$VINO LongI am long $VINO. Uplisted to nasdaq February 17th 2021. Float just increased by a maximum 1.5M via equity offering that should be closing within the next week. Current float now stands at 7.5M shares. I've personally been watching the (mostly) dry tape over the last few weeks as I've also accumulated a core position...large buyers just keep the spread wide and it moves exactly like you'd expect a low float to trade day to day...that is, sparse volume, large hidden buyers and sellers with icebergs everywhere and wide price movements due to a relative lack of liquidity. Today saw well over 200,000 shares at the ask bought and a consolidation down to some moving averages and above vwap. Keep in mind that a little less than a month ago over a million shares traded hands within a 1 hour segment prior to the 4PM close and in afterhours. Then an offering for 1.4M shares at an aggregate $3.68 If you don't trade low floats often be careful not to get too carefree.

$TKAT bull run next week?If you missed the $TKAT and general NFT craze from a few weeks ago, it's back. $TKAT has had 3 strong days and now closed kissing top of Keltner channel closing up 36.65% :o Generally I don't like to enter swing trades Friday afternoon or after such a strong green day, but made an exception here due to the potential for an explosive move next week. $TKAT did this before on it's insane March 15-23 run. On the daily we see something looking like a Bull Flag Breakout. Resistance free to $46. If it breaks though that with force I think there a shot at breaking all time highs at $74 to who knows where. Trading these guys is tough as they jump around A LOT, up to 40% a day. If you're only into FANG and fundamentals, this is NOT for you. I'm trying to be careful with my risk management and hope you will be too. This is very low float and with 42% insider ownership, so if they hold we're good, if they dump... well not so much. Any thoughts on all of this? Agree? Disagree? Please let me know. I want to hear your analysis. Any tips on holding through gut wrenching pull backs on this kind of trade and timing the exits would be appreciated..

OIIM Under Rated Small CapperLet's talk small caps for a change!! lol OIIM, the title says it all! I've been in and out on this one a few times over the past several months. Structure is consistent and range on bars is typically around 10%. Fundamentals are decent compared to peers and not overpriced. Float is low on this one so it can run! The 7.70 level seems to be a key area of previous resistance and currently gathering some support at. Let's wait for some confirmation and see what happens before entry.

NSPR just getting started?Now buying my 3000 shares than seeing it pump to .61 (highest RH showed), was just luck with getting the news about Brazil approval NSPR product, yet looking at the chart begs to wonder is it over? News -CGuard got approval to be used in Brazil. I will post a DD at the end of this for NSPR, yet the consumer market of CGuard in Brazil can be up too 213 million citizens. The DD also suggest NSPR is looking for partners to China to distribute CGuard next. -NSPR is looking for FDA IDE approval that it had to resubmit testing in May. If it gets approved it will get clinical trial testing to be able to be sold in the USA, which it already has approval for in Europe. It already has positive feedback from its test it submitted. -Voting coming up to add more shares (double current shares). This is negative, yet with the price of a share atm I really don't think it will past, since they raised money already in early June. -Insiders have be buying shares up to 4 million, which gives answers to the weird volume after the dump. -Low float: tbh no clue what this means or what I'm looking at since I don't trade on what is low float. But alot of people say this stock volume should be above dollar with all the positive news. TA -Again volume is beyond head scratching, which reading the DD it makes since with 4million shares being bought up from CEO, Co, and other institutions. -RSI is dead center -MACD shows more momentum to the upside. Only thing that could affect it if tech stocks sell off again or a negative catalyst such as shares increase. -now for the support and resitance lines short term and long term: support can be at the .50, .4922, and .4594. After that maybe new lows or a bear trap. -Resistance is at .61/.5764, than next a bounce to $.7493-$.6491, $.9750, $1.1275, than all i got this a pump to $3.0811 (500%). One alysise has a $2 target, yet I don't see any activity since from $1.1275-$3.0811 was just a straight dump. Final thoughts I'll hold my 3k shares, since positive catalyist out number the negative one coming up. This company will have zero effect on its US and China relation, since its HQ is in Israel. With years of downside there is speculation what the overall outcome of this company, since it has been 15 years and its still around. I say its a hold and a buy between these ranges with .45 being buy, yet hold if it dips under that price. DD www.reddit.com
