar stocks available, this isn't a gamble I would be taking today.

XLE - Energy sector SPDR S/R levelsHello traders,
Description of the analysis:
Everyone sees an opportunity in the oil market. Personally, I would not invest in this commodity. There is a surplus of oil, there is no place to store it and no one wants it. It can't stop mining. But investing in the entire XLE energy sector could be interesting. Here are the main S/R zones where the price could react. Everyone makes their own point of view.
About me:
Hi, my name is Jacob Kovarik and I´m trading on stock exchange since 2008. I started with a capital of 3000 USD. My first strategy was based on OTM options. (American stock index and their ETF ). I´ve learnt on my path that professional trading is based on two main fundaments which have to complement each other, to make a bussiness attitude profitable. I´ve tried a lot of techniques and many manners how to analyze the market. From basic technical analysis to fundamental analysis of single title. My analytics gradually changed into professional attitude. I work with logical advantages of stock exchange (return of value back to average, volume , expected volatility , advantage of high stop-loss, the breakdown of time in options, statistics and cosistent thorough control of risk). At the moment, my main target is ITM on SPM index. Biggest part of my current bussiness activity comes from e mini futures (NQ, ES). I´m trader of positions. I´m from Czech republic and I take care of a private fund (4 000 000 USD). During my career I´ve earned a lot of valuable experience, such as functionality of strategies and what is more important, control of emotions. Professional trading is, in my opinion, certain kind of mental training and if we are able to control our emotions, accomplishment will show up. I will share with you my analysis and trades on my profile. I wish to all of you successul trades.
