Diamonds✋ Experimental script where a diamond shape is created by making 4 lines around each bar which touches the edge of the bar.
𒀸 Example of how it works:
Create the left upper line:
A) Calculate middle of the bar
B) Calculate which one is highest -> close or open
'Draw' imaginary line from A to B (A starts 1 bar back)
Adjust height of A by adding 2/3 of the difference between A & B
𒓕 That's it!
𒀸 This technique can be developed further by anyone who's inspired.
• For now, I've just added an option where you can extend 2 lines of 1 specific bar
𒓕 Settings ➺ extend lines ➺ toggle on/off ➺ type ➺ which bar back
𒀸 X bars back sets the max bars in history
• Since this script uses line.new() , this results in maximum 500 lines to be drawn.
Each Diamand Bar contains 4 lines, resulting in maximum 125 Diamond Bars .

Adaptive Deviation [Loxx]Adaptive Deviation is an educational/conceptual indicator that is a new spin on the regular old standard deviation. By definition, the Standard Deviation (STD, also represented by the Greek letter sigma σ or the Latin letter s) is a measure that is used to quantify the amount of variation or dispersion of a set of data values. In technical analysis we usually use it to measure the level of current volatility.
Standard Deviation is based on Simple Moving Average calculation for mean value. This version of standard deviation uses the properties of EMA to calculate what can be called a new type of deviation, and since it is based on EMA, we can call it EMA deviation. And added to that, Perry Kaufman's efficiency ratio is used to make it adaptive (since all EMA type calculations are nearly perfect for adapting).
The difference when compared to standard is significant--not just because of EMA usage, but the efficiency ratio makes it a "bit more logical" in very volatile market conditions.
The green line is the Adaptive Deviation, the white line is regular Standard Deviation. This concept will be used in future indicators to further reduce noise and adapt to price volatility.

Dollar Index (DXY) Candles [Loxx]Dollar Index (DXY) Candles is an educational/experimental indicator that attempts to recreate the Dollar Index DXY: TVC:DXY .This is useful so others traders can see how the DXY is calculated.
The U.S. Dollar Index (USDX, DXY, DX) is an index (or measure) of the value of the United States dollar relative to a basket of foreign currencies, often referred to as a basket of U.S. trade partners' currencies. The Index goes up when the U.S. dollar gains "strength" (value) when compared to other currencies.
The index is maintained and published by ICE (Intercontinental Exchange, Inc.), with the name "U.S. Dollar Index" a registered trademark.
It is a weighted geometric mean of the dollar's value relative to following select currencies:
Euro (EUR), 57.6% weight.
Japanese yen (JPY) 13.6% weight.
Pound sterling (GBP), 11.9% weight.
Canadian dollar (CAD), 9.1% weight.
Swedish krona (SEK), 4.2% weight.
Swiss franc (CHF) 3.6% weight.
USDX = 50.14348112 × EURUSD^-0.576 × USDJPY^0.136 × GBPUSD^-0.119 × USDCAD^0.091 × USDSEK^0.042 × USDCHF^0.036
These candles won't match the ticker DXY dollar for dollar, but it comes very close. Either way, the general trend and volatility of this synthetic recreation is the same as the DXY.

Multi TF Trend Indicator
...Mark Douglas in his book Trading in the Zone wrote
The longer the time frame, the more significant the trend, so a trending market on a daily bar chart is more significant than a trending market on a 30-minute bar chart. Therefore, the trend on the daily bar chart would take precedence over the trend on the 30-minute bar chart and would be considered the major trend. To determine the direction of the major trend, look at what is happening on a daily bar chart. If the trend is up on the daily, you are only going to look for a sell-off or retracement down to what your edge defines as support on the 30-minute chart. That's where you will become a buyer. On the other hand, if the trend is down on the daily, you are only going to look for a rally up to what your edge defines as a resistance level to be a seller on the 30-minute chart. Your objective is to determine, in a downtrending market, how far it can rally on an intraday basis and still not violate the symmetry of the longer trend. In an up-trending market, your objective is to determine how far it can sell off on an intraday basis without violating the symmetry of the longer trend. There's usually very little risk associated with these intraday support and resistance points, because you don't have to let the market go very far beyond them to tell you the trade isn't working.
The purpose of this indicator to show both the major and minor trend on the same chart with no need to switch between timeframes
Script includes
timeframe to determine the major trend

