Macy's "LONG"I think this trade will take more than a while to breakout.. it looks very much like a triple bottom or even an inverse head and shoulders.
Macy's right now is a great buy considering we are opening up again (not saying this is the end for COVID-19 but the markets will pump).. I would consider taking 75% profits on this trade around 6.50-7.00 for short term plays. Macy's is one of the stocks which has plenty of room for profit.

JCP - JC Penney HoldNYSE:JCP
It is too risky to invest now in this stock.
Technical Analysis shows a bearish market, that could move sideways if an agreement with the lenders will be found, otherwise it might file for bankruptcy and most likely all the money invested will be lost.
Fundamental Information.
The company, once worth billions, is now valued at just $79 million, with the stock trading for pennies on the dollar.
J.C. Penney could file for bankruptcy as soon as May 15.
It is in talks to fund its business during the bankruptcy process.
One option is a $300 million to $500 million loan, which is far short of the $1 billion the company had hoped for.
JCP "Long"Im expecting a bounce to $1 or so.. there is many reasons like investors that might want to rush into this opportunity at this great price!
JCPenny is so cheap it doesn't make sense to ignore this chance.. it is likely that JCPenny will go bankrupt in the future.. but thats more than a couple months away.. they are asking for a bailout which could result in a bullish short term sentiment making it pump big :)
I think this is a great opportunity and should just set a stop loss at .20 to .21
