Roblox Registers With SEC for $1 Billion IPO
Video game company Roblox has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of $1 billion of class A common shares.
The company, which also offers a platform for creating games, is seeking to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "RBLX."
