USD Index Drops Sharply – Watching for Reversal SignalsSo far, it has been a rough week for the USD, with the index dropping from the 107 zone to 104 and breaking below the key 106 support level.
However, the DXY is currently seated on strong support, and a relief rally could be imminent.
I’m closely watching for signs of a reversal for confirmation while keeping an eye for short trades on EUR/USD and GBP/USD.

EUR/USD is facing a very strong resistance zone EUR/USD Short Trade Plan
The idea is to short EUR/USD from a high resistance zone, anticipating a price rejection and reversal.
Key Trade Levels:
Resistance Zone (Entry Area): The market has reached a strong resistance zone between 1.08498 and 1.08992, making it an ideal entry area for short trades.
Stop Loss: Placed above the resistance at 1.10368 to minimize risk in case of a breakout.
Take Profit Levels:
TP1: 1.06943 (First level of expected support)
TP2: 1.06655 (Deeper support level)
TP3: 1.05785 - 1.05654 (Strong support zone)
Market Outlook & Strategy:
Bearish Bias: The recent sharp upward move suggests exhaustion, making a pullback likely.
Confirmation: A rejection from the resistance zone will provide confirmation before entering short trades.
Risk Management: A controlled risk-to-reward ratio with a stop loss above the resistance ensures a calculated approach.
This trade aims to capitalize on a potential reversal after a strong bullish rally, targeting key support levels for profit-taking.

DXY Weakens, EUR/USD Breaks Out BullishThe DXY has broken its bullish trendline and a key support area. It is now approaching the next support level on the daily timeframe. Similarly, EUR/USD has broken out above its falling wedge pattern, signaling a bullish move for the euro. Consider buying EUR/USD and riding the trend until it reaches the resistance level.
XAU/USD Analysis & Market Insights📉 Bearish Context & Key Resistance Levels:
Major Resistance at 2,934.00
Strong supply zone where price has previously rejected.
Multiple tests of this area indicate seller pressure.
Short-term Resistance at 2,920-2,925
Price is consolidating near this zone.
A rejection could lead to a downward move.
📈 Bullish Context & Key Support Levels:
Support at 2,846.88 - 2,832.72 (Demand Zone)
Strong reaction zone where buyers stepped in.
Previous price action suggests liquidity in this area.
Deeper Support at 2,720-2,680
If 2,832 breaks, this is the next key demand area.
Aligned with moving averages, adding confluence.
📉 Current Market Outlook:
Price recently bounced from the 2,846-2,832 support, showing buyers’ presence.
However, the 2,920-2,925 area is acting as resistance.

Stop Loss: Below 2,915 to minimize risk.
📰 Fundamental Analysis & Market Drivers
1️⃣ US ISM Services PMI & ADP Jobs Report:
The ISM Services PMI increased to 53.5, signaling stronger services inflation and employment.
However, the ADP Employment Report showed a disappointing 77K jobs, far below the expected 140K, weighing on the USD.
2️⃣ Trump’s Tariffs & USD Weakness:
Trump announced massive tariffs on trade partners, affecting risk sentiment.
While he downplayed negative effects, US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick hinted at potential tariff rollbacks, boosting risk appetite.
This weakened the USD, allowing gold to rise.
3️⃣ Upcoming ECB Decision:
The ECB is expected to cut rates by 25 bps on Thursday, which could further impact market sentiment and gold’s direction.
If the rate cut weakens the EUR, gold could see more upside.
📌 Final Thoughts:
2,920-2,925 remains a key resistance for short-term direction.
A break above 2,934 could signal bullish continuation.
A rejection from current levels could push price back toward 2,846 or lower.
Fundamentals favor gold's strength as the USD weakens due to poor job data and trade uncertainty.
🚀 Key Decision Zone: Watch price action near 2,920-2,925!

