$FI bounce coming off 30% ATH drawdown $170 targetHello, NYSE:FI Fiserv evidently got hammered to the downside the last month and last few months the name is down 30% from it's all time high from March 2025 and last month and change it is down 25% or so after downgrades. I have been watching the name the last week or so and I was looking for a drop into a zone of activity in the $152-$154 but it seems that $158-$160 is a strong area of support. Now I am tempted to grab some calls on this name but I am unsure the outcome. The latest Daily candle accumulated the most volume it's had in 2 weeks above 11 million. It bounced off the zone area highlighted. The calls I added to my watch were $170c for 7/18, last week they bottomed around $2.00-$2.20 and they closed (5/30/2025) at $3.30. That's a good move in itself. Will be watching.

SelectQuote | SLQT | Long at $2.18SelectQuote NYSE:SLQT is currently resting within my historical simple moving average zone. This often signals consolidation and a future move (in this case, let's hope up). Looking at the company's financials, NYSE:SLQT is currently profitable. For Q3 2025 (ended March 31, 2025), the company reported a net income of $26.0 million, up from $8.6 million in Q3 2024. This follows a strong Q2 2025 with a net income of $53.2 million. While like most companies there are likely headwinds in 2025 (earnings are projected at a loss of -$0.20 per share due to seasonal fluctuations and investments in 2025 (e.g., new Kansas facility)), profitability is likely to stabilize in 2026, with EPS forecasts of $0.05, supported by improved Medicare reimbursement rates and operational efficiencies. Ongoing Department of Justice allegations could pose risks... but SelectQuote’s recent $350M investment and cost management suggest profitability may continue if legal issues are resolved favorably.
Thus, at $2.18, NYSE:SLQT is in a personal buy zone. There is a potential for the price to dip to the bottom of the historical simple moving average channel (near $1.25) in the near-term, but time will tell.

Mastering the Death cross and Golden cross - How to use it!In this guide I will discuss the Death crosses and Golden crosses. The next subjects will be described:
- What SMA to use?
- What is a Death cross?
- What is a Golden cross
- Is a Death cross always bearish and a Golden cross always bullish?
- How did the Death crosses and Golden crosses play out this cycle?
What SMA to use for Deathcross and Golden cross on the daily timeframe
In technical analysis, when identifying Golden Crosses and Death Crosses on the daily timeframe, the most commonly used moving averages are the 50-day and the 200-day simple moving averages (SMA). The 50-day moving average represents the average closing price of an asset over the past 50 trading days and reflects medium-term market trends. The 200-day moving average, on the other hand, represents the average over a longer period and is used to gauge the broader, long-term trend.
What is a Deatch cross?
A death cross is a bearish technical analysis signal that occurs when a short-term moving average crosses below a long-term moving average. Most commonly, it refers to the 50-day simple moving average crossing below the 200-day simple moving average on a daily price chart. This crossover suggests that recent price momentum is weakening relative to the longer-term trend, which can be an early indication of a potential downtrend or extended period of market weakness.
The death cross is often interpreted as a sign of increasing selling pressure and a shift in investor sentiment toward caution or pessimism. While it does not predict immediate declines, it is closely watched because it has historically preceded some significant market downturns. However, like all technical indicators, it is not infallible. Since it is based on past price data, the death cross is a lagging indicator, meaning it often appears after a downward trend has already begun.
What is a Golden cross?
A golden cross is a bullish technical analysis pattern that signals the potential beginning of a long-term uptrend. It occurs when a short-term moving average, typically the 50-day simple moving average (SMA), crosses above a long-term moving average, most commonly the 200-day SMA, on a daily price chart. This crossover suggests that recent price momentum is strengthening in relation to the longer-term trend, indicating growing investor confidence and increasing buying interest.
The golden cross is widely viewed as a positive signal by traders and investors, often marking a shift from a downtrend or consolidation phase to a more sustained upward movement. It reflects a change in market sentiment where shorter-term gains begin to outweigh longer-term losses.
Is a Death cross always bearish and a Golden cross always bullish?
The death cross is not always a purely bearish signal. While it reflects that price momentum has shifted to the downside, it's important to remember that moving averages are lagging indicators. By the time the crossover occurs, much of the downward move may already be priced in. As a result, it's common to see a relief rally shortly after the signal appears. This bounce can catch traders off guard, especially those who enter short positions expecting immediate continued weakness.
