Bullish over 509, PT 520-525
Bearish under 491, PT 478.43-470
Still stuck in that channel wait for a break of the purple trendline for long, grey trendline for short. Also its tricky with vaccine and stim news. Who cares about NFLX now?!
NFLX UpdateI took a starter position at the retest of 477.50 and added on the STRONG bounce off the purple trendline.
Expecting to see 500-505 this week. And possibly 520 if we get news/catalysts.
NFLX has been following the same pattern the last 3 months. I'd say this is one of the slow steady plays, i recommend going with spreads or contracts with further out expiration to avoid time decay.

ORDER: BUYThis STRONG SUPPORT ZONE was a breakthrough on the 14th of April, towards the top, and it was retested on the 29th of April. The trend did not breakthrough it towards it, but it made a strong ascending to the top. This indicates that it is a strong area and a high probability that it will be the beginning of a corrective movement towards the top.
ANALYSE: NFLXWe notice that since May 19th there has been a gradual depression of the curve
There is a high probability that it will climb to touch and test the curved resistance line and descend to the support line 1
After that, there are two possibilities that either it completes the descending and breaches the support line 1 to reach the support line 2 or does the cumulation and returns to the curved resistance line test

(yellow Scenario) If this a local correction our target area ~396$.
(red scenario) if this impulse our targets will lower on 383 and 372$. I would fix at least 50% of our profit when we come to the area 396$.
