SP500 what is next? From my last analysis, the S&P 500 has fully reached my projected target. Right now, I'd like to see some sort of reaction here or slightly lower, around the 4-hour Fair Value Gap (FVG) in the 5325-5240 range. If we get that, I expect a push higher, potentially leading into the U.S. elections or even until the end of this year. However, if we don’t see that reaction and price keeps dropping, it could spell major trouble ahead—we’re talking a significant downturn, and nothing may be able to stop it.
S&P 500 ANALIYSIS !!S&P 500 Analysis
The S&P 500 has recently broken out of a "cup and handle" pattern, which is typically a bullish indicator. This breakout suggests a continuation of the upward trend, supported by the 21-day moving average that acts as a dynamic support level.
Cup and Handle Pattern: This pattern is characterized by a "cup" formation followed by a short consolidation period that forms a "handle." The breakout above the handle signals a bullish trend.
21-Day Moving Average: The S&P 500 is currently trading above the 21-day moving average, which acts as a support level and confirms the ongoing bullish momentum
Retest Above Breakout Level: The S&P 500 will likely retest the breakout level. A successful retest would further confirm the bullish trend.
CME Gap Considerations: There is a CME gap above the breakout level. Historically, such gaps tend to get filled, indicating potential short-term downward momentum before the uptrend resumes.
Monitor for a retest of the breakout level. If the price stays above this level, it confirms the bullish trend.
Keep an eye on the S&P 500 staying above the 21-day moving average. This will strengthen the uptrend.
Fill the Gap: Anticipate potential downward momentum to fill the CME gap. If this happens, it could present a buying opportunity if the price stays above key support levels
Breakout Below Support: If the S&P 500 breaks below the 21-day moving average and fails to recover, it could signal a reversal of the current trend.
The S&P 500 is in a strong bullish trend, confirmed by the breakout from the cup and handle pattern and support from the 21-day moving average. A retest of the breakout level and potential gap fill could bring short-term volatility, but as long as the price holds key support levels, the overall outlook remains positive.
Monitor the breakout level and 21-day moving average for potential retests.
Make sure any breakout or retest is accompanied by significant trading volume for confirmation.

S&P500 (@ES @MES)We are currently in an upwards rally in the markets
With a trend fib being pulled from our larger lows we have a coinciding level of the 50% retracement converging with the top line of our rising wedge which is a bearish pattern (depending on how long this march takes we could meet our golden ratio 61.8% at the top of our wedge creating a yearly double top as a possibility also).....this is purely up to how fast we continue to move higher
We must assume price will continue to respect this rising wedge (which is a bearish pattern which breaks to the downside 65%+ of the time)
If we break out to the upside we can see a 61.8% retrace and grab a nice throw over or we have a blast of scenario and we march to new all time highs we must wait and see
But for now i am expecting a pull back once we hit our 50% fib
S&P500 Hello Traders!
Today I am focusing on the S&P500's next move and considering that we are approaching the Christmas period and that I am expecting a year-end bullrun towards 4700 I believe that at the moment the index could retrace towards 4525 with a maximum extension towards 4485 to load some long positions at better prices and then restart towards the highs.
Targets are determined by fibonacci's retracement, let us consider the period of the extension of the last restart until exhaustion.
Targets are the levels between 4525-4485.
Thanks.

The S&P 500 has rallied rather significantly during the course of the week to break above the 4200 level, showing signs of extreme strength. At this point, the market looks as if it is going to threaten the 4300 level above, an area that has previously been resistance. We have seen a lot of noise over the last several months, but the resiliency of the market is something that you have to pay attention to. As long as the market stays this resilient, it will be difficult to short anytime soon. The candlestick seems as if it is trying to tell us that the market has made up its mind finally, and that it decided that it’s going higher.
If we can break above the 4300 level, then this becomes more of a “buy-and-hold” situation, but you can see that the gains have been hard won. With that, I think you get a situation where you are probably better off looking for short-term dips that you can take advantage of, as they offer value in what is becoming a very aggressive uptrend.
