USDCHF setting up for a SHORT trade at RESISTANCEUSDCHF has pushed through WR1 RESISTANCE and is now headed towards strong resistance at .9792 area. I've placed a SELL LIMIT order at .9792 with a STOP just above at .9813. Looks a decent set-up for a 21 pip risk as USDCHF has failed to break this area since mid-March and even then the BULLS relented after failing to push higher. Average daily range on this pair is 78 so we're unlikely to reach these levels today but tomorrow will see if the BULLS can continue their advance if we don't get SELLERS entering the market before that. ADP Non-Farm Employment Change up at 13:15 GMT so that my play a large part in determining USD's direction for a while.

Keeping an eye on USDCHF for a potential wedge breakout op1. Price held resisted at the 0.9795 mark. Every time price approached this resistance level, you saw a strong bearish reaction each time. 2. Depending on how you draw the trendline, you'll have differing views on whether this wedge consolidation has been broken. 3. I do not like to trade off of trend lines as I like to look at horizontal levels where price has traded to get a sense of buying and selling pressure sources. I'll be monitoring this on the hourly, but I see strong potential for greater downside play if this indeed turns bearish.

SELL USD/CHF at MARKET .9648My specialist indicator is flagging this pair as a SHORT trade. With the Dollar Index under 100 and falling , USD SHORTS are worth exploring. On the daily chart the BEARS look to be well in control of this pair and with WS1 pivot below current price and under WPP Mid-Pivot, a run towards WS1 and the bottom of the shown channel is favourite. I'm in at .9448 (green trend line) with a 83 pip STOP at .9731 and a TARGET of .9500 - which would be +148. As usual, I'll be moving the STOP to BREAK EVEN or better as the trade progresses. Might take a few days to hit target but its a set and forget trade that I expect to score with.
