SOL Breakout according to Deep LearningA deep learning algorithm that I am currently working on predicts that the price of SOL (Solana) will experience a breakout to the upside in the coming days. I am posting this prediction to have it recorded for future reference.
Deep learning algorithms are a type of Machine Learning algorithm designed to learn and improve their performance over time through training on large datasets. In the case of predicting the price of SOL, the algorithm has analyzed historical feature data, which I have spent a considerable amount of time selecting/wrangling. Using this data, the algorithm has identified patterns/trends that suggest an upward breakout is likely to occur, as shown in the included screenshot.
It is worth noting that while these predictions can be helpful, they are not guaranteed, and the cryptocurrency market, in particular, is highly volatile. As with any investment, conducting thorough research and traditional technical analysis is critical before opening a position.

DEMONS OF TRADING | Don't Think Like This
Have you ever wondered what helped all those professionals of Wall Street become successful? You will be surprised, but the key to their reached heights is hidden in their mistakes. Yes, that is right. Most professional and successful traders made many mistakes before they got to the top.
Making mistakes is ordinary and sometimes even necessary because you learn when you make them. The crucial point of this idea is never to repeat those mistakes because some errors may cost us a fortune. That is why we gathered 10 most common trading mistakes to prevent you from faults and losses.
Little preparation
Entry to the Forex market is relatively easy, so people have a light-minded attitude towards trading knowledge. Beginner traders, especially, think that theory is not a big deal, and they will be able to build it up without a peep. However, it does not work this way.
Miscalculating the risk/reward ratio
For some reason, many traders believe that higher win trades are more profitable than lower ones. Sometimes, this idea even gets paid off, and due to blind luck, trades, where the potential risk exceeds the reward, benefit. However, in most cases, such trades are a sure way to lose money in the longer term.
Avoiding risk management
Risk management should be the core of your trading because it helps cut down losses. Trading without risk management is like skydiving without a parachute.
Neglecting market events
Relevant market news is essential as economic events influence the direction of trading during the day. So, if you are not aware of the financial reports or earnings, you might skip the volatility.
To win the game, you need to develop your thinking and how you participate in the game. You are in a market trading against professional traders. Your goal is to think like a professional. That is the only way to survive in this game.

DYP TA for 4Hour DYP has been running down trend for more than two weeks. This one is about to make an up trend because of all the selloff and accumulation. Buyers are building up on this coin. We will likely see a bull run to the .30 cent range. The market for this coin is tiny but has a high reward. Very volatile and simple 2x with a small investment. I'm bullish on this one—possible 4x in a short time. Simple Indicators to use to see cumulations using RSI. Follow for more daily TA.

BTC again attempted to break the horizontal resistance of the rectangular channel but couldn't close the candle above it and ended up as a fake out.
Now it is again trading below the horizontal resistance. Further consolidation could be expected inside the rectangular channel until a solid breakout or breakdown will happen.

Learn Why Most of the Traders Fail
The evidence suggests that only a very small proportion of day traders makes money year over year.
There are certain patterns which may separate profitable traders from those who ultimately lose money. And indeed, there is one particular mistake that in our experience gets repeated time and time again. What is the single most important mistake that led to traders losing money?
Here is a hint – it has to do with how we as humans relate to winning and losing.
Our own human psychology makes it difficult to navigate financial markets, which are filled with uncertainty and risk, and as a result the most common mistakes traders make have to do with poor risk management strategies.
Traders are often correct on the direction of a market, but where the problem lies is in how much profit is made when they are right versus how much they lose when wrong.
Bottom line, traders tend to make less on winning trades than they lose on losing trades.
Humans aren’t machines, and working against our natural biases requires effort. Once you have a trading plan that uses a proper reward/risk ratio, the next challenge is to stick to the plan. Remember, it is natural for humans to want to hold on to losses and take profits early, but it makes for bad trading. We must overcome this natural tendency and remove our emotions from trading.
That will help you to be a consistently profitable trader.