On the other hand, the golden cross often sparks a wave of bullish sentiment. Many traders see it as confirmation of a strong uptrend, leading to increased buying pressure. However, just like with the death cross, the lagging nature of the signal means that much of the initial move may have already happened. It's not unusual for the price to stall or even retrace shortly after the crossover, especially if the market has become overextended. In both cases, the market often reacts in a counterintuitive way in the short term, which is why these signals are best used alongside other tools and indicators.
How did the Death crosses and Golden crosses play out this cycle?
In this cycle, we’ve seen three death crosses and three golden crosses on the daily timeframe, with a fourth golden cross currently in the making. Interestingly, all three of the previous death crosses have not led to sustained downside as many might expect. Instead, each one has marked a local bottom, followed by strong upward movement in the weeks and months that followed. These signals, rather than being a reason for bearishness, turned out to be contrarian indicators. The most recent death cross occurred when Bitcoin was trading around 80k. From there, it managed to rebound impressively, climbing back above 111k, a clear reminder that death crosses, especially in this cycle, have not been reliable signals for further downside.
The golden crosses, on the other hand, have behaved a bit differently than usual in this cycle. The first golden cross actually marked a local top, with Bitcoin facing rejection shortly after. During the second golden cross, price action was more neutral, BTC moved sideways for a period before eventually continuing its upward trend. The third golden cross was followed by only a shallow pullback, after which Bitcoin pushed to new all-time highs.
Now, we are approaching the formation of the fourth Golden cross. Based on the pattern of past crosses and current market sentiment, a minor pullback could be on the horizon. It’s not guaranteed, but given the level of euphoria in the market right now, some cooling off would not be surprising. Even if a pullback does occur, the larger trend remains intact, and this golden cross may end up reinforcing that momentum.

Angi's List | ANGI | Long at $2.00The historical simple moving average (SMA) I've selected for Angi Inc NASDAQ:ANGI is starting to enter stock price. This often means a directional change in price: up in this case. The price drop after the last earnings, I believe, was an algorithmic move for price entry/further consolidation. If true, the two large gaps above may be filled "soon". 70M float, 12% short interest...
Fundamentally, Angi maintains a solid financial foundation with $395 million in cash and cash equivalents. The company's free cash flow increased $29.2 million to $78.4 million for the first nine months of 2024, demonstrating strong cash generation capabilities. The company's transition to a consumer choice model, already successful in its European operations, positions Angi to capture greater market share. Despite revenue headwinds, Angi demonstrates robust financial health with operating income increasing to $7.8 million in third-quarter 2024, a significant improvement from the previous year. The company's adjusted EBITDA grew 27% to $35.4 million, while year-to-date operating income reached $20 million with adjusted EBITDA rising 47% to $114 million, showcasing effective cost management and improving operational efficiency.
Thus at $2.00, NASDAQ:ANGI is in a personal buy zone.
Target #1 = $2.25
Target #2 = $2.50
Target #3 = $3.00
Target #4 = $3.50
Target #5 = $3.70

Riding the BNX Wave: Next Trade SetupsSince BNX surged an astounding +381% in just 3.5 days, it has rapidly reached a key high. However, the dramatic move on low volume has left the market in a tight range, raising questions about a potential correction. Let’s break down the current market structure and explore the key support and resistance levels, followed by specific trade setups.
Looking Back: Market Structure & Trends
BNX’s meteoric rise over a short period has captured attention, but such rapid gains often invite consolidation or a pullback. After hitting the key high, the price was tested and subsequently rejected, particularly on low volume. This rejection signals that the bullish drive may be exhausting, setting the stage for a possible downward correction. Since then, BNX has been trading in a narrow range, reflecting market indecision as traders await further direction.
Key Support Zones & Confluences
Primary Support Zone – Around $0.6:
Moving Averages Confluence: The 21-period EMA and SMA on the 4-hour, weekly, and monthly charts are clustered between approximately $0.585 and $0.553. This convergence creates a robust support area where price is likely to find stability.
Lower Timeframe Trend Insight: My beta indicator on the 15-minute chart, which marks the edge of the bullish trend, further reinforces this support level.
Fibonacci Confluence:
The 0.382 Fibonacci retracement sits at around $0.5426, lending additional support.
