Bitcoin has been extremely volatile lately, jumping from $18K to $20K and back again in only a day. This is where lots of positions get shaken out and I would be EXTREMELY cautious to trade leverage now.
A quick look at the technical analysis - using the technical indicator Phoenix Ascending. This includes momentum , EMA , RSI and LSMA . With the Red RSI leaning towards the lower side, it seems the most probable to head lower for the short term. The LSMA is also bearish. From a candlestick analysis, it is important to close above the support zone . If we close UNDER the support zone , this means trouble and probably more bearish price action. We see high volume on the red candles, this indicates that lot's of people are willing to sell at this zone.

For a while, I've been talking about how BTCUSDT is overdue for a bounce as it was trading underneath the moving averages for an extended period of time. We have since come back up to the 200 day MA, but we see a clear double top and rejection at this point. There is obviously still a large supply zone here, and the price will be forced lower to find more buying pressure.

USDCAD nice short trade updates!We seen price make that right shoulder move I explained yesterday and got the nice drop down, I took 2 entrys but will be closing half my position down at 1.28800.. major target level 1.27700 and as always stops moved to break even!

A Dive Into My Swing Trading Approach (+setup) This video was a short synthesis of my swing trading approach. For the amount of information I presented, I'm not expecting to successfully being able to convey my means and ways in one short video, but I'm glad if I could at least show a different perspective.
Some important things I forgot to mention:
- The tolerance for identifying a visual weak liquidity pattern is 2 ticks, 3 ticks during highly volatile days (for the ES). This can change from one market to another. Anything more than 2/3 ticks is considered a move of conviction supported by strong liquidity, a market that has the confidence to see what's beyond a certain point to then either sharply reverse or move forward.
- Using this method I CANNOT know what the market makers are exactly doing, there is no way to know, they will always be a step ahead of any brilliant retail trader. However, we can understand their logic and the weak traders' logic, the latter is the type we want to trade against.
SETUP
As I said, I favour a short trade, but as of today I have to remain on the sidelines. During this times is important to be flexible and change ones bias if that's what the market is suggesting. I will post my set up (if any) in due course.