Simple LevelsSimple Level provides a (you guessed it) simple user to user level sharing experience, with less boxes, less formatting, and less hassle.
Simply insert your levels into the input box, separated by commas. That's it.
Example: 1,2,3,4,5
The Simple Levels indicator will automatically color your lines based on their position to the current close price.
If the level is crossed, the level line will change color.
This indicator is intended for those who just want to skip filling out boxes or typing in a tricky format, and cut to the chase.
There are additional, nice-to-have settings as well for the "more" technically inclined; however, nothing too complicated.
Enjoy!
Inspirational WatermarkPreface: I wanted code that could display a different string of text whenever the bar changed. Viewing a long string of text on the chart can look messy & crowded, so the string of text is displayed as a tooltip when hoving over the user-customizable watermark text/emoji.
About the Indicator: This is a simple educational script where I hand-picked 60-ish quotes related to trading and included them as tooltips in a watermark indicator. The indicator includes a bank of preset quotes, and calls a random quote upon each bar change. Advantages of a watermark include claiming idea ownership as well as preventing simple copy-paste idea piracy/resale/repost. The trader can fully customize the on-screen watermark text. The trader has the option to display the watermark as either a table or a label. Tables are stationary but easy to crop out, while labels move around but are difficult to crop out. Choose the right watermark type depending on the level of idea ownership & protection you require.
Features: Fully customizable watermark type, text, size, color, and position.
‼ IMPORTANT: Hover over the watermark to read a famous trading quote that changes every candle. Consider moving this indicator to the front of the visual order.
⚠ DISCLAIMER: Not financial advice. Not a trading system. DYOR. I am not in any way affiliated with any of the quoted authors.
High low volatile
its purpose to make this script is learning how many spread on each product.
its help trader and me to estimate spread of High and low for make a better trade
Money management :
Its also useful to help trader to manage number of lot to take a risk on that trade
How it work?
I use High and low to calculate the different between on them
and I add an EMA 10 and EMA 200 to estimate spread of each product in many bar
On second picture , I use it on GOLD 1H timeframe . You can see that Gold in hour trade on my country time (thailand) It has more spread on 19.00-23.00 pm (in US time is 7.00-11.00)
It help trader to set time when to trade and when to leave
thank you
FUNCTION: Limited Historical Data WorkaroundFUNCTION: Limited Historical Data Workaround
If you are working with bitcoin weekly charts, or any other ticker with a low amount of price history this function may help you out. For example you want to apply indicators to some shitcoin that just launched? This can help you.
It can be frustrating to use certain built-ins since they will only give an output once the full lookback length is available. This function allows you to avoid that situation and start plotting things with almost no history whatsoever!
In this example code we do it by utilizing a replacement for the built in pine SMA function. This function allows us to pass a series instead of just a simple int to the length variable of the SMA. This can be achieved with all the pine built ins and I believe @pinecoders has a publication already detailing many of them with full coded examples.
Then we replace the length of the SMA with the custom history function. It checks to see if the current bar index is less than the length of the function. Then if it is, it changes the length to the bar index allowing us to get plots and series earlier than otherwise possible.
Institutional Price LevelsInstitutional price levels
(AKA round numbers, Perfect Price Levels-PPL)
Institutional Price Levels (IPL) script shows the closest round numbers from the current price.
Some traders uses round numbers as a support resistance levels.
For example: 0.000 0.500 1.000 levels. Additional levels are 0.200 0.800.
So I made a simple script that shows round numbers and the quarter levels(Not exactly quarter but minor levels)
Quarter level option is planned on next update.
Default range is 300 pips and you can extend until 500 pips range.
Time range is extandable to the right and left side. You can just extend the line by increasing the bar numbers.
Inputs:
Show levels - Can show and hide all levels. Level colors are optional.
Show quarter - Can show and hide minor levels which is 0.800 0.200 levels. Colors are optional
Show more levels - Can show and hide more levels. Default range is 300 pips. Additional 200 pips range is optional.
Extend right bars - Can set length of levels to the right side.
Extend left bars - Can set length of levels to the left side.
Thank you.
Symbol InfoFor those who likes clean chart:
Adjustable Symbol ticker and timeframe( AKA watermark) script is here.
1: You can place Symbol ticker and timeframe info anywhere on the chart.
Also you can hide one of them or both.
Position:
Horizontal options: Left Center Right
Vertical options: Top Middle Bottom
Size: Tiny Smal Normal Large Huge Auto
Color is adjustable. Background is optional too.
2: Even more cool part is you can add 2 different custom texts that can switch. (Idea from Pinecoders original script)
You don't have to use text function and reposition it everytime, your message will always stays at one place.
Let the chart deliver your message.
I put my favourite trading slangs there:
1. Do Your Own Research (DYOR)
2. Not a Financial Advice ( NFA)
Background ZonesThis script provides up to 5 zones to apply background colors. This is especially useful for applying to indices such as USI:TICK , USI:ADD , and USI:VOLD , where certain levels provides significant meaning to market sentiment and directions. This script will give you the visual cue to help with your trading.
All levels and colors are fully customizable.
Enjoy~!!

Session backtest toolWith this tool you can easily backtest your trading strategy. You can set the times of a day session and evening session separately. The days of the week were indicated at the bottom of the chart.
For me personally, this saves me a lot of time with back testing. Hopefully I can help you with this too
