Trying out RubberBand Algo with WMTThis week I am going bullish on Walmart. I usually don’t trade stocks this expensive but my algo picked it up. Current price trading below lower bollinger and EMA. This is my first trial blindly trusting my algo which is simply coded to mirror Matthew Kratter´s rubberband strategy. However, I decided to also toss in the EMA to shorten my holding period to a maximum of 3 or 5 days. Current price is 117.74 Entering my position at 118.72 Exit target is 125 Only bought 20 shares, unfortunately my portfolio size isn’t as big as I want, but if I manage to make this algo work you can come back when I am 30 years old and ask me how my portfolio is performing haha Here are a few questions for the experienced traders out there; 1) What’s your weekly return on average? I am trying to work on a bot that can give me a 1% weekly return and I would like to know if this is a realistic goal 2) If you’re trading in Canada, what broker to you use? I am using Questrade, which charges me a flat fee of 5 CAD per trade but I am wondering if there’s anything cheaper (or better per say) Please leave a comment or any thoughts that might be useful. The reason why I like TradingView so much is because it has allowed me to connect with actual experienced traders and knowledge is power after all.

Oversold & Undervalued - Robust Earnings ReportI've been watching Walmart since they issued a robust earnings report weeks ago. The stock "DID NOT" rally on the report like several other stocks did. In fact, Walmart has not taken part in the recent rally. If you look at the accumulation chart, Walmart has been under accumulation by institutions for a while. I feel, at current levels, the stock is oversold and ready for a big pop to the upside. Walmart's in-store and online sales were robust while Amazon lost sales. What does this tell you? Walmart is learning and gaining customers as Amazon and others lose sales to Walmart. Walmart sat back and let others fail and learned by the failures of competitors. Walmart will be another Amazon moving forward but I think it will be bigger than Amazon! What does Walmart have that Amazon doesn't? A very powerful retail brick & mortar presence while Amazon is still trying to build one. Either way, short term or long term, Walmart is a clear winner! Long! walmart stock prices analysishello friends ! i came with new analysis about walmart stocks price (WMT) , as you can see the chart of walmart stock prices , the price Couldn't fix the top of the daily channel , but market still is in bullish mode for long term but after the recent growth market need correction , in my new analysis for walmart i found the nearest support level , if the price break any of these support , it will move down toward the next support level , after the correction complete and we could see the sign of reversal , i will update the analysis with showed resistance in the chart . hope it will be useful for you . 5.31.2020

GNUS breaks 4 year bearish trend with violent move on volume!This will be a long one so bare with me. Outstanding move by GNUS today and what an incredible bounce back from back to back direct offerings. Broke 4 year bearish channel and now up 79.85% on the day and another 12.98% in after hours. This stock has been on my watch list ever since they released a couple of PR's that seriously got my attention but I steered clear due to 2 direct offerings. Today Genius Brand's Emmy award winning CEO Andy Heyward released a shareholders letter. After reading the letter I decided to take a long position in GNUS this morning. Lets answer the question probably on your mind "was the move justified?" The answer is yes the move was justified and I will explain why. Summary of PR's from May 5th and May 6th respectively : (source - Genius Brand's press release) "Genius Brands International to Launch “Kartoon Channel” Digital Network Across Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Comcast, Cox, SelectTV, DISH, Sling TV, Tubi, Xumo and More" "Genius Brands International’s Rainbow Rangers Toys from Mattel to Debut at Walmart Stores in August" They announced that on June 15th they will release a free to watch ad supported Kartoon Channel on those platforms listed above. They also announced that their toys from their hit tv show "Rainbow Rangers" on NICK JR will debut at Walmart. These toys will be made and manufactured by Mattel. 1. I found multiple other things that caught my eye which I will go over. Along with "Rainbow Rangers they also have a show called llama llama on NETFLIX which the lead character is voiced by Jennifer Garner, both of these shows have been renewed for a second season. 2.Mr. Heyward co- authored a book with Warren Buffet called "Secret Millionaires Club, Warren Buffett's 26 Secrets to Success in the Bus" They also have recently recorded Mr.Buffet for some psa's and a show called the "Secret millionares club" that is aired on their network and meant to help teach kids financial responsibility . 3.In august 2021 they have a show that will debut on AMAZON PRIME in the US and ALIBABA in China called "Superhero Kindergarten". This show was dubbed by "indie wire" "Stan Lee's final project" Arnold Schwarzenegger will both star as the lead character and will serve as Co-Executive producer. Fabian Nicieza will be scripting the series. Walmart Bullish, Consolidating for a bit then towards $130Walmart is going to be consolidating for a bit around the support that its been hitting but overall Walmart is going upwards, it keeps making higher highs without breaking support easily looks like along for Walmart around the 120.92 support Once the MACD creates a new lighter red candle (bear candle) we can expect an increase of around $8 dollars towards the upside which would bring the price of Walmart somewhere along the lines of $130 overall long on walmart especially during recessions, expect same results from dollar stores
