ADX - trapped again, where to go?ADX is in an old consolidation channel, similar to the one after the big pump and before the huge correction. Big resistance is shown in the blue box.
The price broke into the cloud is no heading sideways. Conversion line (blue) is below base line(yellow).
RSI shows an slightly oversold market and is heading downwards. Depending on the current 4h candle, a change in movement direction can might be seen. (from bearish to bullish)
A first important step would be a strong bounce from the bottom of this channel so we can be sure that this support holds and will not break like the first one. If you buy in now, place a stop loss below this channel.
The next target would be breaking through the channel and reaching the strong resistance.
ADX Bullish We can wait for MACD cross but the price is so good for buy. Price tried Fib .618 resistance almost. It can try the .618 one more time.

In any case an interesting project with long-term potential. Also considering the impulsive move we saw earlier.

1) 50% Fib of previous rally at 0.000232
2) 9MA support at 0.000236
3) Horizontal support at 0.000234
As a trader, I would start buying at 0.000240 as all above mentioned supports (if honored), indicate towards bullish continuation.
Targets - 0.000280, 0.000296, 0.00038, 0.000370, 0.000470
Stoploss around 0.000199 (to avoid false breakdown)

Final leg before 5th elliott wave starts, testing FIB retraceI see ADX hitting the FIB line one more time around the 26.5k mark and then going on a nice run to complete the 5th elliott wave. Good buy point would be between 27k-26k, stop loss can be set at 25.5k since thats been a big support on its run so far.
Adex $2.50 Recovery might happen sooner than i thought. Though wait for break at $1.40-1.50 resistant.
