Nifty bankHello Everyone, Today Nifty Bank was trading in a very tight range in the morning session. After than it breaks its support of 41350 and fall unto 41100 after that it tried to rise and breaks its support line of 41350 and move 200++ pts up and hence, ended the market in green. In this whole fluctuation of today's market over view is set to be bullish for next day. We expect it to touch 42000-42300 range which will show a good market condition in the banking and allied stocks. The impact of budget on the market are seeming lightly today as volatility has decreased quiet comparing to past 4-6 trading session. So our trading range for upcoming days is between 41000-42000 (+/- 200pts as per India VIX). Thanks

They are net seller in Dec. Today, market didn't like the RBI policy (specially commentary). Tomorrow's market move will be mainly based on Gujarat election outcome. My strategy will sell on rise with strict SL for tomorrow if I get good trade setup and decent Risk:Reward. Important events to keep in mind for coming days: 1.Gujrat results on Dec-08. 2.USA Fed meeting (next week). Another rate hike of 0.75% is likely to happen. Is volatility likely to grow in coming days????? BANKNIFTY Trend AnalysisIt is moving inside a descending broadening wedge pattern similar to NIFTY50. Expecting BANKNIFTY to hit 34900-35000 level before the last dump towards 32000 level if it will form Adam & Eve pattern I have highlighted as V shaped bottom and rounding bottom. Only if the 5th wave is overextended, it can reach the edge of the pitchfork at 30180 level. Both the scenarios are possible. 35000 level is at the confluence of 20 MA, trendline resistance and the top of the runaway gap which is going to get filled. Will update as pattern unfolds in near future. Do your own due diligence before taking any action. Peace!!