Do That BEFORE You Start REAL ACCOUNT Trading
Here is the list of thing that you should learn in advance before you start trading on a real account.
1) Open a demo (practice) account and learn to execute trades without making errors
2) Study the methods of great traders and financial minds throughout history - Jesse Livermore, W D Gann, Charles Dow/Dow theory, Paul Tudor Jones,Richard Wyckoff.
Learn their methods and employ them. Learn their mistakes and avoid them.
3) Focus on learning, not winning. Forget about money and profits. Think about developing a winning strategy and a winning trading mindset. Always be open-minded. Observe. Be flexible.
4) I recommend reading the following books. These books will help you to start to think like a trader and realize what you are getting yourself into:
a) "Reminiscences of a Stock Operator" by Edwin Lefevre
b) "Art of War" by Sun Tzu (Not a trading book but an old book on rules of war and how to protect yourself from being outsmarted and defeated by your enemies)
c) "The Trading Methodologies of W.D. Gann" by Hima Reddy
d) "Time Compression Trading: Exploiting Multiple Time Frames in Zero Sum Markets" by Jason Alan Jankovsky
e) "Trading in the Zone: Master the Market with Confidence, Discipline and a Winning Attitude" by Mark Douglas
5) Watch YouTube videos. Absorb all the info you can as the more you know, the more the pieces of the puzzle fit together later on. You can learn the basics of trading on your own and then when you are ready to take your trading to the next level.
To win the game, you need to develop your thinking and how you participate in the game. You are in a market trading against professional traders. The beginning traders in the market are not your competition-they are incidental. You need to trade with the professional traders who run the market.
I wish you luck on a battle field!

Learn The Only Proven Way to Become Rich
1. Money mindset is everything
You need to have a positive money mindset when it comes to creating wealth. Everyone carries a money story and it’s your job to understand what yours is and if it’s holding you back. Reframing your story to a millionaire’s mindset is essential for success because rich people think differently. How to get rich can’t be a passing phase in your life; it takes work and commitment.
2. Millionaires still budget
Hard to believe, but it’s true. Even millionaires follow a budget. The biggest secret on how to get rich and stay rich is spending less than you bring in. There will always be wants that exceed budget limits, even for millionaires, because there is not an unlimited supply of money.
3. Money management is key
Good money management is so important to get rich and stay rich. Money management is a behavior and habit. You need to be mindful of where you are investing and spending your money. There is a specific strategy to growing your wealth and maintaining it and you must follow it like you do a workout regime.
4. Invest your money for growth
Investing in assets that will appreciate over time and provide you with a return on your investment such as dividend or interest payments is smart. The goal is to build your asset portfolio and make it so strong that you can live off the passive income in your retirement.
5. Build your business around your personal financial goals
As a business owner you have more control over the money you make versus being an employee with a set salary. If you want more money in your pockets, you can increase your revenue and your profit margins to ensure you are taking home more money. The more profits you have in your business the more you can pay yourself a dividend or bonus, depending on the legal structure of your business.
6. Create multiple income streams
Smart business owners create more than one income streamas it protects them from fluctuations in the market. That means if one source of revenue dries up due to market conditions, other sources of income can protect you from a loss.
7. CONCLUSION:
The bottom line is that knowing how to get rich is something that is learned. There are no guarantees that if you start a business that you will get rich because even the best business ideas fail due to poor execution. But if you educate yourself and get help in making your business a success, you will increase your chances of success.

Learn The HIDDEN Costs of Trading
In this educational article, we will discuss the hidden costs of trading.
1 - Brokers' Commissions
Trading commission is the brokers' fee for opening a trading position.
Usually, it is calculated based on the size of the trade.
Even though most of the traders believe that trading commissions are too low to even count them, the fact is that trading on consistent basis and opening a couple of trading positions weekly, the composite value of commissions may cut a substantial part of our profits.
2 - Education
Of course, most of the trading basics can be found on the Internet absolutely for free.
However, the more experienced you become, the harder it is to find the materials. So you usually should pay for the advanced training.
Moreover, there is no guarantee that the course/coaching that you purchase will improve your trading, quite often traders go through multiple courses/coaching programs before they become consistently profitable.
3 - Spreads
Spread is the difference between the sellers' and buyers' prices.
That difference must be compensated by a trader if one wished to open a trading position.
In highly liquid markets, the spreads are usually low and most of the traders ignore them.
However, being similar to commissions, spreads may cut the substantial part of the overall profits.
4 - Time
When you begin your trading journey, it is not possible to predict how much it will take to become a consistently profitable trader.
Moreover, there is no guarantee that you will become one.
One fact is true, you should spend a couple of years before you find a way to trade profitably, and as we know, the time is money. More time you sacrifice on trading, less time you have on something else.
5 - Swaps
Swap is the fee you pay for transferring a position overnight.
Swap is based on a difference between the interests rates of the currencies that are in a pair that you trade.
Occasionally, swaps can even be positive, and you can earn on holding such positions.
However, most of the time the swaps are negative and the longer you hold your trades, the more costly your trading becomes.
The brokers' commissions, spreads and swaps compose a substantial cost of our trading positions. Adding into the equation the expensive learning materials and time spent on practicing, trading becomes a very expensive game to play.
However, knowing in advance these hidden costs, the one can better prepare himself for a trading journey.

