Near-instant executions, reasonable spreads, stable platform. I've been a customer for over 5 years. Funds transfers in and out have been smooth.

Their iOS app is not at all user friendly and the balance updates are not instant (unless you change the pages to refresh). I didn't try their web/desktop. That is why 1 star less. I trade mostly using Trading view (that is the reason I opted for them). Though there is slight lag between placing orders on TV vs placing directly on the app. So in case of fast moving markets I place orders on TV, but I close them directly on the iOS app. Overall satisfied due to Trading View integration.

There customer service is horrible and communication is terrible. I would not recommend this brokerage to anybody! I feel like all they do is collect all your personal data and sell it.