EURUSD Bullish Surge: Targeting 1.1000 with 200+ Pips GainEURUSD is currently trading at 1.0700, moving exactly as predicted and showing strong bullish momentum toward the 1.1000 target. The pair has gained significant traction, with price action aligning with technical expectations for a 200+ pip rally. If this momentum continues, EURUSD could push higher, testing key resistance levels before reaching its final target.
From a technical standpoint, the bullish structure remains intact, supported by strong price action and increased buying pressure. A break above minor resistance levels near 1.0800 could accelerate the move toward 1.1000. Traders should monitor volume and price action confirmations to ensure sustained bullish momentum, while also keeping an eye on potential retracements for re-entry opportunities.
Fundamentally, the euro’s strength is driven by market expectations surrounding the European Central Bank’s (ECB) monetary policy, as well as potential weakness in the US dollar. If the Federal Reserve signals a dovish stance or weaker economic data emerges from the US, the dollar could see further declines, supporting EURUSD’s bullish move. Additionally, any positive Eurozone economic data could further fuel the rally.
In summary, EURUSD is following its projected bullish path, with 1.1000 as the next key target. Traders should watch for continued bullish confirmations while staying cautious of economic events that could impact the pair’s momentum. With technical and fundamental factors aligning, the pair remains well-positioned for further upside.
EURJPY IS GETTING STRONGE OR WEAK ? DETAILED ANALYSISEURJPY has successfully broken out of the falling wedge pattern, hitting the projected target of 160.000 and delivering significant profits. This breakout confirmed a strong bullish reversal, allowing traders to capitalize on a deep profit opportunity. The falling wedge is a classic bullish pattern, and its breakout was accompanied by increasing momentum, pushing the pair higher in a sustained rally. With price action playing out as expected, traders who entered early have already locked in substantial gains.
From a technical perspective, EURJPY’s bullish structure remains intact, with strong support now forming around the 158.000–159.000 range. If the price consolidates above this level, we could see further upside potential beyond 160.000. However, traders should watch for any retracements or potential resistance at key psychological levels. If bullish momentum continues, the next targets could extend toward 162.000 or higher, depending on market conditions.
Fundamentally, EURJPY’s movement is heavily influenced by central bank policies. The European Central Bank’s (ECB) stance on interest rates, coupled with the Bank of Japan’s (BoJ) continued monetary easing, has contributed to yen weakness and euro strength. Additionally, risk sentiment in the market plays a crucial role—any shift toward a more risk-on environment will likely support further bullish moves in EURJPY. As the pair remains in an uptrend, traders should monitor key economic events and price action signals to maximize their profit potential.
Why GBPJPY is Bullish? Detailed Technicals and fundamentalsGBPJPY has successfully broken out of a falling wedge pattern, signaling a strong bullish momentum ahead. The breakout confirms a potential trend reversal, with buyers stepping in to push the price higher. Currently trading around 191.500, the pair is expected to gain over 500 pips, targeting the 198.500 level. A falling wedge breakout is typically a bullish continuation signal, and with increasing buying pressure, GBPJPY could see a steady upward move in the coming sessions.
From a technical standpoint, this breakout suggests that the pair has overcome a period of consolidation and is now positioned for an extended rally. Key resistance levels ahead will be 193.000 and 195.000 before reaching the 198.500 target. A strong bullish candlestick confirmation above these levels will add more confidence to this setup. Traders should also watch for retests of the breakout zone, as they often provide good entry opportunities before further upside movement.
On the fundamental side, GBPJPY is influenced by Bank of Japan’s (BoJ) ultra-loose monetary policy and the UK’s economic outlook. If the BoJ continues to maintain its dovish stance, the Japanese yen may weaken further, providing additional fuel for GBPJPY's bullish run. Additionally, any positive economic data from the UK, such as strong GDP growth or inflation control, could support further gains. Given the technical breakout and fundamental factors, GBPJPY looks well-positioned for a strong rally toward 198.500 in the near term.
EURO - Price can make correction, after strong movement upHi guys, this is my overview for EURUSD, feel free to check it and write your feedback in comments👊
A few days ago price entered a flat, where it at once declined to support level, which coincided with support area.
The price entered this area and then started to grow, so EUR rose to $1.0520 points in a short time.
After this movement, Euro turned around and fell to $1.0215 support level again, making a strong gap.
Next, price turned around and in a short time rose to $1.0520 level and some time traded near it.
Later, price broke this level and rose until to $1.0720 points, but recently it turned around and started to fall.
So, I think that the Euro can make a correction movement to $1.0525 support area, after movement up.

EUR/USD Market Update: Bullish Momentum in Play
CAPITALCOM:EURUSD
We just updated our analysis according to the latest price action. Today's move gave us solid confirmation of the bullish trend. The market pulled back to 1.04276, touched our support level perfectly, and then bounced back up—just as expected. We've adjusted our star pattern while keeping the same key levels intact.
Chart Analysis:
Current Situation: The price is currently hovering around 1.04878, showing good strength after the bounce.
Support Level: 1.04276 proved itself as a solid support. The price respected this level, giving us more confidence in our bullish bias.
First Target: Our immediate target is 1.05415. This level lines up nicely with both our geometric grid and historical resistance. If the price keeps this momentum, it shouldn't take long to reach it.
Key Levels to Watch:
1.06440: This is the next resistance level. If we break through 1.05415, this is where we’ll focus.
1.07469 and 1.08626: These are more ambitious targets but definitely possible if the bullish momentum continues.
1.10834: This would be a real win, indicating a strong shift in the overall trend.
What the Chart Tells Us:
The updated chart shows how our geometric grid aligns with price action. The white "star" pattern gives us a roadmap, and the red dashed lines highlight important time pivots. These intersections often guide the price, so I’m keeping a close eye on them.
The recent "choch 4h" at 1.03738 marks a change of character on the 4-hour chart. It’s a good sign that the bearish phase might be behind us, and we’re in a new bullish cycle.
Bottom Line:
We’re on track toward 1.05415, and if the market keeps this pace, higher targets could be in play. I’ll be watching how the price reacts around our geometric intersections and adjusting as needed. The plan is simple: ride the bullish wave but stay ready in case the market throws us a curveball.