GBPAUD AnalysisAfternoon TradingView,
I wanted to share a recent trade shared with my community & this platform. A massive move in GBPAUD. I shared this idea here on the 17th Jan.
I’ve been updating the 1021 challenge team throughout this move, and I will continue to hold up to 1.81/82, but here we had clear support, a descending triangle, break and retest, then run. Almost perfect set up.
I love it when a plan comes together.

How to start Trading?I'm very active in a few communities (the Tradingview official Discord for example) and one of the most asked question is: How do I start trading?
Let me try to give you a blueprint on what to do to at least get some foot in the ground!
Lets make something clear: you are learning a new job here! thread it that way and you will have the best chances!
(No job on this planet can be learned in just a few weeks, you need months and years to get on a level you can be sell-employed)
I give you a fast-track on certain things but make sure you research every point more then I provide still, this is just the blueprint.
After that, its you that has to study. no one can help you there..
--- Candles ---
OHLC (Open High Low Close) is all you need, its the founding blocks on 99% of TA out there!
Open and Close are the values when the candle opened/closed on the timeframe you are on.
High and Low is the highest and lowest value trades were happening while in the timeframe (also called: Wicks).
Volume is also something you hear a lot and is important to know, it shows how much was traded in that candle (shows the power~)
--- TA (Technical Analysis) ---
With TA we try to predict a probability in future prices to find opportunities in the market.
Across Tradingview there are thousands and thousands of indicators available to you, we just need to focus on the biggest and most common ones for the start.
RSI
MACD
Moving Averages (simple, exponential, smoothed, and so on..)
Price trends
Support and Resistance
Volume
Start with those 6 and work your way through all of them, analyse how they work, what they mean, where they come from and you have a good knowledge for future improvements.
(yes, you probably don't need all of them, its just a good base to have)
--- Trading Terms and there meaning ---
Learn the following words and what they mean in the sense of trading:
- Long / Short
- Bid / Ask (combined with spread below)
- Crypto, Forex, CFD, Stocks, Options (Bonds, Shares, Indices...)
- Market Order / Limit Order (Stoploss, Profit Target)
- Leverage
- Margin
- Spread / Slippage (related to News)
there are a lot more to learn, but this will get you suited for the next few points.
--- Find your way ---
Find what you can do and what you can't do (some of us have family, a 9to5 job, other things) that will not let you trade every way.
Make yourself a time-table, a budget plan and then research on this criteria how you want to spend your trading-time.
(If you have a 9to5 job, you probably cant watch the chart on a minute timeframe, so strategies involving this is not suited)
--- Risk Reward ---
Calculate how much you need and with that information backtest your strategy to find out how profitable it is and then set your risk:reward ratio to the calculated risk you can afford to lose to still make the profit you need in the end.
Example: If you lose 2 trades with a RR of 1:5 and win another one, you won 3R (Lost 2 = -2R, Won 1:5 so + 5R = 3R - its not precise, as there is slippage and commissions). If you are happy with 2R, then thats the way you trade from now on.
Keep this always the same as the math dont lie but your feelins will try to betray you (thats the psyochology part that comes up next)
This point is very, very important to understand and to learn and to adapt to your circumstances. if you don't do that, you will fail no matter what!
--- Psychology ---
Well, thats one of the major points and its very, very big.
Do a lot of research on this part and also use papermoney as kind of a challenge for yourself so if you lose it, you still get "mad".
baseline is: dont have feelings! it has to be all mathematical and mechanical.
--- Paper Trade ---
Yes, don't use your own money in the beginning, you can paper trade on Tradingview for free without any risk and you can test all the strategies/indicators on this planet for free and see how they perform.
Make challenges for yourself (so psychology is also trained).
Don't underestimate this point, paper trade for at least 6 month every day 6h to really grasp what you are up to, what you are doing, how to improve everything and to get the feeling for everything!
Once you went through those points you are given a toolbelt with a lot of tools, now its time to figure out what tool to use in what situation.
Research a lot of strategies and find something that works for you.. and then melt it into something useful!
Point and figure (Part 2)Box size: The minimum price movement required for a new column to be added to the chart.
Reversal amount: The number of Xs or O's in a column before a new column is added.
Support and resistance levels : Areas where the price has difficulty falling below (support) or rising above (resistance).
Price targets: The level at which a trader expects the price to reach.
Stop-loss levels : The level at which a trader exits a trade to limit their losses.
Double top and double bottom: A chart pattern that is formed when a security's price reaches a high or low level twice and then falls back. This can indicate a trend reversal and a potential buying or selling opportunity.
Triple top and triple bottom: A chart pattern that is similar to the double top and bottom but the security's price reaches the high or low level three times before reversing.
Breakout strategy : A strategy where traders buy when the price breaks above a resistance level or sell when the price breaks below a support level.
Trend following strategy: A strategy where traders buy when the price is in an uptrend and sell when the price is in a downtrend.
Mean reversion strategy: A strategy where traders buy when the price is undervalued and sell when the price is overvalued, based on historical price levels.
It's worth noting that point and figure charting is a discretionary method of technical analysis, and it requires a certain level of experience and knowledge to correctly interpret the chart and to use the strategies mentioned above.
Engulfing Candle & Market Reversal | Advanced Lesson
Hey traders,
In this article we will discuss how we can spot a market reversal relying on a classic candlestick pattern formation.
The Bullish Engulfing pattern is a two candlestick reversal pattern that signals a strong up move may occur.
It happens when a bearish candle is immediately followed by a larger bullish candle.
This second candle “engulfs” the bearish candle. This means buyers are flexing their muscles and that there could be a strong up move after a recent downtrend or a period of consolidation.
On the other hand, the Bearish Engulfing pattern is the opposite of the bullish pattern.
This type of candlestick pattern occurs when the bullish candle is immediately followed by a bearish candle that completely “engulfs” it.
This means that sellers overpowered the buyers and that a strong move down could happen.
If the engulfing candle engulfs 2 preceding candles, it indicates even stronger momentum.
Learn to spot that pattern because it is extremely efficient.

