The price has shown us a strong bounce from the cycle's low at the area around $1.127 which is the psychological level on current structure. We decide to put some of the eggs into this basket as we see the previous fractals occurred almost similar action right around this region which when the price reached this region, there were huge bounce occurred with significant percentage gain. 1. First bounce occurred on January 28th, 2021 which the price spiked to the area of $4.323 which produce 248% gain. 2. Second bounce occurred on June 21st, 2021 which the price spiked to the area of $2.376 which produce 113% gain. 3. Third bounce occurred on January 7th, 2022 which the price spiked to the area of $5.737 as the ATH which produce 370% gain. 4. Fourth bounce occurred on May 12, 2021 which the price spiked to the area of $2.8 which produce 141% gain. Based on all the fractals occurred in the past, we decide to start accumulating now and expect the price to spike at least 100% bounce from the lowest price level which we also use the Fibonacci retracement tools as the guidance to take profit. Whenever we see the price corrects lower, we will add more of KNC as the averaging strategy. But we will also sell it in stop once current psychological level has been broken down.

KNC is on the brink of a dumpSo I've been observing KNC for weeks now, it has had a great run. Since the beginning of the year it pullled out a +350% and rose steadily but now it's about to breakdown a rising wedge and not a normal one, it's a very steep wedge as you can see on the daily chart . The bearish DIV are visible on every oscillators I've checked, here you can see just OBV, RSI and MACD but it was present even on MFI, the signal is clearly bearish. The most significative is OBV, such strong DIV isn't to be ignored. I do not indicate a precise entry price for the short because I when I short I usually use low timeframes (15min and even 5min) but you can use EMA 200 and my wedge's bottom line as indicators of the broken trend. My target is that by "book" so use my supports to create your strategy, on the long run I think this might go down much more than 22% but when you short you should try to enter at the right moment and make the maximum in the less time. Use stop loss because market is bearish now but because of all the dupming sometime you see sudden pumps. Unfortunately I'm currently using kucoin where I can't short this but I wish you good luck.

Short Trade: Limit Order: @ $5.19(SHORT) Target Profit: @ $4.70 (-8.74%) Stop Loss Trigger: $5.40 (-4.85%) Stop Loss Order: $5:41 (-5.00%) Looking for the bounce at the $4.70 level to where we can see a fulfillment of the rising wedge, and then a bigger break down to retest double bottom at $3.65 or we could stop with support along the bottom of the ascending trend channel. We will have to wait and see on that.