The Fibonacci Speed Fan (0.5 level) aligns near $0.56, complementing the overall support picture.
This confluence of technical factors makes the $0.6 zone a crucial area to monitor, as it represents a potential floor should the market trend lower.
Resistance Levels & Confluences
Key Resistance – The Recent High:
Rapid Price Surge & Rejection: BNX’s swift ascent culminated in a key high that was subsequently tested and rejected. The rejection, especially on low volume, indicates that the upward momentum may be losing steam.
Fibonacci Resistance: Notably, the price has also encountered the 0.382 Fibonacci retracement at $0.75, which acts as an additional layer of resistance.
Psychological Resistance: The key high now serves as a significant resistance level, acting as a barrier that the price must overcome to resume its bullish trend.
Potential Trade Setups
Short Trade Setup
Given the rejection at the key high and the low-volume consolidation, a breakdown from this level is anticipated. This scenario makes a short position attractive, as a failed test of the high could trigger further downward movement.
Entry & Stop Loss (SL):
Entry: Initiate a short position at the key high, followed by a rejection.
Stop Loss: Place your stop loss just above the key high to mitigate risk.
Target & Risk/Reward:
Target: Aim for the primary support zone around $0.6, where multiple indicators converge.
Risk-Reward Ratio: The setup targets a favourable risk/reward ratio of 3:1 or better, making it an appealing opportunity for traders.
Long Trade Setup
Despite the clear support confluence around the $0.6 area, entering a long position at this stage carries a less compelling risk/reward profile compared to the short trade.
Entry & Stop Loss (SL):
Entry: Consider a long entry if the price shows strength and decisively holds above the support zone.
Stop Loss: Position the stop loss just below the support area to accommodate minor fluctuations.
Target & Risk/Reward:
Target: The target for a long setup would be the previous swing low.
Risk-Reward Ratio: This trade offers a ratio in the range of 1:1 to 2.5:1, which is alright compared to the short setup.
what is the most effective indicator? There isn’t a single "most effective" trading indicator that works for everyone, as effectiveness depends on your trading style, strategy, and the market conditions. However, some indicators are considered more versatile or reliable when used correctly. Here's a breakdown to help you choose:

BITCOIN LOSING ITS MOMENTUM? SHORT TERM BEARISH SETUP.I have been noticing the price exhaustion of Bitcoin on the Daily price graph. If you notice the momentum to the highs are very limited compared to its recent momentum. And notice the big divergence on the RSI. Golden Cross, Overbought Conditions, and Key Resistance Ahead!OANDA:XAUUSD Multi-Timeframe Analysis
Price is above all moving averages, indicating an uptrend. A Golden Cross is forming near the 2656 level, suggesting bullish potential. However, caution is advised as the price is near strong resistance, which may cap upward movement. For a potential correction, the price target is 2656.
The monthly RSI is overbought at 80.07, indicating a potential long-term pullback. The weekly RSI is mildly bullish at 65.45, while the daily RSI is neutral at 58.62. The 4-hour RSI is overbought at 76.36, signaling a possible pullback. The 3-hour and 2-hour RSIs are extremely overbought, with bearish divergence, reinforcing a likely near-term correction.
The price is approaching a critical resistance zone, where sellers may enter. Weak volume across timeframes suggests a lack of buying conviction, and if volume remains weak near resistance, a reversal or consolidation could occur.
Actionable Insights:
Caution is advised due to overbought conditions and weak volume. Watch for price rejection at resistance for a potential pullback. If the Golden Cross is confirmed, ensure volume picks up to sustain the move; otherwise, the breakout may be short-lived. A pullback or reversal is likely, especially near resistance, with the price target for a correction at 2656.

Mastering Moving AveragesMastering Moving Averages: A Statistical Approach to Enhancing Your Trading Strategy
Moving averages (MAs) are one of the most popular tools used by traders and investors to smooth out price data and identify trends in the financial markets. While they may seem simple on the surface, moving averages are rooted in statistical analysis and offer powerful insights into price behavior over time. In this article, we will break down the concept of moving averages from a statistical viewpoint, explore different types of MAs and their benefits, and discuss how they can be effectively used in trading and market analysis.
⯁What is a Moving Average from a Statistical Standpoint?
