IWMY is actively managed, seeking income based on the Russell 2000 Index using options. The fund implements two strategies: the first provides daily income by selling put options either at-the-money or up to 5% in-the-money, expiring the next or same trading day. These options become profitable if the Russell 2000 Index rises. The second strategy sells in-the-money put options aiming for a minimum daily income of 0.25% to support monthly distributions. The fund may also sell options priced at market value to maximize income. It will not seek defensive positions during adverse markets and does not directly or fully participate in index gains. Risk and return potential fluctuate daily. The portfolio holds short-term US Treasurys as collateral for short put positions. Until June 26, 2025, the fund was named Defiance R2000 Enhanced Options & 0DTE Income ETF. Prior to September 26, 2024, it traded as Defiance R2000 Enhanced Options Income ETF.
