Forexanalysis
USOIL OUTLOOK (27th - 31st March)With central banks having to promise they would deal with the liquidity crisis that is apparently everywhere and avoid another 2008-style meltdown of the industry.
Crude oil prices came off their lows as the near-term outlook for the banking sector improved, easing concerns about an economic slowdown later in the year.
Markets are also holding out for more cues from an OPEC+ meeting next month, with hopes that the cartel will cut production in response to a recent tumble in prices.
Oil has failed to break supply at 70.11 for the past three days which price is likely suggesting the efforts to convince the public that all will be well are not exactly being successful.
If price fails to break and close above 70.11-70.34 range I see selling opportunity towards major support at 66.85 if broken would see price tap into demand at 66.33-64.31 range where there could be possible reversal or a continuation.
GoldViewFX - 4H CHART UPDATED LEVELS & TARGETSHey Everyone,
Please see our updated 4H chart Goldturn support and resistance reaction levels and updated targets.
We have also updated the chart with our Goldturn ascending channel which take out the candle noise and our unique way of drawing channels. The channel support is being tested and may extend into the retracement zone. However, if EMA5 maintains its position above the Goldturn channel support, we should see a push up to at least the channel half-line at 2005.
1991 Goldturn is providing resistance which provided the momentum for the push down to support. A break above 1991 with EMA5 will confirm and solidify the gap target above.
Should we see price break out of the channel for a retracement test, we will need to wait and confirm support above with a Goldturn or a close below the range will open the swing range.

GoldViewFX - DAILY CHART UPDATEHey Everyone,
Please see the daily chart setup we have been tracking for a few months now. with our final target at 1992 being HIT last week. We now have price close above 1992 leaving a long range gap target to 2026. EMA5 cross and lock above 1992 will solidify the confirmation for the push up into the higher levels.
However, we have a EMA5 detachment below, which is why we are seeing the retracement and expect this to re-attach before we can access a re-test above. If price finds momentum during the attachment to ema5, we may also see price go the for the retracement zone challenge.
We will use our smaller timeframe chart ideas to track the movement level to level to pick entries and exits.
This chart has been playing out perfectly over the last few months, as we continue to track the movement to buy dips.

GoldViewFX - MONTHLY CHART LONG TERM GOLD OUTLOOKHey Everyone,
Please see our Monthly chart, which was complete last week with all targets HIT and now UPDATED with a ATH target test. This is a longer range/term projection so expect swings in between, as the month close this week will create a detachment below which will require some retracement.
Price is now at a critical zone and we must tread carefully now. A test to ATH is likely and either a new ATH will be created or a big tank down. We will use our smaller timeframes to track the movement level to level.
We were able to track and trade this entire movement using our smaller timeframes for entries and exits. We identified the swing from the support all the way up to our test zone target that we have been reminding you all every time we updated this chart. This open target gave us the confidence over the last few months to buy dips. The swings we had below we also highlighted, as detachments that were completed and provided the dynamic support for a push up each time.

GoldViewFX - END OF WEEK UPDATEHey Everyone,
A PIPTASTIC finish for us this week completing all targets. 1982 Goldturn support provided a nice bounce back into 2000 allowing us to buy the dip to secure a clean 50 pip TP. Although we have HIT our 2006 target this gap was re-opened yesterday, which price fell short by a few pips but still provided a nice bounce into the range.
2006 Goldturn is holding well as resistance. As we stated at the start of the week, unless we see EMA5 cross and lock above 2006 to open the upper range we will continue to see rejection here.
However, we continued to buy dips and secure TP exits below this level for safe exits.
We will now come back Sunday with our multi timeframe analysis and trading plans for the coming week.

GoldViewFX - Market UPDATEHey Everyone,
Our 1H chart is playing out once again level to level. We suggested yesterday that we had a gap once again to 1982 after the bounce from 1938 Goldturn support. This was HIT perfectly today. We took our entry from the dip for a clean 30 to 50 pip exit, inline with our plan to buy dips.
We are now seeing a EMA5 cross and lock above 1982 weighted Goldturn leaving a gap to 2006.
As stated yesterday, although the swing range is open, that does not mean a full test but more so a likely open range that we must now incorporate when managing our risk exposure. We will continue with our plans to buy dips from strategic Goldturn support levels to stay in line with our overall long term trend.

GoldViewFX - Market UPDATEHey Everyone,
Another great day for us catching the ride up from our 1938 Goldturn support level, inline with our plans to buy dips. All active targets on this chart are now complete. From the Bullish targets at the start of the week to the retracement target and back up again with a open gap to 1982.
As stated yesterday although the swing range is open, that does not mean a full test but more so a likely open range that we must now incorporate when managing our risk exposure, as we continue with our plans to buy dips from strategic Goldturn support levels to stay in line with our overall long term trend.
This played out as planned with a nice bounce on 1938 Goldturn today for another push up during FOMC with plenty of opportunity to buy the dip.
We will continue to track and trade this range level to level using our Goldturn break and close and continue with our plans to buy dips to avoid swings in this volatile range.
The range above is complete unless we see 2006 broken with EMA5 on the next challenge, in which case we will see the upper levels open. However, the range below is open so we will keep this in mind when continuing with our plans to buy dips inline with our long term trend.