A moving average is a statistical calculation that smooths out data points by creating a series of averages over a specific period. In trading, it is applied to price data, where it helps remove short-term fluctuations and highlight longer-term trends.
The core idea behind a moving average is to capture the central tendency of a price over time, providing a clearer picture of the market’s overall direction. By averaging the price over a period, it helps traders see the general trend without being distracted by the noise of daily market volatility.
Mathematically, a simple moving average (SMA) can be expressed as:
SMA = (P1 + P2 + ... + Pn) / n
Where:
P1, P2, ..., Pn represent the price points for each period.
n represents the number of periods over which the average is taken.
The moving average "moves" because as new prices are added to the calculation, older prices drop off, creating a rolling average that continually updates.
Types of Moving Averages and How They Are Calculated
Different types of moving averages use varying methods to calculate the average, each offering a unique perspective on price trends.
Simple Moving Average (SMA) : The SMA is the most basic type of moving average and is calculated by taking the arithmetic mean of the prices over a specified period. Every data point within the period carries equal weight.
SMA = (P1 + P2 + ... + Pn) / n
For example, a 5-day SMA of a stock’s closing prices would be the sum of the last five closing prices divided by 5.
Exponential Moving Average (EMA) : The EMA gives more weight to recent price data, making it more responsive to price changes. The EMA calculation involves a smoothing factor (also called the multiplier) that increases the weight of the most recent prices. The formula for the multiplier is:
//Where n is the number of periods. The EMA calculation follows:
Multiplier = 2 / (n + 1)
EMA = (Closing price - Previous EMA) × Multiplier + Previous EMA
For example, for a 10-period EMA, the multiplier would be 2 / (10 + 1) = 0.1818. This value is then applied to smooth the recent prices more aggressively.
Weighted Moving Average (WMA) : The WMA assigns different weights to each data point in the series, with more recent data given greater weight. The formula for WMA is:
WMA = (P1 × 1 + P2 × 2 + ... + Pn × n) / (1 + 2 + ... + n)
Where n is the number of periods. Each price is multiplied by its period's number (most recent data gets the highest weight), and then the total is divided by the sum of the weights.
For example, a 3-period WMA would assign a weight of 3 to the most recent price, 2 to the price before that, and 1 to the earliest price in the period.
Smoothed Moving Average (SMMA) : The SMMA is similar to the EMA but smooths the price data more gradually, making it less sensitive to short-term fluctuations. The SMMA is calculated using this formula:
SMMA = (Previous SMMA × (n - 1) + Current Price) / n
Where n is the number of periods. The first period's SMMA is an SMA, and subsequent SMMAs apply the formula to smooth the prices more gradually than the EMA.
⯁Comparing Benefits of Different MAs
SMA : Best for identifying long-term trends due to its stability but can be slow to react.
EMA : More sensitive to recent price action, making it valuable for shorter-term traders looking for quicker signals.
WMA : Offers a middle ground between the EMA’s sensitivity and the SMA’s stability, good for balanced strategies.
SMMA : Ideal for longer-term traders who prefer a smoother, less reactive average to reduce noise in the trend.
⯁How to Use Moving Averages in Trading
Moving averages can be used in several ways to enhance trading strategies and provide valuable insights into market trends. Here are some of the most common ways they are utilized:
1. Identifying Trend Direction
One of the primary uses of moving averages is to identify the direction of the trend. If the price is consistently above a moving average, the market is generally considered to be in an uptrend. Conversely, if the price is below the moving average, it signals a downtrend. By applying different moving averages (e.g., 50-day and 200-day), traders can distinguish between short-term and long-term trends.
2. Crossovers
Moving average crossovers are a popular method for generating trading signals. A "bullish crossover" occurs when a shorter-term moving average (e.g., 50-day) crosses above a longer-term moving average (e.g., 200-day), signaling that the trend is turning upward. A "bearish crossover" happens when the shorter-term average crosses below the longer-term average, indicating a downtrend.
3. Dynamic Support and Resistance Levels
Moving averages can also act as dynamic support or resistance levels. In an uptrend, the price may pull back to a moving average and then bounce off it, continuing the upward trend. In this case, the moving average acts as support. Similarly, in a downtrend, a moving average can act as resistance.
4. Filtering Market Noise
Moving averages are also used to filter out short-term price fluctuations or "noise" in the market. By averaging out price movements over a set period, they help traders focus on the more important trend and avoid reacting to insignificant price changes.
