ADA: Channel Down BreakoutTrade setup : Bullish breakout from a Channel Down pattern could be followed by an upswing in price with +20% upside potential to $0.60. Stop Loss at $0.44, just below the prior swing low. Pattern : Price was trading in a Channel Down pattern. With complete patterns (i.e. a breakout) – initiate a trade when the price breaks through the channel’s trendlines, either on the upper or lower side. When this happens, the price can move rapidly in the direction of that breakout. Trend : Neutral on Medium-Term basis and Uptrend on Short- and Long-Term basis. Momentum is Mixed as MACD Line is below MACD Signal Line (Bearish) but RSI ~ 50 (Neutral). Support and Resistance : Nearest Support Zone is $0.46 (previous resistance), then $0.40 - $0.42. The nearest Resistance Zone is $0.65, then $0.75.

When will the Cardano ADA price be above $1 ?If we apply Elliott wave analysis to the ADAUSDT price movement, we will see very harmonious proportions. It can be assumed that the ADAUSD price is currently at the stage of a correctional wave - 4 - and in order to continue its dynamic growth, it is not advisable for the ADA price to fall below $0.40-0.46. ADA: 54 and a Half to 55 Cents Current Ceiling of ResistanceHi EVeryone! Cardano's current Ceiling of Resistance < According to the 2-Day and 3-Day time frames is the Yellow B-Band Basis in the 2-Day and 3-Day. Which is currently at $0.5450 to $0.55 Cents. The reason I say this is because the level of the Red Line in the 2-Day and 3-Day is still well below Yellow Level 50. Which means the probability is rather low to justify us going above the Yellow B-Band Basis for a sustained period of time. We're not ready to go above the Yellow B-Band Basis for a sustained period of time just yet. There is a low probability of continuing over-extending above the Yellow B-Band Basis but we must say the probability of that occurring is low due to the current level of the Red Line in the 2-Day and 3-Day time frames. 2-Day is bottom right of center and 3-Day is bottom right corner in the chart below: Hope this publication was helpful. ADAUSDT POSSIBLE WAVE 1/A COMPLETION Possible wave 1/A is almost completed There is divergence between wave 3 and wave 5 so this gives us a high probability of wave 5 completion but it is still possible for wave 5 to go lower . if the white trendline is broken , wave 5 will probably go as low as 0.4017. currently RSI is below 50 and momentum is bearish . price needs to break wave 4 high and RSi should read above 50 to confirm bullish momentum in order to confirm wave 5 completion. This idea will be invalid if price breaks 0.4017 and close below it . Good LUck

Long-Term Trade 120% Potential No LeverageTLDR: ADA finished its correction. The target for the next impulse is between 1.17 and 1.25 Dollars. Background: Between ADA October 18th and December 12th, 2023, ADA’s price rose 186% to 68 cents. Following this impulsive PA, ADA entered a correction that lasted 42 days with an overall correction of 35%. The proportion between the impulse and the correction from the time and price perspectives is ideal. ChoCh: ADA is about to cross above the 52-cent level, the last LH. If ADA crosses above the 52-cent level and retests it as support, I will consider it a bullish ChoCh and an early indication that the trend will likely change to an uptrend. S/R Levels: Resistance: 0.62, 0.68, 78-90, 1.25 Targets: The 1:1 extension is the Minimum Target. However, I expect ADA to achieve the 1.618 extension at least because I consider this a wave 3.