That being said, if we were to turn around a break down below the 50-Week EMA could send the market lower, perhaps back down to the 4000 level, and even down to the 200-Week EMA which is currently near the 3770 level. However, it’s probably worth noting that momentum is definitely not on your side if you are going to take this position, and therefore you are probably better off looking for a move to the upside but expecting a lot of volatility. Keep in mind that the S&P 500 is not equally weighted, so it’s just a handful of stocks that make the difference.
S&P500This Is My Anticipation On The S&P500 For Today, We Have SMT Divergence With The Nasdaq On Both The H4 And The Weekly Time Frame So I Believe We May See A Retracement Down And Eventually We Will Trade Up To Take The Buyside Liquidity But For Now This Is What I Believe Might Be The Markets Next Move
S&P 500, 6/12/23The 4203.75 long-term resistance area can contain selling through the balance of the year, above which 4578.50 remains a 3 - 5 month objective, the 4808.25, January 2022 all-time high expected by the end of the year.
On the way up, 4425.50 can contain weekly buying pressures, with a settlement above 4425.50 indicating 4578.50 within 3 - 5 weeks, able to contain buying on a monthly basis and the formation settle above for accelerating the 4808.25 longer-term objective to within 2 - 3 months.
Downside, a weekly settlement below 4203.75 would be considered a significant failed long-term buy signal, in essence indicating 3898.25 within 2 - 3 months.
-
For Monday, 4346.00 can contain intraday weakness, 4385.00 in reach and able to contain intraday strength.
Pushing/opening above 4385.00 allows 4409.00 intraday, able to contain session strength and the level to settle above for yielding the targeted 4425.50 formation the very next day, where the market can top out into July activity.
Downside Monday, breaking/opening below 4346.00 signals 4309.25, able to contain session weakness.
Closing today below 4309.25 indicates 4263.75 within several days, also able to contain session weakness and the point to settle below for indicating 4192.00 - 4203.75 long-term support within several more days.
SP500A wonderful investment opportunity to buy the SP500 with the breach of the side channel shown in the analysis, as well as the breach of the bearish trend and a positive candle indicating that buyers entered the market in a positive way. Please be patient with the deal. Good profits. My friends, traders.
S&P500: Don't push it 🚫The S&P500 is currently wandering sideways and doesn't really know, where it's heading. We're currently expecting the course to sink further South, but there is a slight temptation to cross the resistance line at 4026 points. In our alternative scenario with a probability of 30%, the course could dig a bit deeper to finish the pink wave alt. II, before exceeding the resistance mark at 4026 points for good. Primarily, the S&P500 should fall below the support line at 3788 points to complete the blue wave . Once achieved, we're predicting steady upwards pulses in the longterm.
S&P 500 Index Analysis 29/09/2022The S&P 500 (SP) is holding above the strong support, from where a nice bullish rally started, that move has also done a break of structure.
It is a powerful zone for S&P 500 to create a bullish impulsive wave from here. Today's candle close is important to watch, and if it closes bullish, that would confirm a bullish rally in S&P 500 and if it breaks down than that would be a bearish sign for it.
SP500 can drop under 4k and enter bear market territorySP500 has started 2022 badly and things look like will get worth.
After an initial drop to 4.1k, the index tried to recover, but 4.5k proved to be a strong ceiling and SP500 rolled back down.
Now the index is trading in February's low and I expect a continuation to the downside.
A drop under 4k would be significant for SP500, both psychological and marking more than a 20% drop (bear market, at least by the book).
In such a case, panic selling is a very probable scenario, and the price can drop fast to 3.5 support.
I'm very bearish SP500 and I will remain as long as the price is under 4.5k
Is SP500 resuming its up trend?Since the beginning of the year, SP500 lost almost 20% of its value from top to bottom (close to entering bear market territory)
However, the drop from the top looks corrective and 4100 can very well be the end of this correction.
Technically, the drop under 4250-4270 support was quickly reversed and is a false break and, if SP500 manages to break back above 4400, we can have continuation to the upside.
For this bullish scenario to be valid, 4250 must hold
