I've had a true love for Pinterest ($PINS) since the beginning of the year, they are one of my favorite public companies out. I myself am not an avid user of the platform, however I do know a great number of friends and family that are religious users of this social media platform. Pinterest is a community based message board that allows users to publicly share other ideas that they want to share to their followers; in pair, users can also post their own ideas for their follower base. Pinterest is great for people with in an interest in practically anything (within reason, of course). With a growing technology-driven world, an app like Pinterest will *likely* continue to see user growth, their average user growth was up 37% in 2020, which followed a 30% growth the following year.
I myself secured an entry at $66 per share, and as of this post $PINS is sitting at a share price of $76.99 at close Friday, July 10. I averaged up this past Thursday at the $75 price point, and am approaching my first take profit point. Short, mid, and long term simple moving averages have done a bowl pattern and have turned bullish, and momentum has followed. Although SMA has turned, momentum appears to be headed to be headed toward a resistance point. Though I love Pinterest and their operations, as well as their current price action, I am currently neutral on $PINS short term. Though both short and medium term bullish patterns have not been broken, but there are two potential bearish patterns forming, both formed at existing resistance at $90 per share. If $PINS can power through this momentum resistance, they have room to break through the current $90 price ceiling, and could touch a $100 share price by years end.
Price points are as follows:
ORIGINAL ENTRY: $66
AVERAGED UP/NEW ENTRY: $75
STOP LOSS: $66
TAKE PROFIT 1: $90
TAKE PROFIT 2: $110
There is 43% upside on this medium-term trade from its current entry point. Current stop loss is my original entry. I will be giving an update soon, Pinterest's activity on the charts in the next couple of weeks could tell the tale of what to expect for performance into 2022.
Be sure to follow me @bigshotrob for future updates and posts.

*My team digs deep and finds stocks that are expected to perform well based off multiple confluences*
*Experienced traders understand the uphill battle in timing the market, so instead my team focuses mainly on risk management*
My team has had eyes on popular online product and idea discovery platform $PINS for the past few weeks. After correcting from a previous all time high of $89.90 it now sits at $66.05. We expect $PINS to perform well short term, but we have set a long-term target of $103. Our long entries are being placed tomorrow within the $62-$67 zone. From there we expect $PINS to jump back to the mid $70.00 zone in the next couple days. This trade is nullified if $PINS hits our stop loss at $60.00.

Technical Analysis of TOP10 Mentioned Stocks!Hi,
First of all, as always, I would like to thank you all for answering your favorite five stocks. Only YOU can make this series happening as good as possible, cheers!
It was the first of many, wasn't so popular as the altcoins series but still, pretty interesting stocks and interesting names on the top of the list. Looks like electricity still dominates the market :)

1) Tesla (TSLA) - is an American electric vehicle and clean energy company.