5. Combining with Other Indicators
Moving averages are often combined with other indicators, such as the Relative Strength Index (RSI) or MACD, to provide additional confirmation for trades. For example, close above of two moving averages, combined with an RSI above 50, can be a stronger signal to buy than either indicator used on its own.
⯁Using Moving Averages for Market Analysis
Moving averages are not just for individual trades; they can also provide valuable insight into broader market trends. Traders and investors use moving averages to gauge the overall market sentiment. For example, if a major index like the S&P 500 is trading above its 200-day moving average, it is often considered a sign of a strong market.
On the contrary, if the index breaks below its 200-day moving average, it can signal potential weakness ahead. This is why long-term investors pay close attention to moving averages as part of their overall market analysis.
⯁Conclusion
Moving averages are simple yet powerful tools that can provide invaluable insights for traders and investors alike. Whether you are identifying trends, using crossovers for trade signals, or analyzing market sentiment, mastering the different types of moving averages and understanding how they work can significantly enhance your trading strategy.
By integrating moving averages into your analysis, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of the market’s direction and have the tools necessary to make more informed trading decisions.
EMA, SMA and which one to choose? Educational PostArticle Written by Author of the book: The Happy Candles Way to wealth creation.
There is always a lot of debate while using chart whether to use EMA or SMA.
EMA = Exponential Moving Average.
SMA = Simple Moving Average.
In the below chart Black and Orange lines represent 50 and 200 EMA. Blue and the Lavender line represent the 50 and 200 SMA.
Simple Moving average is the actual average of the kind of SMA you are using that is 50 SMA is average of last fifty closings. Exponential moving average gives more importance to the recent price and less to the past prices in that order. For example, if you are calculating 50 EMA the weightage given to yesterday’s price is more than the weightage given to the price before 49 days. I personally use EMA for my charts when I want to take entry to some stocks. As I feel recent price influence the move of the candles more than past prices for future upward movement. At the same time for Profit booking I give more importance to SMA and 21 SMA in particular as I base my trailing stop losses based on monthly average.
To know more about EMAs and SMAs and importance of EMAs in particular you can read my book. The Happy Candles Way to wealth creation available in Paperback and Kindle version on Amazon where I have explained my Mother, Father and Small Child theory where I consider 50 EMA as mother line 200 EMA as father line and movement of a candle is compared to movement of a child playing in garden. In a very simple way I have tried to explain Techincal analysis related to stock price movement and their relation to EMAs.
Now whichever EMA or SMA you use. What I feel is you should remain consistent with it. Do not keep switching between the two. As you can see from the chart there is no major difference in position of both lines in the chart specially when the EMA or SMA is smaller in number. Moving averages are very helpful in determining the trend of the stock. Chances of its correction and support the stock price will get while falling down or resistance it might face if the price is below those lines.
EMAs and SMAs are excellent support when the stock price is above them and become fierce resistnace when the stock price is below these lines. Thus knowing where they are with respect to price is very important. My advice will be EMA or SMA should be part of your chart. Which one you use is a matter of choice. Staying consistent to the moving average you choose is important as Harivansh Rai Bachhan the famous Poet has said in his most famous poem Madhushala and I quote him, “Rah Pakad tu ek chala chal pa jayega Madhushala”. Meaning be consistent to your path and you will find your target.

Mastering the Moving Average: The Trendspotter for Every TraderTradingViewers, this one will take you back to basics. In this Idea we visit a tool that’s as essential as your morning coffee — the Moving Average (MA). This indicator is the market’s smoothing instrument, ironing out the noise and letting you see the trend for what it really is.
What’s a Moving Average?
Think of the Moving Average as the market’s highlight reel. It averages out price action over a specific period, showing you where the market’s been and giving you a clue about where it might be headed.
It’s the ultimate trendspotter, cutting through the daily chatter to reveal the bigger picture. Day traders and scalpers, don’t fret — it works on intraday time frames, too.
Types of MAs
Simple Moving Average (SMA): The old-school classic. It’s as straightforward as it gets — just an average of days you specify — 7, 9, 21, 50, 100, or even 200 days — that’s called “length”. This tool might be simple, but it’s a mainstay indicator for professional traders, institutional investors, and other big-shot money spinners.
