WTF Snoop Dogg?! Breakout Failed. If below 0.84 we go visit 0.70Ripple just announced a XRP Party and it get dumped?! Snoop Dogg will be there performing. XRP was set to go up by TA, but instead it only touched about 0.95 and plummeted on the news. Buy Rumour, Sell news? Happens everytime. I am neutral to bearish short term, bullish long term on XRP. If price closes below the 0.84 level we go into 0.70 most likely 50 percent fib retracement. Then look to buy from lower prices again.
