It operates through following segments: Motorcycle Business, Delivery Services, Marine Sports Club, Event Management, Logistics and Freight Forwarding, Mobility and Others. The Motorcycle Business segment involves in motorcycle leasing solutions offered to customers and sale of related items. The Delivery Services segment provides turnkey logistic solutions through bike messengers and delivery squads. The Marine Sports Club segment manages marine sports club and wholesale trading of ships and boats. The Event Management segment organizes exhibitions, fashion shows, conferences & seminar, auctions and ripe market events. The Logistics and Freight Forwarding segment provides transportation services, cargo handling, warehousing, freight clearing, marine and air shipment and specialized oil and gas field services. The Mobility and Others segment involves in limousine services, bus on demand, vehicle rental, recovery services, charging of electric vehicles, car parking, IT services, railway infrastructure, trains spare parts and security system trading. The company was founded by Ahmad Mohammad Ibrahim Al-Sadah and Saeed bin Mohammed Ahmed Al-Qassimi on December 12, 2011 and is headquartered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
