CRTD Fib RetracementRight now with CRTD the 786 area has presented a relatively frequent area of "traffic" over the last few weeks. The sporadic breakouts show a clear area of resistance on the chart that it hasn't been able to break through. But the fact that it's gotten so heavily rejected puts attention at lower levels imo. Right now, CRTD pre market has show to test the 618 fib line. But after getting denied, the consolidation trend has it back below $4. With this latest bout of momentum it will be interesting to see if it comes back to test the 786 fib again or if it can regain momentum and retest 618 as resistance.
"traders on social media have circulated the stock as one with higher than average short interest. Other than that, there haven’t been any news headlines or filings released in conjunction with the latest market action. Considering that the potential catalyst could be technical in nature, it’s important to understand the dynamics at play. Lower float, higher short interest stocks can be incredibly volatile. While this latest bout of action has put bulls in control, any stall in this trend could see the opposite. So if CRTD stock is on your list right now, keep this in mind."

AMC Fibonacci Levels Trend AnalysisThe cat's outta the bag with AMC ...it's a popular stock I guess (joking). But all jokes aside, the apes remain steadfast in their message but it's also time to revisit the technicals. After retracing from lows earlier this year, the Fib levels and current support/resistance areas on the chart seem to be lining up. The 50 Fib line is clearly a pivot that used to appear as a support level that AMC would test but not break below. Now that it has AND after breaking below the 50DMA, you can see that AMC has gotten denied multiple times not only at the 50 fib but also at the 50DMA. The big question for the week is can this fib area see a break and hold above or will the consolidation trend remain intact?
Obviously, apes will be apes and fight to the death but making money is nice too and understanding levels of potential support and resistance are important no matter if you're looking for profit targets or areas of potential buy opportunities. The bigger focus I think may be on what happens at the shareholder vote on the 29th at the AMC annual meeting. There were more details outlined in that proxy statement filed by AMC earlier this month .
MMAT Levels To Watch Right NowNot much happening with major Fib levels for MMAT however, that 200DMA seems to be acting as a potential level of support after falling below the 786 fib line. Meanwhile, there seems to be a level of resistance around $5 that has been the case several times over the last few months. The big question now is will the 200 hold this week?
Also have the SC13 G from last week to keep in mind. Nova Scotia Innovation Corporation (Operating as: Innovacorp) reported a 4.399 % stake in the company. This was an amended 13G and if you look back at the one posted on 7/7, you'll see Innovacorp reported a 6.558 % stake.
Who's WISHing for a Retest?WISH simple fib retracement using recent lows revealed some levels on the chart. The 786 fib has been a relatively frequent area of traffic for the stock. Meanwhile, 618 fib line was previously a level of support the continued to get tested but didn't break until recently. With WISH testing 618 as short-term resistance last week and 786 as potential support on Friday, it will be interesting to see if these levels remain the channel for WISH if/when it continues this consolidation trend.
Other than the usual social media excitement, also take a peek at the filings which should show the latest Form 4 coming out last week (7/15), which revealed that Brett Just Chief Accounting Officer, sold more shares. This adds to the growing number of Form 4s that have shown selling from insiders.
LQMT 618 Fib Support Or Fail?Simple chart breakdown using Fib retracement from the low last April ago shows some interesting levels for LQMT. 618 area has been a pivot over the last several months acting as support and resistance at times. The last few tests of this level didn't yield a successful breakthrough and hold but Friday's action seems to have sustained gains above the 618 Fib line. Furthermore the 50 fib has also been a higher area of traffic for the stock but only a few times has LQMT managed to hold consistently above that level.
That last 8k & update from July 9th seems to have been an initial catalyst for this latest move:
"Citing the company’s readiness for the next phase of its development and the ongoing restrictions on international travel, Professor Li reiterated his support for the Company and its management team. Following Professor Li’s resignation, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Tony Chung as Interim CEO, and Mr. Isaac Bresnick as President. Mr. Chung will take responsibility for the strategic direction of the Company, while Mr. Bresnick will take responsibility for its day-to-day operations and customer service. Professor Li will stay on as the Company’s Chairman."
We'll have to see if the 618 fib line once again become the pivot point it has been and if LQMT can maintain levels above it or if it once again fails to hold.
SXTC back at an interesting level againSXTC had a big pop on 7/16 that took it up and through its 786 fib line. After doing a retracement using last September's lows, this level has shown to be an important pivot over the last few months. Late last year it was resistance in December and heading into the new year. Earlier on this year, it was broken through with the 618 fib becoming a very high traffic area that ultimately was support as SXTC broke out to over $5. The 618 level was a brief area of support in February that ultimately turned into resistance during the following months. If you take a look at where SXTC traded after there, the 786 area once again became a pivot area.
Now that it's back above it with higher volume, it will be interesting to see if the 786 fib can establish itself as a new support or if this is just another headfake leading to another breakdown.
"Based in China, SXTC is a pharmaceutical company developing traditional Chinese medicines. It manufactures, markets, and sells these products domestically, and is one of the only companies producing these types of compounds. The most recent news from China SXT came a few months ago when it announced a 4-1 reverse shares split. Since then however, not much news has come from the company.
So while today’s gain may be inexplicable with press releases, we could attribute it to SXTX’s placement as a meme stock. This means that it is frequently discussed on social media sites such as Reddit and Twitter. While this does make it highly volatile, it also adds potential for large gains (and losses)"