As promised, I will do technical analysis for top mentioned stocks. To be said, I will add some more, especially some stocks to my followers from Estonia.
Firstly, my technical analysis consists of buying opportunities from lower levels. I tried to identify some interesting and strong price levels which may play an important role in the future. Obviously, you should make your own fundamental research about the stock you want to invest in, and I'll just try to help you with technical analysis. The best investments consist of good fundamentals and good technical analysis. Technical analysis is like the cherry on the top of the pie, it helps to put your money to work for you as fast as possible.
Important to mention that these lower prices are zones, some of them are quite wide but still, it should give you a clue to where your eyes should be pointed. Also, some of them are quite deep but I don't care, I know that if the price reaches there I'm ready. Preparations should be done early!
Secondly, I tried to point out some breakout areas. Areas that are important to break before we can "sure" that the growth of the stock can continue. We don't buy randomly, we are smart, we want to make sure that our investment starts to work as fast as possible, we don't want to guess. So, the breakout possibilities are the key to higher prices, let the price show us that it is capable to go higher, as said we don't guess, let the investors show that they want to pay higher prices to buy the stocks.
Ready - set - GO...
1) TESLA (TSLA)
The current price action shows that the strongest zone to keep an eye on should stay around $450. A lot of strong criteria matching inside the shown area!
2) NIO (NIO)
A bit riskier than Tesla but technically around $25 your alerts should be set. A bit strange PA, it can fall even a bit lower but I'll try to keep you posted! Something good from fundamentals will help ;)
3) AAPL (APPLE)
After the break below the black trendline, the price can reach as low as $100, if you still wait for a bigger correction then $80 is also technically a great spot to grab it. Usually, these top market cap stocks just don't correct too deep, they are always too expensive - but good things are usually expensive ;)
Buy the strength after the price of Apple has reached above 145-150 and you can grab it during the retest, as shown on the image.
4) ALIBABA (BABA)
After quite a bad recent fundamentals, the price of BABA taking some hits but it has reached an interesting zone. The zone is quite wide but if you are looking to invest in BABA then technically the zone in front of you!
5) AMAZON (AMZN)
Buy the strength after the new ATH and you can jump in during the retest. The lower level is far far away from the current price. As said, preparations should be done and this is the zone from where I'm interested in it. I don't care when and why it should go as low as $2000 but I know that if it goes I'm ready!
6) PALANTIR (PLTR)
The "safest" way is to buy the strength. If you are waiting for lower prices, yes you can get them but technically there isn't much to support the price. Only around $15 something tiny but in general cannot recommend any price levels lower than the current price.
Let the investors show you that they are interested in Palantir, let them "risk" and drag the price above $25, you can step in after that confirmation during the retest! Let them risk?! Risky, because $22 to $24 can play as a strong resistance and your investment may get stuck for months/years. As said, we need to put our money to work from high-probability areas.
7) XPENG (XPEV)
Trading inside the buying area! I don't know almost anything about XPEV fundamentals BUT if you know, you have done your research, and if this matches with my TA then go for it!
8) JUMIA TECH. (JMIA)
Quite a good rejection from strong support area which previously was resistance. A lot of buying power, wait for a little throwback and it should be technically a great investment.
9) COINBASE (COIN)
There is no point to do TA. because we just don't have enough history for proper analysis. Only zone what would be interesting, 50% drop from the IPO and that means buy it around $190 ;)
10) PINTEREST (PINS)
Keep an eye on $33- $45. Clean, simple, and strong! Just be patient!
11) JD.COM (JD)
Keep an eye on $45- $56. Clean, simple, and strong! Just be patient!
Hopefully, you got something from this series. Do your own fundamentals and if this matches with my TA you are ready to go!
Invest like a sniper, not a machine gun. Everything comes to you at the right moment. Be patient! Pick very carefully and trigger the kill shot!
Have a wonderful weekend,
Vaido
Pinterest TA plus Doge Double TopA member of my social media asked for a Technical Analysis of NYSE:PINS and the price action in that stock makes for a teachable moment in the current price action of BITFINEX:DOGEUSD . The key pattern to look for is the Double Top or break of the high! In this video I use NASDAQ:MSFT as an example of an instrument that breaks double top patterns to make new highs.
PINS at Pivot PointCan play PINS both sides here depending on its reaction to the currently tested trendline (ascending dashed green line)
Price predictions are based off of supply and demand zones as well as Fib extensions.
Price movement (Blue and Red lines with arrows) isn't a a firm prediction but more of an indication of what important levels may be tested on both down and up-side.
PINS limit buys.I love PINS and want to buy more shares on the dip. Since PINS had such a huge run, I don't have many support/ resistance lines to use as a reference. I'm looking at the fibonacci and EMA's to establish my limit buys. You can see the 50EMA crossing the 0.786 fib and 100EMA crossing the 0.618 fib. The last dip buy is the top part of the gap. I hope it never gets there but in the case.. I'm buying.
Enjoy.
Pintrest - Blowing up ! but what goes up must come downNYSE:PINS Rule of nature - what goes up must come down. combine that with rule of velocity - faster you go the harder the crash!
Pinterest has exploded in less than 3 MONTHS (157 days) to an above 60$ price.
if we set the chart on a weekly time frame all we see is one big green candle, but correction is a must.
so let’s start with FUNDAMENTAL:
- with earnings of about 450 mil in Q4 and main emphasis on number of followers that grew to 442 million the stock skyrocketed to almost 70$, just before it fell back to the 60 line.
the earnings from advertisement in social media sector with these number of followers is expected to be higher, but because Pinterest is not Facebook and haven’t played in the big leagues long enough, these numbers caught investors eyes.
TECHNICAL SIDE:
stock is on a 25% angle from the moment it crossed the 20$ mark with consist supporting volume .
the convergence in the 50 line shows stability and i would be ok with saying that 50$ is the stock price.
Stochastic is overbought even after the correction from 70 to 59, and as it seems at the moment the stock is due to stay in the 50$ range.
Bottom line - I wouldn’t put a lot of hope in this stock crossing 70 so fast but I do see a great future to this company so in the long term it’s a definite buy, on the short i would say hold.
We analyze the market according to the MCBA method (market cycle based analysis) that we developed on combination between Elliot wave theory along with Volume cycle reading
the above is our personal opinion and never a trading advice or recommendation
Trade safe!
Pinterest idea was SPOT ON! A bit late but worth to note that Pinterest did EXACTLY what i had predicted ahead of earnings!
Huge gap up to an ATH following right behind SNAP huge Q3 earnings beat.
Its worth noting that ad revenue was on record level with Pinterest and that's why the stock headed up almost 35%!
Its cool to see plays working out!
Short term though, i believe we are headed for a super ugly November mainly on election volatility, lack of stimulus and covid cases rising.
Pinterest gapping up ahead of ERPinterest stock just gapped up from $45 to $51 ahead of earnings mainly on a sympathy run alongside SNAP huge Q3 beat.
Today, the stock moved into the $53 range.
My expectation heading into ER is that PINS will follow Snap and post a big Q3 beat as I believe the ad revenue will be YUGE as more and more people have been home from COVID and they're spending more time online.
I am liking this stock and I am planning to enter the 50-53 C ahead of Earnings next week which I believe are 10/29.
On the chart we also see after the breakout that is, that the stock formed a mini bull pennant and broke out again to the $53 range.
I love the stock, I love to own it long term, I am buying the calls!
My PT for PINS is $70 by end of year. Lets see how this one plays out!