Exponential Moving Average (EMA): The turbocharged version of the SMA. It gives more weight to recent prices, meaning it reacts quicker to the action. If the SMA is a steady cruise, the EMA is a sports car with a little more kick.
How to Use Moving Averages
Spotting Trends : The Moving Average is your trend-checking buddy. Prices above the MA? We’re in bull territory. Prices below? Looks like the bears are in control. Slap it on any time frame — it’s the same rules regardless of the time horizon.
Support and Resistance : MAs are like the guardrails of the market. They often act as support during uptrends and resistance during downtrends. When price bounces off an MA, it’s like a boxer bouncing off the ropes — watch for the counterpunch!
The Golden Cross & Death Cross : Now we’re talking setups that get traders buzzing. When a short-term MA crosses above a long-term MA, you get a Golden Cross – the market’s flashing a buy signal party. But when the opposite happens, it’s a Death Cross, and the bears start licking their lips.
Moving Average Crossover : Want some trading action? Watch for crossovers between short and long MAs. For example, throw in your chart a 50-day moving average and then top it up with a 100-day and a 200-day line. If they all cross over to the upside, you can expect a swing higher. And if they cross over to the downside, you can anticipate a swing lower.
Pro Tip: Tune Your Moving Average
Jot these numbers down — 20, 50, 100, 200 — these are the MA settings you’ll see most, but don’t be afraid to tweak them. A shorter MA (20 or 50) reacts quicker but can whipsaw you. A longer MA (100 or 200) is steadier but might be slower to catch reversals. It’s all about finding the balance that suits your trading style.
Bottom Line
The Moving Average isn’t about predicting the future — it’s about seeing the present more clearly. It’s the difference between getting lost in the noise and riding the trend with confidence. Whether you’re trend-following or looking for a noiseless entry, the MA is your go-to indicator.
So slap that Moving Average on your chart and let it take you beyond the clutter. Because when the market’s moving fast, it pays to have a steady hand guiding your trades. And as essential as MAs are, don't limit your analysis to just one tool: apply several indicators on your chart to spot trends more effectively and enhance your research with data from the economic calendar , screeners, heatmaps, and all kinds of tools available on TradingView to have a bigger picture of market activities.
Are you already using MAs in your charting and trading? Let us know in the comments below!
USDCAD 1D Analysis: Anticipating a Breakout📅 Let's dive into today's analysis. We'll be focusing on the USDCAD pair in the 1D time frame.
⌛️ Long-term Range Box
In the 1D time frame, we observe a large, long-term range box that spans 664 days. This box has experienced a complete High Wave Cycle (HWC) range, which is confirmed by the flat SMA99, indicating minimal slope and nearly flat movement over a long period.
♟ Key Levels
Range Box Bottom: 1.31434
Range Box Top: 1.38725
Breaking either of these lines will likely initiate a new trend for the HWC.
Medium Wave Cycle (MWC) Support: 1.35973
MWC Resistance: 1.37805
🪤 Momentum Indicators
As discussed in yesterday’s analysis, momentum oscillators like RSI are less effective in range-bound markets. In this case, although the RSI broke the 43.14 support, the market did not gain bearish momentum because of the ranging condition. This exemplifies why RSI should not be heavily relied upon in such scenarios.
📉 Bearish Scenario
If a candle closes below the 1.35973 area, we can expect the price to move towards the bottom of the range box at 1.31434. This support is crucial and could push the price back to the top of the range.
📈 Bullish Scenario
Conversely, if the price breaks above 1.37805, it may move towards the top of the box at 1.38725. However, this move is less likely due to the weakness observed in the green candles, indicating weaker buyer strength.
🔍 Candle Analysis
Examining the candles shows that reaching the top of the range box takes significant time, with small green candles. Conversely, reaching the bottom of the box from the top happens quickly with strong red candles. Given the weak green candles in the latest upward move that didn't even reach the top of the box, the likelihood of a downward breakout is higher.
🎯 Target Levels
In case of a downward breakout, switching to the weekly time frame helps identify important levels:
First Target: 1.30183 (0.5 Fibonacci level)
Second Target: 1.27624
Third Target: 1.22926 (a very significant support for this pair)
📝 Conclusion
The USDCAD pair is currently trading within a long-term range, showing weak buyer momentum and stronger bearish tendencies. A breakout from this range, particularly to the downside, seems more probable given the current market conditions. Traders should watch key levels closely for confirmation and be ready to act accordingly once a breakout occurs.