Woah G WOGI!WOGI hasn't attempted to test these levels since 2014! TLDR, I'm not gonna go all the way back to 2014 to DD the stock because this is just about identifying potential levels. I drew out the fib retracemtent using more recent lowest lows and the 2014 high and interestingly enough, the 786 fib line lined up with a pretty clear, recent level of resistance that WOGI juuuuuussst broke through. Meanwhile, the $0.11-$0.13 area isn't a "random" sticking point" either. Once again, go back to 2014 where WOGI broke out in a big way last and you'll see that this area was a recognizable pivot (resistance turned support turned resistance).
Now, does this mean it's set to fail again? that is going to be up to the market right now. All I'm doing is pointing out particular areas where there could be some interest to watch more closely than others. since the 618 fib is still a ways away, the fact that 11-13 cents was a previous area of "traffic" is too coincidental not to monitor it now that WOGI is trading at that same level. I think volume will be an important key to dictate the next leg higher or rejection and move lower. We'll see. But again if WOGI is on your list of penny stocks to watch right now, I think these could be interesting areas to monitor.
Management changes, cancellation of share issuance in April & plenty more news on WOGI here: pennystocks.com
CIDM Showing Signs Of LifeI drew the fib retracement starting from March 2020 lows and sure enough, it pinpointed a few key levels, the 786 fib line being one of them and CIDM is testing that as we speak. Depending on the volume and if this news event has some legs, CIDM could be one of the penny stocks to watch this week. A lot will likely come down to how it will close the day on 7/15/2021.
"Only a few days ago, it announced that it was forgiven for a $2.2 million Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan. East-West Bank paid off not only the loan in full but the principal and interest of the PPP loan as well. This is a big deal and should reflect positively on the companies balance sheet moving forward."

Streaming/digital revenue grew to 75% of group sales in the quarter versus 48% in the prior-year quarter. Also, CIDM announced a payoff of the remainder of its Prospect Digital Cinema loan in the amount of approximately $3.5 Million, effective July 9, 2021. Revenue from the sale of certain digital cinema equipment enabled the debt reduction and balance sheet improvement.
"Action" for VERBSilly play on words but VERB is seeing some action, clearly, this month. Afterhours momentum took it higher early on during the 7/14 post-market session. Some interesting levels to note... I took the chart out to April 2019 after the big gap down to lay out the Fib retracement lines. In this case, it aligned with some pretty interesting chart levels that more or less have been pain points for VERB. Namely the 382 and 236 levels. First, 382 was a clear resistance over the last 18 months. You can see that VERB failed to break and hold above this line and sometimes even got denied RIGHT AT the .382 level. Looking at levels where it traded higher and you'll see why I labeled the 236 area as a pain point. Not once has it been able to establish itself as a "new support". But with multiple tests of this area, higher lows, higher highs, and higher volume over the last few days, what will this mean moving forward at least in the short term?
'As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product provider, Verb is accessible on not only desktop devices but on mobile as well. The platform that Verb offers can integrate with popular software providers such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, Odoo, Adobe Marketo, and Microsoft. There are many more integrations to come, but as of right now VERB remains committed to staying a leader in the tech industry. So, with a great deal of prospects on the horizon, is VERB stock worth watching?'

