Ok, y’all, I’m losing my voice a little bit… but I also just got a new microphone so that is why this video happened. So be nice about my hoarse voice.
Let me know if this is helpful and If I should do more like this
ENTRIES
PYPL - 225.30
DKNG - 43.01
CVS - 81.19
UBER - 42.97
LYFT - 48.27
ETSY - 163.08
I will most definitely be making more videos on entry targets. Leave me a comment if there's a symbol you want me to analyze in the next video. I'll try to do them every couple of days (And definitely on sunday nights)
Lyft
Keep an eye on this pivot point! 👁 👍Lyft is doing a nice pullback right now, in the 30min chart. The 20 is pretty close, but since the BB are so spread open, I believe it’ll move sideways for some time.
The 60.26 is a pivot, and if Lyft breaks it, it’ll do something good.
The problem is the RSI in the 4h chart, showing a bearish divergence + false breakout from the top area at 59s. This is another indicator that Lyft is not ready yet, but it can be in the future. It is one of the stocks that are on my radar, but it is not doing anything impressive for now.
Let’s watch the pivot in the 30min chart closely!

UBER - Buy The Dip Hi, this is my update for UBER. In the last 3 days UBER has fallen more than 20%, we have lost the SMA50 and SMA100, but I think we have now reached the bottom, since we have support level around $45.90, SMA200 (46.74) and RSI is now under 30 so that means that UBER is oversold and it is time for shorts to cover in. So be prepared and don't PANIC ;)
HyreCar provides cars to drivers for Ride SharingBackground
Have you ever gotten into an Uber and wondered how this driver afforded such a sick ride? Lots of times they are driving as a second job or in retirement. But other times its because of rental companies that will rent their fleets of cars to drivers rather than have them sit idle on a lot.
HyreCar has created the gig-economy service to service the gig-economy services by connecting car owners with ride sharing drivers.
Fundamentals
Founded in 2014 and listed in 2018
Offers owners a way to earn passive income from unused vehicles
Provides drivers a vehicle for earning money with ride-sharing services
Competitive advantage is the included insurance and automated platform for connecting driver to owner
Last three quarters revenue YoY of +65%, +47%, +84%
Last three quarters EPS of -0.25, -0.22, -0.10
Used a Paycheck Protection Plan Loan in April during COVID impact on business. The $2m PPP loan is likely to be forgiven.
Technicals
140% gain since the beginning of November
Currently extended 45% above the 50d MA
High, tight flag forming. Over 100% gain in less then 8 weeks with only 10-25% correction.
ATR is too high for entry. 10d ATR (x2.7) would require a 27% stop and very small position of R3.69
Summary
HyreCar has an interesting business model and is finding growth by moving from individual car owners to companies that have fleets of vehicles not being used. They weathered a tough situation with the COVID pandemic in early 2020 that brought ride sharing demand to a low. Now that we are getting clear of the pandemic, business is starting to pick back up. The large PPP loan incurred to keep paying employees will likely be forgiven as offered by the government for businesses that used it to pay employees.
This is a good one to put on the watch list and potentially buy when it breaks out of the high, tight flag. Or wait for a little more growth in the company and enter in the future.
BB $7.5: Lotto Stock of the Year for EV PlaysBB or Blackberry has been in a coma for 5+ years and it showed some life this yr. It's a company with some depth in communication software yet does not know how to package it. EV comes to the rescue by them signing up many of the key players including AMZN.
Technically it looks great: a long base, volume picking up, Momentor indicators (MACD and STOCH/RSI) titled up.
An easy target is $9, ideal entry is 7 or 6.5 if pulls back. On a longer horizon, the sky is the limit.
LYFT Primary Trend Reversal signs(1W Timeframe)
Several clues point at the same outcome: reversal trend and Bullrun incoming!
- We can see a break of the downtrend with higher lows that will invalidate the bear market if we can close this W with a higher high. Keep in mind that there's a big resistance zone (red zone) that could push the price down to the yellow zone.
- 50 ema already crossed the 200 ema (daily time frame)
- RSI increasing to almost overbought and getting out of the bear zone (30-50) to the upper part, hopefully, it'll stay above 50.
Example of a bad IPO playI drew this up for a user who asked more detail about the IPO playing strategy I have discussed before. It's important to look at the worst case scenarios (rather than the best case) when evaluating ways of trading. The guidelines are simple to base a trading strategy around:
Wait for the high of IPO week
Wait for the break
Take a pullback to that level
Risk management and trade management around these rules are up to the individual trader but those are guidelines that at least keep someone wanting to play an IPO out of trouble.
If a trader deviates from this plan they might get lucky, catch that falling knife, and be really happy at how "CLEVER" they were to get it at such a GREAT PRICE!
...But do that enough times and one time you'll become a bagholder.
Having a set SIGNAL and ENTRY keeps your trade DEFINED . It gives you something to base your risk and trade management. If you try to buy an IPO at an arbitrary price... where is your risk? Stock going to $0?
The key is for an IPO trader to avoid something like NASDAQ:LYFT which just never comes back. If you were to allocate capital to something like this it's easy for your capital to get destroyed because you really only have two hard price points of risk management:
Your maximum pain
Stock goes to $0
Neither are optimal situations for trading.
Have a plan. Trade your plan.