🧠💼 Always remember that trading futures involves inherent risks, and improper risk management can lead to margin calls. Stick to your capital management principles and use stop-loss orders, aiming for an initial risk-to-reward ratio of 2.

BTC Nears Critical Supply Zone: Key Levels and Triggers to Watch🔍Bitcoin (BTC) is approaching a crucial supply zone. Here's an in-depth analysis to guide your trading decisions.
📆Coin of the Day: BTC (Bitcoin)
Bitcoin is the pioneering cryptocurrency, known for its decentralized nature and wide acceptance as a store of value and medium of exchange.
🧩Technical Analysis
4-Hour Timeframe
This analysis focuses on futures trading, highlighting multiple scenarios.
📉Support and Resistance: The price is currently at the edge of a significant supply zone, which spans from 71,677 to 73,305. This zone, identified in the 1-day timeframe, has historically been a strong resistance area. A confirmed break and hold above 70,486, followed by a pullback, could signal a potential move higher.
📈Bullish Scenario: The 25 and 99-period SMAs are aligned with the current uptrend, suggesting bullish momentum. If the price breaks and sustains above 70,486 and then successfully pulls back, the next key level to watch is the top of the supply zone at 73,305.
📉Bearish Scenario: If the supply zone holds, preventing the price from moving higher, a significant downside move could ensue. The immediate support levels to monitor are at 70,486 and below at 68,984.
📊Volume and Moving Averages: A notable increase in volume has been observed as BTC interacts with the supply zone, indicating a battle between buyers and sellers. The 25 and 99-period SMAs support the bullish case, potentially bringing further upward momentum into the market.
💡Key Triggers and RSI: Pay attention to the RSI levels, which could provide additional confirmation for potential entries and exits. RSI triggers are noted at 74.51, 63.09, and 55.29, indicating different phases of momentum.
👨💻Trading Positions
Long Position
Entry Trigger: Break and sustain above 70,486, with confirmation after a pullback.
Strategy: Open a position on the break of these levels, targeting the top of the supply zone at 73,305. Use tight stop-loss orders to manage risk.
Short Position
Entry Trigger: Rejection from the supply zone, particularly if price fails to sustain above 70,486.
Strategy: Open a position if the price shows strong rejection from the supply zone, targeting lower support levels such as 68,984. Adjust stop-loss orders accordingly.
📝BTC is testing a critical supply zone, with significant implications for future price movements. Traders should monitor breaks of key levels to open positions. Volume and moving averages indicate potential bullish momentum, while the RSI provides additional confirmation.
🧠💼Always remember the inherent risks in futures trading, with the potential for margin calls if risk management is neglected. Stick to strict capital management principles and use stop-loss orders, ensuring an initial target with a risk-to-reward ratio of 2.

GBP/USD Trades Below 1.2550 After US Jobs ReportGBP/USD is struggling to maintain its upward momentum and is trading below the 1.2550 level in the US trading session. Earlier in the day, disappointing April employment report from the US triggered a sell-off in the US Dolla (USD) and helped this currency pair reach its highest level in weeks above 1.2600. The disparity in economic data between the US and the UK has led to significant fluctuations in the currency market, creating both opportunities and challenges for investors.
Looking at the chart, we can see that prices are trading around the Simple Moving Averages (SMA). The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is trading above the 50 level, indicating that buying pressure remains dominant with no significant changes, a sign of normalization. This may suggest that the market is undergoing a period of stability after the recent intense fluctuations.
Analyzing Recent Volatility for USD/JPYUSD/JPY has experienced a period of volatility recently. The recent depreciation of the greenback could provide an opportunity for buyers using the US dollar to step in and prepare for a potentially more profitable journey. Meanwhile, weaker-than-expected non-farm payroll prints from the United States have pushed USD/JPY below 152.00 and witnessed a large influx of buyers using the US dollar to buy at these levels as prices decline.
Based on technical analysis, when looking at the chart, it can be observed that the price is still maintaining a downward trend. Clear technical indicators show support for this trend. However, there are still clear signs of correction, and it is expected that prices will recover and rise again, especially towards the SMA 100 area.