We’re range bound in a descending channel at the moment. I expect this pair to run out to 0.715 (0.5 fib) before heading back down. All things being equal this has a very good RR at around 8:1

Let’s get to the chart!

#BTC
$BTC is currently trading at the $17400 Level.
As per the chart strong holding support $17200 Level which is good for the Bulls.
The next Resistance is $18400 which is also the retest level of the Last breakdown Support.
I am expecting some Rejection from that level and we can see some more Downside move.
But now we can see some upward movement in short term.
My Resistance levels:- $18400-$19000
Support:- $16500 - $17200
Analysis
- I have taken fractals from the past, 2019, from historical price action that we refer to as an 'echo bubble'.
- According to the fractals, one possible scenario is that we tap $14k, before making a 100% move up to $28k.
- This would be a completely reasonable trajectory to have in mind, considering that we have seen a case for Bitcoin moving from $4k to $14k
- Eventually, we would peak around the summer of 2023, with everyone thinking that the macro bull market has resumed.
- Personally, if this speculative scenario plays out, I would revert back to holding a massive cash position until the dust settles again.
- People, including myself, thought we'd never get back below 20k, and here we are now, with people calling for $7k.
Comment your view in the comment section and stay tuned, I will keep updating BTC in the different time frames.
This chart is likely to help you make better trade decisions if it does consider upvoting it.
