Elliot wave failure+ descending triangle caused pump- same both ways you look at it and equally valid. Retracement coincides with developing trendlines on the pair. Triangle may not be in that exact position as elliot signals unclear. Still expect triangle correction of some sort, so don't take these lines as law. Selby Bitcoin Price AnalysisNew price/time prediction system of extrapolation based on linear regression and EMA . This call has two different lows first $5967 and then $5561. If we go below $5686 on the 1day we will be on our way to new ATH's if not we can expect more sideways action for the foreseeable future. The call ends at $6484 on December 3rd. It is interesting that most everyone thinks 6K is so strongly supported and the bottom is already in. The BTCUSD instrument has hundreds of millions of dollars sitting and waiting at 6k so I understand most peoples ideas about that being the bottom. However in order for BTCUSD to have another true bull run, sentiment must turn negative first which it has not done yet from 19k-6k, so when it falls bellow 6K then we will see tons of FUD and bad news on the internet, only then will we get our next big bull run and it will turn fast!! selby_exchange - BTCUSD -Timing the Bottom of 2018 Final ChapterWell the $5686 I have been calling for months here on TV is based off of trendlines using extrapolation from the very peak of $19k. when I first started charting 5mo. ago. The pattern showed that once we hit the specific $5686 or below on the 1day chart on GDAX (now Coinbase Pro) we will be open to new ATH's. It's like the pattern needed to hit that low before BTC could go parabolic like it did back at the end of 2017 Why? IDK yet and am working on refining and improving this new system of TA. I think in time as I learn more, this system of extrapolation based on linear regression technical analysis success rate will improve. selby_exchange Finding creative patterns in charts on Tradingview! YoungShkreli is almost a TOP trader on tv!Guys, YoungShkreli here This has nothing to do with bitcoin at all - almost. I am almost on the FRONT PAGE on tradingview and I started this only a little over a week ago. If you would all please like and follow my work, that would be so incredible. I've been doing this for less than two weeks (!!!) and already we are growing so fast and I'm so happy because that means I've been helping people and putting out good content. I really appreciate how much support I've gotten these past few days - it's been very illuminating and makes me believe in my dreams more. Remember, I do this for bigger goals in the future. The work that I and all of you do (by following and supporting) is very important and is going to help everyone in the future. I am not just a trader, I am a leader. Let me lead by being on the top, it's where I'm most comfortable. I gave an update already, but I will give one now just so that I can give people an extra excuse to get you guys to follow me. As of now, we are trading at $6100. The price action has been interesting because it hasn't really done anything big in a while. We are forming a bear flag and that's what a lot of traders will tell you, but that's not what YoungShkreli sees. He sees a bear flag that is only slightly lower than the previous common trading level ($6300). In my experience, this often means there will be a bounce, but it doesn't have to happen. I've seen it go lower, I just thought I'd mention it because I think I'm the only one who has noticed that pattern in bitcoin and it's kind of a big deal.
