Having said that, This could be wave 3 to 4 looking for completion. Why wave 3 to 4? Wave 3 to 4 is usually complex, even in a uptrend or downtrend market. We also might have a trading opportunity if it comes using the RSI however in a bear market, targets don't usually hit like in a bull market. Unless its a reversal.
