No New Trades Today
I want VIX and IV to go higher so we can collect extra premium...if not tomorrow, by Friday I will increase the cost basis to +500, and Theta will be around $150/day.
Overall POP = 84%
POP = Probability of Profit
*Next Week volatility can spike as we will have CPI (Dec 12) and FED (Dec 13).
With that said, I will probably hedge with Micro Futures.
*Quick TIP if you want to hedge your portfolio>
+50 Delta = 1 /MES (Micro)
+500 Delta = 1 /ES (Mini)
My Delta Beta Weight now is around 100, so In order to hedge I need to Sell 2 Micro Futures (2x /MES)
TASTY BITE AT IMP SUPPORTAnother stock, that came on the radar is Tasty BIte for a Positional Trade.
The stock made a low of 8050 in the last week of June 2022 and then rallied massively from there and made a High of 13700 in late August 2022.
That's a huge 70% return in just two months.
Usually when stock witnesses such a fast move it usually consolidates for a long time afterward.
Now the stock has been consolidating for the past 3 months in a 20% range i.e 11300- 13700.
There can be two types of trades that can take place:
1. Support Trade
2. Breakout Trade
Support Trade: Stock can be bought near the support level, which would offer a great risk-reward ratio, but at the same time,
Cons of Support Trade: your capital might get blocked for a long since we do not know how long it's gonna consolidate.
Breakout Trade: Keep the stock on the radar, Wait for a Breakout
Manage Your Risk as per your capacity
Cons of Breakout Trade here: You might miss the stock, as it gives huge swings and the risk-reward wouldn't be favorable by then.
Trade at your own risk
What up DOG? Dollar, Oil, Gold recap! What up DOG? I dunno, What up with you? Yes and which DOG is up?
Dollar OIL Gold. All in play for their own reasons. War on the Horizon or not, there are other factors contributing to confilcting momentum. Trust yourself and remeber it's all in the timing, tuning out distractions, and staying in touch with the momentum. Where's the heft? The harumpf? Where's the catalyst coming from and heading to driving price duing hours of high liquidity.

i think dollar is bullis given the impending rate hike, crypto winter, indice bear market, and global status for what looks like one last breathe.
i think oil is bullis cause it wants a hundo. it just want that 100 number like a big mac attack.
i think gold is bearish short term before continuing higher. does that mean i wish i hung on to my short overnight instead of taking profits possibly early? yes. I think gold could dump more overnight, or london, or early early tomorrow and then get its' groove on Hump Day. I could be so wrong.
Leave a comment if you are trading DOLLAR OIL GOLD today this week? 2/22/2022
cheers!
MSFT - Earnings AMC todayI have a bearish outlook on Microsoft (MSFT) based on the Stoch, BB, and MACD charts. Due to report earnings today, decided to take advantage of increased volatility and sold an at the money call spread with 3 days till expiration. Not my usual play, but decided to open a small position. Sold the 287.5 calls, bought the 290 calls.
How to see Nothing . June 3 market recap snapshot thingyNothing but homage and apologies for not saying nothing about nothing in the video. I also don't know if you can hear nothing or not so let me know in the comments. It's my first time trying trying in a while.

OIL - Selling premium into high IVR-Short Strangle
-16 Delta
-35 DTE
-100% IVR
-$1000.00 Credit
This is a good high IVR premium selling opportunity. Due to oils sharp drop in price in a relatively short amount of time has caused implied volatlity to skyrocket. My straddle has some positive delta bias because I think a relief rally is due so if we get a pop in oil prices it gives my upside a little more breathing room. Although I don't believe a relief rally will amount to much other than a short rally before carving out new lows.
Silver-Short Strangle
-16 Delta
-47 'DTE
-99% 'IVR
-$800.00 Credit
I am selling a 16 delta strangle with 47 'DTE. Silver has one of the highest implied volatility ranks in the metals complex and has a good amount of options liquidity as a bonus. This can be traded in either SLV on the stock market or /SI in the futures market. I have chosen to trade this on the futures market.
TSLA - (Short Premium) Call premium is rich right nowThere is call skew in TSLA right now which makes call selling more profitable than put selling. I am going to take advantage of the high IV and the call skew by selling premium on the call side. In addition there are 2 long tailed bearish candles, one of them being a bearish pinbar, which could signal weakness in the short term. Keep in mind these bearish candles come off of a very large bullish candlestick so I don't expect this to be a reversal, but I do believe we could see a small pullback to the 320 area. If that occurs we may also sell naked puts at that point to turn the trade into a strangle.
