This sure looks like a bearish cypher :) and as always, I buy it at C and sell it at D. I don't know about you but it works for me sometimes :)

BUTTERFLY: LONG & SHOT Am already in at the C point as usual but am sharing this for those of you who trade only the D point. I noticed that sometimes the market reverses before reaching D on my butterfly patters, so I placed short entry a little bit lower. USDJPY

If the bull BAT pattern works out as per theory and price fails to break and close below 1.16650, we can start to consider going long with targets at 1.18587 and 1.2000. And of course if the Rocket-man saga worsens, then we simply trail stops and enjoy the ride :)

Well NFP failed to break and close below 1.16650 respecting the bull bat . but my RSI reading confirms a down trend! I trust my RSI quite a lot so I will certainly consider a short opportunity especially if the Rocket-man saga cools off and the dollar gains power to break and close below 1.16650.
As always, we wait for a pullback and at a good RSI reading and jump in like a boss. :)

1. Price will continue down and touch the previous support line then bounce back up to the new resistance forming a new lower high, after which it will rally down to the indicated target at the 3538 area. (remember, structure always leaves clues)
2. Price will continue to rally down from current level forming lower highs all the way to the 3538 target area.
3. Price will rally down respecting the new downtrend parallel channel all the way to the 3538 target area.
