ICP Did It! What is Next?In my previous analysis, I had mentioned that ICP coin would rise from $3.60 to $8.20. Despite ICP dropping from $500 to $3, it is still a strong project and my favorite coin. Unfortunately, due to VC involvement, the coin that had fallen so much has finally started to show a strong uptrend. What is next? RSI is oversold, and price made a huge pump (+%50) since yesterday. Therefore, I believe ICP will make some corrections. As I point it out in the graph, if it starts to do some correction, I believe around 7.50$, we will see some reversal to go up to 15$. If it doesn't stop here, it can directly go to 15$, but I believe it will rejected from there and will do some corrections. In that case, I will publish a new analysis. This is my trial. ICP Token Can't Break Resistance!? This Analysis Brings Clarity.ICP is mirroring Bitcoin and Ethereum in their difficulty to break their Weekly resistance zones. This is the 4th attempt since November 12th that the price tried to clear and hold above $4.80, will it hold this time? How do we trade this? ICP is in a bull channel, which means our bias should be toward the upside. That does not mean it's the *only* data point to consider, we're also at resistance without a bear signal bar, so don't dive into a short just yet! Internet Computer (ICP) Next TargetInternet Computer (ICP) Contrary to other altcoins, ICP has shown a relatively muted response to the BTC rise. Although the asset has appreciated by 70% since October 15, it has not yet reached a new annual high, and the ICP growth rate remains somewhat sluggish. Currently, the asset is trading between a support zone of $3.94-$4.18 and a resistance level of $4.64-$4.96. If BTC continues its sideways trend above $37,000 or maintains its upward movement, ICP might follow a similar trajectory. The next target for buyers could be the psychological level of $5, with an additional notable level at $5.42 just above. 🔥 ICP Long-Term Trend Shift: Short-Squeeze PotentialIn the past I've written many times about ICP's terrible performance and price action. It was one of the worst performing tokens of the last 2.5 years, with a serious risk of never going up again. But, where there's pain, there's also opportunity. With ICP losing over 99% in value in 2.5 years, it has some serious potential to pump. Not saying that we're going to see new all-time highs, but a move towards 100$ is still in the cards. The weekly RSI has hit it's highest level since ICP started trading on Binance. This is a bullish metric in itself. Furthermore, with ICP being so weak, it was a shorter's dream come true. I reckon there's a lot of shorts currently wondering whether to close their short position or to leave it open. If BTC (and alts) continue to rise, ICP will rise with it, making more and more shorters close their positions, which leads to even more bullish price action since they have to buy their positions back. This could cause a short-squeeze in ICP's price. All in all, I think it's quite possible that ICP's lows are in and that we're going to see a long-term trend shift.

ICP / USD (Internet Computer) Coin Analysis 26/10/2021Fundamental Analysis: The Internet Computer is the world’s first blockchain that runs at web speed with unbounded capacity. It also represents the third major blockchain innovation, alongside Bitcoin and Ethereum — a blockchain computer that scales smart contract computation and data, runs them at web speed, processes and stores data efficiently, and provides powerful software frameworks to developers. By making this possible, the Internet Computer enables the complete reimagination of software — providing a revolutionary new way to build tokenized internet services, pan-industry platforms, decentralized financial systems, and even traditional enterprise systems and websites. The project was founded in October 2016 by Dominic Williams, and attracted notable interest from the crypto community. DFINITY raised a total of $121 million from contributors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Polychain Capital, SV Angel, Aspect Ventures, Electric Capital, ZeroEx, Scalar Capital, and Multicoin Capital, and several notable early Ethereum supporters. In 2018, over 50,000 registerter participants received ICP utility tokens in an airdrop. On December 18, 2020, DFINITY launched the alpha mainnet of the Internet Computer. The DFINITY R&D team has invented a new noninteractive key resharing protocol. Each of the old signers only needs to broadcast a single message to the new signers. To ensure that this is done securely, many concepts from advanced cryptography are utilized, including encryption with forward secrecy and noninteractive zero-knowledge proofs. Because it is noninteractive, the way the key resharing protocol operates is ideal for an asynchronous environment, and the benefits include key preservation. Throughout the lifetime of a subnet, it is known by a single public key, and the other parties on the Internet Computer do not have to keep track of changing public keys. At Genesis on May 10, 2021, the Internet Computer is supported by 48 independent data centers — located across North America, Europe, and Asia — running 1,300 nodes. The network will continue to grow exponentially to support the next generation of mega dapps, with 123 data centers running 4,300 nodes scheduled by the end of the year, and eventually thousands of data centers running millions of nodes to support the decade-long building out of the Open Internet. Importantly, anyone can become a node provider, interested parties apply for a Data Center ID (DCID) to the Network Nervous System (NNS), procure specialized machine nodes, install the ICP protocol, and connects to the Internet Computer network. The scientific breakthrough called Chain Key Technology allows the Internet Computer to run at web speed — where query calls execute in milliseconds, and update calls take 1-2 seconds to finalize. More importantly, at Genesis, the Internet Computer will have a block rate of 2.5 blocks per second (bps), then quickly to an industry leading bps of 10.3 bps, and ~1,000 bps by end of the year. In the case of an open version of Reddit running on the Internet Computer, when a user browses the forum, customized views of the hosted content would be formulated and served into their web browser by the execution of query calls, which run in milliseconds on a nearby node, providing a fantastic user experience. Many investors are probably asking themselves this question, because since the listing of the ICPUSDT pair, its price has been falling all the time, from $600+ to the current $4 The team chose a bad time for listing, at the peak of 2021, and since then the cryptocurrency market was captured by a protracted downward trend. ✴️ Internet Computer Update After SEC Lawsuit MentionThere was a strong shakeout on this Altcoin after the SEC mentioned ICP in its list of "securities". I believe these claims/accusations won't stand in the long-run but they do have an effect on the market and that is a negative effect. As you already know, the SEC is suing everybody and claiming that everybody who is in the business of offering Cryptocurrency exchange services is actually selling securities... The battle is ongoing. Everybody has their own opinion but in the end the USA courts will have to decide. In my opinion Cryptocurrencies are Cryptocurrencies and Securities are Securities but I am just a simple nobody and thus it is worthless what I say... But it will be interesting to see the results of the Ripple vs SEC case. The same 1,2,3,4 Steps Pattern remain valid, we should experience soon a bullish wave. The attack on the market has already been priced in, but surprises can still happen along the way. Remember the stop-loss... There are thousands and thousands of other Altcoins and pairs available, until things become clear once again. It is wise to trade other things until these people finish their fight.
