NESTLE (NESN): Bearish ABCD + Fibonacci Short on nestle, we have a perfect convergence of multiple reversal clues. first of all the market has recently reached a key level of resistance on the left. this resistance matches perfectly with 618 retracement of a major bearish impulse. + on 4H the market has formed a double top pattern and we see a formation of a bearish ABCD pattern. it is enough to short the stock expecting a bearish continuation at least to 105.5 level. for the second target, we can aim at 103.0 level

(Also, it's kind of a national sport here in Switzerland to criticize railway companies.. :) ) - Apart from that, Stadler Rail announced several new orders for MAV-START (313M CHF), Gornergrat Bahn (45M CHF), HEAG mobilo (62M €), Mermec (82M €) and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (112M US$).

Nestle on the way downHey guys, let's take a look at the Nestle shares. As we can clearly see here, the nestle stocks have after the all-time highs, started to correct. With a VERY neat bearish sequence the up to Target level correlated. The market gave us 7 times the chance to enter (m30). In ABC correction forms even a second sequence, which is also processed. At the target level on the 50s, the market reacted PERFECTLY, with just 7 pips drowdown and rose to the retail level. Here we expect the markets to continue their way to the correction level. HUBER SUHNER PSYCHOLOGICAL MARKET CAPJust to remind me about this stock Under 1 billion is short. Over is long. Steadily growing in an ascending triangle. There are some selling harmonic, but the trendline is still intact. After the long run between 2003 and 2017 there was an upward consolidation (ascending triangle) and seems now huber and suhner to be able to stay above the ema 200. The 1 billion market cap (around 50 dollars, dotted line) after opposing resistance between 2012 and 2016 was finally support on early 2017 . 56 dollars level is fundamental for the ambitions of huber and suhner. this level was the downward break out level from the top in 2007 and 2011. In early 2018 this level acted as upward break out level for the last top of June of this year. Now I expect me a rebound from this level with short term target at 65 and 71 dollars. I will let the rest for the long run. BIO