BUT, don't forget about this if VERB's on your watch list right now: app.quotemedia.com
All told, there are several levels and things to keep in mind right now from both technical and fundamental angles.
Identifying Pain Points For USEGUSEG is a relatively flat stock for the most part. It's had its share of breakouts here and there but seems to call anything under the 786 fib home. Coincidentally, over the last year, this same 786 fib level has remained a pain point on the chart where USEG might break above it for a moment but fails to hold any significant level of support after doing so. That's what happened on 7/14 once again. BUT something that can also be seen is the very slight uptrend since November. When I say "uptrend, I'm referring to higher lows versus that green trendline. Will this get retested after today (7/14) or is there hope for another rally this week?
Similar short term pops have happened since last September most notably . That is when the stock popped to $18.57 then dropped like a 3 ton weight.
Any More Steam Left For XELA?XELA had a great run but is the steam running out? Lower volume day on 7/14 in tandem with the big drop. However, there are a few levels to keep track of. First, the 382 fib line. XELA was denied at this level twice this week with the second time resulting in the breakdown. BUT you've also got the 50 Fib,which has rarely acted as a major support BUT was a significant level of resistance in March and then you've got the 618 fib line, which was a much more consistent resistance level for the stock through the year. Thoughts are that volume could be important to watch as well as certain chart levels. Let's also not forget that these are some of the highest prices and volume that it's seen in some time....why keep that in mind?
"On June 30, 2021, Exela Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the launch of an offering for the sale of shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, having an aggregate offering price of up to $150,000,000 (the “Shares”). The Shares will be sold pursuant to the at market issuance sales agreement, dated May 27, 2021 (the “Sales Agreement”), between the Company and B. Riley Securities, Inc. and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. (each, an “Agent” and, together, the “Agents”). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K." (app.quotemedia.com)
No further updates on that topic have come up but something to keep in mind if you're watching XELA.
On July 12th, Exela announced that it has expanded its robotic process automation offerings with intelligent document processing. The President of Exela, Suresh Yannamani said, “Exela continues to iterate and advance solutions to meet our customers’ changing needs. The latest IDP and EON combination embraces the evolving work from anywhere environment that customers and their employees are embracing.”

CLVS 786 Fib Line Holding (For Now)Took the chart back out to March of last year to do a little fib retracement. Wouldn't you know, CLVS has been channel bound for a minute between the 618 and 786 fib lines with pretty clear support and resistance levels at each. Since it retraced back to the 786 again and is holding (for now), volume is likely going to be the "friend" or "foe" depending on how you're looking to trade this stock. You've also got the 50DMA to keep track of, which has also been a decent level of resistance over the past week or so.
Fundamentally, I'm looking to see if speculation starts building later down the line after they announced that they initiated sponsored clinical development of FAP-2286 with the Phase 1/2 LuMIERE clinical trial in patients with FAP-positive solid tumors which is now enrolling. Either way, cancer stocks seem to be picking up some steam . Whether it's targeted treatments or drug delivery technology, oncology is beginning to take its own slice of biotech lately.
Barrelin 2.0 - Without Rules There Is Chaos!I am now about 4 weeks into sharing my #Barrelin pattern and associated trading strategy mostly on Twitter.
In that time I have developed more regimented rules in hopes of automating the hunting if not the trades themselves. Here is the strategy as it stands today:
————-
Entry
4hr close above 75% on RSI (14)
Continuation
Hold EMA (8) on 4hr close
OR
1D close above 75% on RSI (14) (aka ‘Handoff to 1D’) AND Hold EMA (8) on 1D close
OR
1W close above 75% on RSI (14) (aka ‘Handoff to 1W’) AND Hold EMA (8) on 1W close
OR
1M close above 75% on RSI (14) (aka ‘Handoff to 1M’) AND Hold EMA (8) on 1M close
Exit
Close below EMA (8) on current timeframe that is #Barrelin
———
These handoffs are ideal but I am also starting to see, especially in stocks, the 4hr time frame is not only awkward with the limited trading but there are entries all the time on the higher timeframes without handoffs. The lower timeframes give an idea of momentum and personal preference can be used what timeframe to enter. This brings context to if you are “late” or not.
I have posted over 650 tweets in those 4 weeks so searching through #Barrelin will help give a better idea of the ridiculous gains with it.
Obviously there are fails and losers as well. I try to post these as well in order to see where the strategy can grow and evolve.
The biggest evolution I am currently working on is a trailing take profit with a re-entry. Not sure how hard that part will be to automate but might as well fine tune the idea as much as possible and see what comes of it.
Just with the shear volume of crypto and stocks I am following I have narrowed things down to just BTC pairs on Binance for crypto and no longer monitoring timeframes below the 4hr. It is personally impossible to still have any sort of life at that level.
As for stocks I have been transformed into a fanboy!!! I can’t believe it. The gains seem to be more consistent and much more explosive - at least in the current atmosphere. There is still crypto popping off but I recommend crypto lovers to give my timeline a visit to see the crazy gains.
I am loving the engagement with me and my strategy and I feel it is helping people which os my ultimate goal. I look forward to what the next 4 weeks brings as I try to scale this.
Thanks for reading all the way through. Time is precious and I appreciate you investing some of your time here.
Simple Support/Resistance Levels ADOMADOM has been a fun stock to watch. It finally tested its lower support level a few weeks ago. Now it's approaching another pivot point on the chart that has been support and resistance. It will be interesting to see if we get another boost to EV stocks again before the end of the month.
"On July 7th, Envirotech received a $400,000 purchase order from Joseph Holdings for five vehicles. CEO Phillip Oldridge said, 'This order is a promising start to our FAR relationship with Joseph Holdings and we’re pleased to have this opportunity to begin providing our innovative, high-quality, conventional and special purposed electric vehicles to the Caribbean market.' The past one-month of momentum with ADOM stock has been high to say the least. On June 10th, ADOM’s stock price was at $0.25 per share on average. Now on July 9th, the company’s stock price is over $0.38 per share. ADOM’s volume is also much higher than its market average right now. There are a few possible explanations for this. The market for electric vehicles is rapidly growing at the moment. We’ve all seen how companies like Tesla Inc. ( TSLA ) have gone up significantly in the past year or so. This momentum affects smaller EV companies like Envirotech as well. Whether this makes ADOM a part of your watchlist right now, is up to you."