GoldViewFX - 4H CHART MARKET UPDATEHey Everyone,
As you can see our 4H chart idea is playing out as projected. Our open Bullish target to 2005 was HIT perfectly and then followed with a rejection on the resistance structure and into the retracement zone identified completing all bearish targets. This retracement zone is also a support structure so we would now like to see how EMA5 reacts to this level.
If we see a EMA5 cross and lock below 1948 then the swing range will be open. Failure to cross and lock below 1948 and we will see another push up.
The 1H chart idea has already locked below the retracement zone opening the 1H swing range. However, please note the opening of the swing range does not mean a full test but more so a likely open range that we must now incorporate when managing our risk exposure, as we continue with our plans to buy dips from strategic support levels to stay in line with our overall long term trend.

GoldViewFX - Market UPDATEHey Everyone,
Great start to our week with our 1H chart idea with our open target to 2006 getting HIT. We had no EMA5 cross above 2006 so we got the retracement we were looking for into the first bearish retracement target area for a lovely bounce catching a nice clean trade.

A Good Trade to Gain Times The Risk on NZDCADNzdcad has an excellent trend continuation setup coming into play.
First, on the daily timeframe, the price is going higher. Second, I see clear signs of higher highs and lows.
Next, the price is pulling back. That's great because the further it pulls back, the closer it gets to where I want to enter the trade.
I'm using my TMP strategy with a Fibonacci to increase the reward.
The reward-to-risk ratio is 2.18, allowing a chance for me to double the profits I can make on the trade.
What can invalidate this setup?
Well, the only two things that can invalidate this setup are if the price does not touch my limit order and continues higher or if the price stops me from the trade, which I'm okay with. I'm just happy for the opportunity to participate.
What about you?

GoldViewFX - 1H CHART UPDATED LEVELS & TARGETSHey Everyone,
Please see our updated 1H chart Goldturn levels and targets.
Price closed above 1982 Goldturn on Friday leaving a candle body close gap to 2006 Goldturn. However, we will like to see EMA5 cross and lock above 1982 to strengthen confirmation of the target.
Price is challenging a resistance structure so we may see some reaction here and therefore highlighted a potential retracement zone. If we see further Bullish momentum then we would look for EMA5 cross and lock above 2006 to open targets towards the upper structure.
We will continue with our plans to buy dips to avoid swings in this volatile range.
A word of caution here. As some of you may have observed, when global banking stocks fell sharply after the recent SVB collapse, investors fled to gold as a safe haven. The only scenario where gold would also tank in a financial meltdown is if we see another market crash like the one in 2020 at the height of the Covid pandemic. Gold also crashed in March of that year only because investors were taking profit and rolling out of their gold positions to meet margin calls and offset losses elsewhere. Our advice is to remain with the bull direction and buy from value zone dips.

GoldViewFX - 4H CHART Market UPDATEHey Everyone,
Another great day of buying dips from 1919 all the way upto 1930 for a safe exit.
As you can see our 4H chart idea is also playing out perfectly.
We got the EMA5 cross and lock above 1906 we were looking for; opening the upper levels hitting 1928 and now leaving a gap to 1948 for the final stretch of this chart idea. We are now entering into a resistance structure zone and wont chase this unless we see another dip to find support.
We will stick with our plans to buy dips for the continuation and use EMA5 to track the movement level to level on our 1H and 4H chart.
We have a candle body close above 1928 leaving a gap target to 1948. However, ema5 cross and lock above 1928 will solidify this target, although we already have a ema5 cross and lock above the weighted 1906 Goldturn level opening up the entire range.

Another fantastic day of trading for us with all our targets HIT and complete. EMA5 crossed and locked above 1908, as advised yesterday opening 1914, which was HIT yesterday leaving 1924 and 1930 open. This was HIT today completing our 1H chart setup. Price finished off with hitting and respecting our 1937 Goldturn perfectly and then rejected their for a move down back into the range.
Levels on the chart are still valid, as price is back in the range between both the support and resistance structure. We can continue to track the movement using EMA5 cross and lock above or below any of the weighted Goldturns on our chart in the range to continue to track the price level to level.

EUR/USD Bulls Gearing Up?The MACD has shown trend continuation divergence (A.K.A "Hidden Divergence"). After the price action found footing at that pivotal zone (1.0550 - 1.0600), the Bulls appear to be gaining some strength.
We have a strong gap to fill around 1.0640 but we'll have to see what happens during CPI numbers tomorrow morning.
Based off of the longer term time frames, EUR/USD could see a run towards 1.1100+ as long as we do not trade back below 1.06000.
If EUR/USD is pushed back down below 1.0600, the trade idea is invalidated.
GoldViewFX - Market UPDATEHey Everyone,
Once again our updated idea posted yesterday has played out perfectly. As advised yesterday we were waiting for EMA5 cross and lock above 1908 to open the upper levels. This played out perfectly, followed with our first updated target at 1914 being HIT.
We then saw a retracement down exactly into the retracement zone we identified completing all bearish targets. This then followed with a few bounces off this range back into 1908, as highlighted on our chart, providing plenty of opportunities to milk buys from dips, as part of our plans.
Price is now testing 1908 structure once again, leaving the upper levels open above. However, as always we will continue to buy from dips allowing us to manage any swings safely minimising exposure.
