BTC.D - Market Update 30.09Hello Traders! On the Bitcoin Dominance chart, there was a second test of the 40.12 support level In case the market starts recovering, after correcting to Bitcoin's $46000 - $48000 we may see a significant recovery in altcoin prices as well. This situation will be reflected on the dominance chart by a second attempt to break the support level of 40.12 Bitcoin is currently trading in a wide $40900 - $50500 price range. Continued trading in this range gives chances for an altcoin to rise and decline dominance into the 36.28 - 40.12 zone. The 36.28 - 40.12 range acted as a reversal zone in the 2017 rally. Therefore, altcoin holders should be cautious. Bitcoin's exit beyond the $50500 resistance level could be a trigger for a new rally because at that time, all the money will start to flow into the index. Good luck and watch out for the market P.S. BITCOIN - Trends, R&S Level, AreasThe price is now near the first local resistance zone that is really important and we have two possible scenarios here: A. Retest breakout and more fall: the white trend-line was strong support for bitcoin if it will be break anytime soon, it will act as resistance. On the weekly timeframe the price has made a correction after its 6 consecutive bullish weeks, this correction is in the form of a bullish flag on the daily timeframe . Also on the daily timeframe what we can see is the market broke below the head and shoulders formation with a bearish impulse to the downside which has been followed up by a correction to retest previous support as new resistance in confluence with the 0.618 fibonacci. The market is already now showing rejection and i do expect to see the continuation to the downside and price to come down to the lower descending trendline support of the bullish flag which is also the 0.618 fib taken from the weekly impulse low to high giving us a very strong confluence of support at around 38k. So my short term bias is bearish i am expecting one final leg down to around the 38k price which will trap bears and induce sellers into the market, this is where i will close our shorts and start looking for LONG entries. BTC Short Short Squeeze into the May CME Gap - 14 August 2021Lots of interesting stuff the swing fail didn't play out and instead got short squeezed this leg up took us right into the old CME gap from May what this means is that anything we do in here will probably cause a quick move to fill by monday the last few stops are just above us from 49.8 to 51.5 after that it's a straight shot to the April/May Monthly Open Whatever we do in here what matters is the market open. Still long from 38 and looking for the high timeframe move to see BTC go up and swing fail the May/April monthly opens.