LKCO Uptrend + Upcoming Levels To WatchLKCO in a nice uptrend and if you're watching a few levels to keep in mind are around the 50 Fib and then another level around that 382 fib. Volume has remained consistent & fundamental events could also be thrown in the mix right now:
"The company has established city and industry-level holographic Spatial-Temporal digital twin systems which can be added to autonomous driving vehicles. Recently LKCO expanded its business to more clients despite COVID-19 concerns.
“We have placed a premium on cultivating new service relationships with multiple automobile manufacturers globally as the entire industry continues to drive new autonomous-vehicle capabilities. We feel that these recent service contract signings are reflective of our standing within this market, and we are very pleased to be partnering with another reputable and influential company within the auto industry.” - Xuesong Song, Chairman, and CEO of LKCO
With its role in the auto industry continuing to grow, LKCO is a large player in the autonomous driving industry. Because of that, it could be worth adding to your list of penny stocks to watch in the coming months."

CIDM support vs 200DMA approaching...CIDM approaching 786 fib, which has continued to be a resistance level since last summer. It's held above this a few times, but in general, CIDM has failed to break above more times than it has successfully remained higher than this level. However, current potential support has fluctuated on the price scale but remains consistent vs the 200DMA (in red) for the last few months.
"Only a few days ago, it announced that it was forgiven for a $2.2 million Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan. East-West Bank paid off not only the loan in full but the principal and interest of the PPP loan as well. This is a big deal and should reflect positively on the companies balance sheet moving forward. While the number may not seem that large, any debt reduction is almost always met with positive sentiment from investors.
“We are very pleased to receive the notice of forgiveness of our entire PPP loan and associated interest. We remain grateful for the financial support that the CARES Act provided in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This helped Cinedigm move into a very solid position now financially with virtually no debt and a fast-growing streaming business.”
Gary Loffredo, President, and CEO of Cinedigm
The sentiment from Loffredo shows that investors should keep a close eye on CIDM’s next balance sheet. Because debt is a large factor for how positively investors see a company, this massive reduction should be considered. So, with all of this in mind, is CIDM on your list of penny stocks to watch right now?"

TBLT Fibbin...AgainOnce again the 50 fib and 618 fib are in focus for clear support/resistance levels over the last few months for TBLT . However, the jump this week was BIG. Volume began picking up early on and the latest 1H sales news triggered a new gap. Focus now is on the 618 Fib to hold as support as the 50 fib denied the move past $1.25 early on Friday. But, volume was clearly a telltale sign of "something" this week:
July 7th: "TBLT stock has been increasing in the market recently. Its volume is also much higher than its average. With this in mind, will TBLT make your list of penny stocks to watch?"

LPTH still within the typical rangeNews out afterhours showing that that LPTH has been awarded the renewal of a multiyear supply agreement valued above $2.4 million which is a 50% increase over the prior contract. The supply agreement is for two types of glass aspheres which enable a global industrial engineering company to manufacture precision measurement and motion control devices across a diverse range of industries including additive manufacturing, aerospace, automotive and healthcare.
That upper resistance level lines up almost spot-on with the 618 Fib line. Meanwhile the 786 fib has only been tested a few times as a lower level of support in the last few months. I guess we'll have to see if there's enough juice to squeeze out of this range in the morning. Either way, I don't think I'll start getting excited unless we break, hold, and test that upper fib as a new support after tomorrow.