Technical Outlook: Gold Waits Ahead of US NFP DataGold prices did not skyrocket, holding steady around $2,300 amid trading pre US Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) report.
From a technical standpoint, on the daily chart, gold prices are still trading below the Simple Moving Average (SMA) 20 with no significant changes. Furthermore, longer-term moving averages maintain an upward slope but at a slower pace compared to current prices, creating an unclear picture of the market direction.
Lastly, technical indicators also fail to provide positive signals, remaining in negative territory with uneven strength, tilting the risk towards further price declines.
EUR/USD Holds Firm Above 1.0700 Ahead of US Jobs ReportEUR/USD gained traction in the second half of the day on Thursday, maintaining its consolidation phase above 1.0700 into Friday as investors geared up for the highly impactful data release of the week, the April US employment report. Positive shifts in risk sentiment were observed, which exerted downward pressure on the US Dollar during Thursday's US trading session and aided EUR/USD in reversing course to the upside following declines seen during the European trading session.
From a technical standpoint, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) on the 4-hour chart continues to hold above 50, and EUR/USD remains steadfast above the Simple Moving Averages (SMA) of 100, 50, and 20. This indicates that the upward trend remains intact and is likely to persist in the near term.
Technical Analysis: Bearish Gold Prices OutlookGold (XAU/USD) is trading with a slight negative trend in the first half of the European trading session on Friday. Traders are currently displaying reluctance and caution ahead of the detailed announcement of monthly employment figures in the United States. The Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) report is widely known and could significantly impact future policy decisions by the Federal Reserve, thereby determining the next direction for gold prices.
From a technical perspective, technical indicators are held at negative levels with uneven strength, creating a tendency towards price declines. On the 4-hour chart, gold is currently trading below the Simple Moving Averages (SMA) 20, 50, and 100, all of which are negative signals for the price trend of this precious metal.
📈Intraday Analysis:Identifying Short Entry Points For Bitcoin👑🔍In today's market, we witnessed a minor downturn as the support at 6115 was breached, signaling a brief downward trajectory. However, a significant bounce occurred at the first critical support level of 56708, indicating a corrective move towards the upside. As anticipated in the previous analysis, a rejection from 66480 validated the dominance of sellers, leading to the breach of the 61115 support level and initiating a downward trend.
📈Now, let's focus on identifying new entry points amidst this market correction. Currently, I perceive the market to be bearish, hence the entry points I'm proposing are for short positions. I'll refrain from considering long positions until the downtrend is decisively broken and the trendline trigger is activated.
✅We have two promising entry points for short positions during this correction. Firstly, the Price Rejection Zone (PRZ) ranging from 60000 to 61115 is a formidable area of both support and resistance, coinciding with the Fibonacci Golden Zone. Additionally, the SMA25 acts as resistance within this zone, potentially acting as a pullback point for the upward movement. Therefore, upon confirmation of a bearish candlestick pattern or a breach of short-term support levels on lower timeframes such as the 1-hour and 15-minute, entering short positions within this zone could be opportune.
⚡️However, this entry carries inherent risks. Alternatively, if you prefer a more conservative approach or miss this entry point, a safer option is to enter a short position upon the breach of the 56708 support level. Let's delve into the distinctions between these two entry points:
💎The first entry point poses a lower risk of invalidation and potentially higher profits in the event of a market decline. However, it also entails higher risk and may require a longer holding period within the position. Conversely, the second entry point is less likely to be invalidated and provides additional confirmation but may result in missing out on potential profits due to a stronger bounce. 💸Regarding targets, our initial target for this correction is set at 52437. Additionally, if the RSI enters oversold territory and breaks below the 23.79 support level, we can expect further downside movement, potentially reaching the aforementioned target.
📝In conclusion, amidst the current market correction, identifying strategic entry points for short positions is essential for capitalizing on potential downward movements. Traders are advised to carefully consider their risk tolerance and choose entry points that align with their trading strategies.
Gold Price Update: Gold Continues to Show Signs of Recovery! The price of gold fluctuated around $2,300 in Friday's Asian trading session amidst optimistic market sentiment, declining US treasury bond yields, and a weaker US dollar.
The 4-hour chart indicates that this currency pair is currently evolving below the SMA 20 level, despite a modest rise to the SMA 50 level yesterday. Technical indicators have also rebounded from their initial lows but remain below the moving average line, gradually losing upward momentum.
