huge insider buys in T with trading planCEO John Stankey and CFO Pascal Desroches bought into AT&T with their new focus on 5G only in hopes of being valued more like a CHTR or TMUS. The insider buys totaled 4.5 million dollars between the two.
CHTR and TMUS have far outperformed T, and pretty much every other stock for that matter over the past year. With the dividend being cut and the massive burden of trying to be a second-tier player in the streaming space, which has been getting more and more crowded and difficult to operate in, should allow them to hyper focus on the growth areas of their business.
This is a huge vote of confidence; granted they were buying into weakness, they still are putting their money where their mouths are and are dead-set on wiping the dust off this old dividend play stock which was more like a bond/fixed income than anything else.
*Personal trading plan* Buy stock and long naked calls expiring October 15th at the $30 strike price to give it plenty of time to come to fruition and begin trading closer to its new peers.

TMUS (NASDAQ) - Harmonic Pattern
TMUS Earnings PlayTMUS has been trading in incrementally higher ranges and breaking out to new highs on earnings these last couple quarters.
I believe this will likely happen again given that TMUS has a trailing four-quarter positive earnings surprise of 152.9% on average and will likely be bolstered by their 5G deployments and customer additions.
In terms of valuation, the P/E and P/S ratios are relatively unchanged from last quarter, indicating that a beat may not already be priced in.
The Short Call Is Still Bullish HereBrought to my attention in this article last week: Is Sprint Corporation (S) At Risk Of Becoming A Penny Stock?
Several valid points on this front, namely how Sprint continues to "F" up and find something to blame it one but themselves. I'm surprised TMUS is still entertaining this at the bid price they said. I would think that it would probably be much less considering the red tape and issues that have come up over the years, including this year.
"It’s unfortunate but according to several sources, Sprint has “for years failed to accurately measure” the number of low-income Americans it services. This is specific to the federal plan called the “Lifeline Program,” which offers communication services at an affordable price for low-income consumers. It essentially gives discounts for monthly phone service as well as internet access and even VOIP services. These all need to be purchased from a participating provider who, in turn, is granted subsidies for participating. Now, the FCC won’t let Sprint be."
Quote source from the article cited above. I'm cautious on S right now especially after looking into things myself. Not giving any advice here at all but there are way more negatives for me on this than positives. Even if they can clean up their act, what's to say it won't happen again like it has multiple times already? The real losers here are shareholders and TMobile (if they're locked into this deal).

TMUS - DAILY CHARTHi, today we are going to talk about T- Mobile and its current landscape.
T- Mobile enters in the spotlight of the market as have announced that John Legere will leave the seat of CEO of the company, been replaced by Mike Sievert in April 2020. The former CEO that has been leading the company since 2012 will remain a member of the board. Its replacement Mike Sievert is the current president and chief operating officer (COO). The transaction period seems set to be smooth as Legere will assist with the acquisition process of its rival company Sprint, that it's controlled by Softbank that also holds control of WeWork, where Legere its quoted to be the new CEO.

Long-Term Investment (Cup-N-Handle)Just came across this today. Incredible long-term investment, completed and confirmed bullish cup-n-handle formation to $120.
Measure the low-to-high of the cup at a 90° degree angle as if it were straight. Now, because the formation is a little obtuse, what you wanna do is use the same trajectory as the second quarter of the cup (before the handle), and continue the trajectory upward by equal distance from breakout point (as measured in the cup). It is highly likely to arrive at the calculated target.
Always loved this company, they deserve this great formation.
TMUS good entry Buy, higher all the way to Memorial Day Weekend This finds which have formed Cup-with-Handle patterns which are at least 8 weeks long and at most 9 months long. The beginning, or left side, of the cup, has to start after a rally of at least 30%.
Then a 20% to 30% correction from the old high (left side cup edge) must occur. The stock then builds a rounded base which slowly climbs back toward the old high The right edge of the cup must be at most 15% below the left edge (the old high). Then a slight pullback occurs which forms the handle.
The handle can be a minimum of 1 week long & max of 6 weeks in duration. It must also form within the top half of the cup and be within 15% of the left side top of the cup.
The official / traditional buy point is when & if the stock rises above the RIGHT edge of the cup on higher than average vo lume
T-Mobile [1d chart] - Hangin' at Support, Upside in a Neat RangeThere's a lot going on with T-Mobile lately.
Despite the Great 5G Debate, regulatory concerns, and a third-times-the-charm merger attempt with Sprint, T-Mobile is trading in a somewhat predictable, relatively established range.
Thank you in advance for your attention!
The fundamentals of the stock put it in a precarious spot with outside uncontrollable governmental and economic forces dictating the speculative sentiment of its price, but from a technical standpoint, TMUS is offering buyers a cheap entry point at the bottom of a short-term trading range that nicely corresponds with some more established, longer-term historic support zones.
T-Mobile might be at the bottom of a nice, neat range, but the price activity of the last few trading days may indicate a bear flag situation tracing out, which could presumably send the stock price down into the ~$51.50 USD area - but, with price already at historic support and the support of the recent trading range, traders can make a case for a bear flag not playing out at all in the next few days, and T-Mobile returning to recent highs of $65.00-$66.00 in the next couple weeks - or higher in the next couple months.
Please like, follow, and share, and maybe we can have fun and do great things together.
Thanks again!

T-Mobile US - Daily Price Action Analysis | Bat PatternThe TMUS price increased significantly last few days and it reached the resistance area at 65.14. The price respected that level few times already and it is more likely that it will do it again. Moreover, the price action formed the shooting start candlestick bar, which is considered as a reversal pattern. It means, there is a shift from buying to selling. The bears are going to sell sometime soon and it is the best area to do so.
In addition, TMUS formed a bat pattern, which increases the probability of this setup and provides the entry and exit points. Plus, nice risk/reward ratio.

Tmobile, HI IV, and pays 15% for this trade ideaThis is one of my favorite weekly plays!!! so yes I am biased. Now that we got this disclaimer out of the way, here is the idea.
This stock has major support at the 60 area, so we will be using that as the protection level for this trade.
Option 1. -62.5/+57.50 for June 16th has a midprice of .77... a decent 15% ROI...
Option 2. -60P, midprice is .62, but with unlimited risk, your margin is 1200 making this trade 5.1% ROC. However you got almost 13% downside protection... not too shabby.
