Now, let’s dive into this chart analysis: The AAVE/USDT weekly chart depicts a descending triangle pattern, which is typically a bearish continuation pattern. The current price is trading below the moving average, indicating a bearish trend. The RSI is neutral to slightly bearish. If the price breaks below the horizontal support, a further decline to $65 could be anticipated. Conversely, a breakout above the downtrend resistance line could see the price targeting $530, representing a substantial potential upside in the upcoming bull run. Aave Major Long-Term Cycle Visited (Can Grow Beyond $1,200)➖ For Aave (AAVEUSDT), the low was hit June 2022. ➖ For more than a year, between June 2022 and October 2023, a consolidation phase is present. Right in October 2023, the initial wave (bullish breakout) showed up and Aave is now on the move. This wave ended in March 2024, together with Bitcoin and most of the Crypto market. ➖ A correction pushed prices lower between the levels 0.618 and 0.786 Fib. retracement of the entire bullish wave; a classic. Now that the correction is reaching its end, a new bullish cycle can start. 👉 We have some conservative targets on the chart: $292 for 217% and $379 for 309%. This would be the second wave (third from an EW perspective) but not the final one... We are entering a major bull-market that will likely peak in 2025. 👉 A new all-time high can push Aave to numbers above $733, to $1,200 or so... There is plenty of room available for massive growth. Remember, we are entering the pre-bull-market accumulation phase... If there is another drop, a shakeout or anything of that nature, think long-term. When prices drop, we rebuy and reload. Namaste.

Take Profit Targets: Primary Target: $86.16 Secondary Target: $89.48 Stop Loss: Set a stop loss at a candle close under $80.46 to limit potential losses. After a failed breakout from Channel Down pattern, price dipped back below 200-day moving average and reached $80 support. That's a level where price has found support several times in the past and could be a swing trade entry. This is a riskier trade setup because it’s against the overall downtrend. Pattern : Price is Approaching Support , which is a level where it could pause or reverse its recent decline, at least temporarily. Support is often a level where price has bounced up in the past, or potentially prior Resistance level that was broken. (concept known as polarity). Once price breaks below support, it can move lower to the next support level. Learn to trade key levels in Lesson 7. Trend : Short-term trend is Strong Down, Medium-term trend is Strong Down and Long-term trend is Strong Down. Momentum is Bearish (MACD Line crossed below MACD Signal Line) BELOW days ago. Price is neither overbought nor oversold currently, based on RSI-14 levels (RSI > 30 and RSI < 70). Support and Resistance : Nearest Support Zone is $70.00. Nearest Resistance Zone is $90.00, then $115.00.
