NASDAQ EXPECTED BEARISH TURNAlthough the economic indicators in US are positive in general, showing return to growth in July-September period, the heavy weight tech companies like Facebook, Alphabet and Microsoft Corp are expecting slower growth and Amazon Inc reported lower than expected earnings. This took toll on the NASDAQ Index. It plunged and broke the support of the upward channel that it had trading in since 14th of October. Both technical indicators, MACD and RSI are confirming the bearish trend, with MACD histogram below 0 line and keep decreasing and RSI below the 50 neutral line. If this trend continues, the instrument might reach its previous low of 10 680. In the opposite scenario, the price might try to test the channel resistance at 11 800. We see on the 4H chart a 3 higher-high pattern connected with a trendline, something we saw and traded back before the COVID market crash on the DAX and made a killing! - Today it's time to sell NASDAQ and capitalize on the potentially BIG sell move coming! NASDAQ100 with an excellent H&S selling opportunityWe are short on AMAZON since Monday, with that said, we are also bearish on NASDAQ and all the necessary details of our trade idea are listed in the image and following text. Nasdaq on 1hr(Sell)Congrats on our previous successful buy to resistance...So Head and shoulders formed and resistance rejected...So therefore reversing for a sell to supports(Pink rectangular shade) Then a probable buy to continue the bullish trend...However if 8680 @Supports is broken they'll be a massive drop to setup a buy during the NFP this week.
