GHVI - BACK AT START PRICE! (OVERSOLD)Gores Holding (NASDAQ:GHVI) stock is has been falling and it has nothing to do with the stock... We had seen the fed and most specifically Powell speak on Friday and dip our market lower by saying a few un reasonable things.. however, the feds are not worried about this and so should we, in other words they are saying inflation is no where near. During a segment on the news station, he said he’s going long on GHVI stock. That’s ahead of the special purpose acquisition company’s (SPAC) deal to bring digital transformation company Matterport public. Brown backs up his position by saying that Matterport has loads of potential in its space. He also points to its CEO as having a strong resume with previous employers includes Apple, eBay, and Alphabet’s Google, reports Seeking Alpha. Brown’s comments have reignited interest in GHVI stock and it’s seeing heavy trading today. As of this writing, more than 15 million shares of the stock have changed hands. That’s quite the jump from its daily average trading volume of 4.23 million shares. Keeping all of that in mind, here’s what investors need to know about GHVI and its upcoming Matterport SPAC merger. The merger will result in a combined company operating under the Matterport, Inc. name. This will also have shares of GHVI stock switching over to the new MTTR ticker. The deal is between the two companies implies an equity value of approximately $2.9 billion. It will also provide Matterport with $640 million of funding after the deal closes. That comes from $345 million of cash held in trust by Gores Holding and another $295 million from a private investment in public equity (PIPE). The deal is set to close in the second quarter of 2021. GHVI stock was up 17.2% as of Friday afternoon.

Good for us. Price is up from 52+-, TO 80+ opening 30 minutes. Volume is higher than it has been in the previous 6 trading days for GME. Broke multi day trend lines. Is reproaching the 200 day EMA at around 122 +- If this happens, I believe it will rebuild support at these levels, and it will begin its take off to the stratus sphere. Why is this happening now? 3 potential reasons? 1. Price is Low... 50 or so a share at open and MANY who have heard the calls to action want to get in. 2. Many who are holding want to double down or average down (Increasing buying pressure) 3. Hedgies who are short GME, in great volume, need to act. The rising interest on their short positions, AND potential LOSS of gains from the Armageddon soon to fall upon us is incentivizing Hedgies who are overextended on their shorts to GET out asap before their realized gains are gone or before they CAN't get out. Theoretically, if NO ONE SELLS. Everyone HOLDs with Diamond hands, and more shares are purchased, there will be NO outstanding shares for Hedgies to buy in order to cover their shorts. Causing the price to rise dramatically and only stabilizing/reversing when WE SELL. I will be waiting happily with diamond hands for the prophecy to unfold. Good luck. This is NOT investment advice. My speculation in the face of the current scenario. Price has been moving upwards, with higher tops/bottoms and following the principle of Raulph Nelson Elliott ~Elliott waves~ we have the formation of his last impulse wave, number 5 and, I believe there may be an A~C correction, in my perception. By designing a Fibonacci with expansion of channels and also based on the upward trend that is found, I obtain such price regions that you can reach. This cryptographic is co-related with THETA, which is very promising and has been growing a lot over the period. Well, in my view, this crypto is great for the long term and tends to value even more. In my view, we noticed the presence of a bullish pivot forming in the daily period. There was a significant break in this upward trend line and the price found support that "stopped" the fall. If the price continues to move sharply upwards and loses the maximum, we will see the formation materializing and we will be facing an ATH. The Moving Averages for 34 and 89 periods were also broken, leaving this strong support region just below that could "stop" this sharp drop. Designing this region (channel) with Fibonacci, I get such levels where the price can reach, being the target of TAKE in the top cap made by bitcoin and the STOP region, where it exactly coincides with Welles Wilder's 400 period Moving Average (point end of support).
