NZD/USD could DROP soon!Hey tradomaniacs,
NZD/USD is currently forming a potential Double-Top-Pattern after an attempt to break above the monthly key-resistance.
The DAILY RSI is showing an completly overbought situation causing NZD/USD to consolidate with a weaker performance compared to its competitor AUD/USD.
A break below the 50 EMA, Trendline and horizontal support-zone could cause more momentum to the downside and give us a great opportunity to short.
A risk-off-sentiment in the stockmarket woulde confirm this idea in terms of correlations.

NU possible short scenarioLooks like a nice upcoming NU short. First we have our daily broken trendline(white) then we have our bear div wich indicates a possible reversal(red) then we have a double top in a weekly resistance. Last but not least we made a lower low, now I wil wait until price breaks and retest my support zone(tested 3 times) before entering a short.

NZDUSD Short opportunityHeavy rejection at the 1D resistance, the price closed below the uptrend channel giving a good short signal and the price is sitting at the demand zone.
Downtrend confirmation is required before going short, if the next 4H candle closes in or below the demand zone there could be a good short entry opportunity:
Entry: 0.66190
SL: 0.66518 (Return to the bullish uptrend)
TP1: 0.65208 (Above the 1W now support trendline)
TP2: 0.64112 (Previous support before the possible H&S formation)
TP3: 0.60199 (Return to the previous 4H channel

We have waited for it to 0.61100 area with the last idea (that is still valid).
In the meantime, another selling possibility is creating now.
0.60 (or 0.60460) could be the Elliot Wave point 5 confirmation.

The price is overall in a uptrend at the daily timeframe, so we will take some Pips with the correction.
