ILCV is a passively-managed fund that offers a value-focused portfolio of US large- and mid-cap stocks. Stocks are selected based on Morningstars index methodology that uses fundamental factors. This methodology defines the selected value stocks as those with relatively low valuations based on price-to-earnings, price-to-book value, price-to-sales, price-to-cash flow and dividend yields. The underlying index is reconstituted twice annually and rebalanced quarterly. Prior to March 19, 2021, ILCV was named iShares Morningstar Large-Cap Value ETF under the ticker JKF and tracked the Morningstar US Large Value Index.
